"Hey John." Seth calls.
John turns as the younger man comes closer. "What's up?"

"Where's Celeste? Our match has been moved up, we gotta get ready to head out." Seth explains.

"She's on the bus." John answers.

Celeste adjusts her bra and reexamines her breast. Surely enough the lump is real.

Seth knocks on the door of the bus and waits for a response. Not getting one, he opens the door and slowly steps inside. "Hello?" he calls. "Sparky?" He begins moving toward the back. Just then he and Celeste spot each other. She screams and slams the down. Seth turns away. "Sorry! I didn't see anything!"

"It's okay." she says. "I should have closed the door. John would have walked in without knocking."

"I did knock." he explains. "I even called for you. Guess you didn't hear me."

She comes out of the room, with her blouse on now. "I didn't. I was…kinda preoccupied."

"Are you okay?" Seth asks, he can tell she appears upset.

"Yeah I'm okay." She tries to regain focus. "Why did you come looking for me?"

"We gotta get ready soon. Our match was moved up."

"Oh. Okay. Let's go then."

Celeste does her best to focus on the match, even interfering on occasion.

She and John say their goodbyes. He holds her tightly. "I know I need to rest up before the long flight, but if you're still awake in a few hours, FaceTime me." he insists.

"I will." she says.
He notices a distant look in her eyes. "Is everything okay?"

She forces a smile as tears form in her eyes. "I'm just gonna miss you is all."

He kisses her softly. "I'm gonna miss you too."

Seth tosses and turns trying to go to sleep. He just can't shake the feeling that something is wrong. Finally he gets out of bed and leaves his room.

Celeste hear a knock on her door. She looks through the peephole and sees Seth.

She opens the door and looks into his kind eyes. "This might sound crazy." he says. "But ever since the bus earlier, I've had this feeling that…."

He trails off when Celeste begins sobbing and wraps her arms around him.

He wraps his arms around her tiny frame and strokes her hair. "Hey, I gotcha." He steps forward into the room and closes the door.

She cries for another moment then pulls away. "How come you know something's wrong and my fiancé doesn't?" she asks. "I looked John in the eyes and lied to him. I told him the reason I'm upset is just because I'm gonna miss him."

"What is wrong?" Seth asks.

Celeste sits on the end of the bed as Seth sits in the desk chair. "The reason I was distracted when you came on the bus is because…" She takes a deep breath before continuing, "When I was in the shower, I found a lump in my breast."

Seth's heart sinks. "Oh man." he sighs. He takes her hand. "Do you have a family history? Is that what happened to your mom?"

She shakes her head. "No. That was diabetes and heart disease. But the women I have known with breast cancer didn't have any family history either."

"Let's try to be positive." Seth states. "It could be nothing. Why don't you call your doctor in the morning and see if you can get checked Wednesday."
"I'm going to." she affirms. "But I haven't decided what I'm gonna do about John."

Seth raises an eyebrow. "You can't not tell him."

"You just told me to be positive. Why worry him if it's nothing?"

"God forbid though, that it is something. It's wrong to just drop that on him."

"He just went through his baby brother having brain cancer." Celeste says.

"So if he found out he had diabetes or a heart issue would you not want to know because of what you went through with your mom?" Seth asks.

She runs her hands through her hand. "Okay I see your point. He told me to FaceTime him, so… I'll do it now."

"Good." he replies.

"Please don't tell anyone." Celeste pleads. "I'll tell Stephanie tomorrow, and then I'll figure things out from there after I see my doctor."

"I won't say anything. But I'm glad I could be here and that you confided in me."

"Thank you."

"You're welcome. I'll go so you can call John."

"Hey Darlin!" John says as Celeste's face appears on his screen.

"Hey." she replies.

John leans closer to the screen. "Have you been crying?"

She nods. "Yeah. I have something to tell you."

His heart begins racing. "What's wrong?"

"I found a lump in my breast." she blurts.

He is taken aback. "What?" He takes a deep breath to steady his heartbeat. "Wh…when did this happen?"

"Just a few hours ago. I'm sorry I didn't tell you. I…guess I was still in shock."

John rubs his face and sighs. "Okay, I'm calling Hunter and telling him I'm not going to the U.K."

"You…don't have to drop every thing." Celeste claims "I'm gonna call my doctor in the morning and see if I can come in Wednesday."
"And I'm gonna be with you." John insists. "You're not gonna deal with this alone."

Roman nudges Seth backstage at Smackdown. "I thought Cena was going to the U.K."

Seth responds, "I guess he decided to change his schedule."

"Maybe he's starting to worry about Celeste spending so much time with you." Dean teases.

Seth gives him a death glare. "Shut up!" he states before walking toward Celeste and John.

"Hey you two." Seth says.

"Hey." they reply.

"So have you called your doctor and talked to Stephanie yet?" Seth asks.

John turns to Celeste. "He knows?" he inquires.

She sees that John is upset. "Yeah." she replies sheepishly. She looks at Seth. "And yes to your question too. I've got an appointment tomorrow."

"Great." Seth quips. He feels the awkward tension coming from John. "I'll leave you two alone."

After he walks away, Celeste turns to John. "I didn't plan on telling Seth before I told you. I was just upset and I couldn't hold it in any more."

John takes a deep breath. "I'm not mad you. But don't you ever try to keep something major from me again."

"I won't. I promise." she says.

Celeste comes out to the waiting room looking for John. He jumps up and asks, "What did he say?!"

"I just came out to tell you that they're gonna do a mammogram and ultrasound right now." she explains.

"Okay." He kisses her hand. "I'm gonna be right here."

They get into the car to leave the clinic. "Will you go to church with me tonight?" Celeste asks. "I want to let them know and get on the prayer list."

"That's fine. Whatever you wanna do Darlin." John says.

When they get to the church it turns out there is a business meeting. Celeste decides to just have a quick chat with her pastor and then leave.

"You're kinda relieved you didn't have to stay aren't you?" she muses, as sits on her couch beside him.

John chuckles. "You know I believe in God. I don't have a hatred for church, it's just not my thing."

"Unfortunately." Celeste replies. "You know that's partly why I haven't set a date for the wedding. I've always dreamed of a church wedding."

"And your pastor won't marry is without premarital counseling." John affirms.

"Which I am okay with." she insists.

"And I'm not." John opposes. "Let's just get through your appointment with the surgeon next week."

"Yeah." she says quietly. "If I have cancer I'm not sure what I'm gonna do."

"Whatever it is, you won't do it alone." John promises. He smiles mischievously. "You know I just thought of one good thing about us not having sex."

She laughs. "What is that?"

"If you do lose your boobs, I won't miss them. You've never let me play with them."

She whacks him with a pillow. "Naughty boy. It's not my boobs I'm worried about losing."

"You'd still be beautiful bald" he encourages.
"Not my hair either." She sighs. "I wanna have a baby. I don't know if I can live with the idea of that not happening."

"People have had kids after chemo. Plus, we still have hope that you aren't sick."

"I'm trying to keep the faith."

Celeste falls asleep as they are watching a movie. John carries her to her bed. He kneels beside her, his voice cracks as he strokes her hair. "God please don't take her away from me."
