The 5 heroes found themselves in a 2-way dimension, the first half of the dimension is the Volcanic courtyard with a large pedestal that has an Fire symbol in the center, the other half is the frozen tundra courtyard with a large pedestal that has an Ice symbol in the center, and a large circular Arena in the center.

Pai: where are we?

Blaze: i think we're in some sort of a Elemental dimension

Tut-suma: hmm, a blue beam of light sending us to special worlds amazes me

Akira: so, if we want to find the others, we need to defeat the 2 monsters of this dimension

Riku: that's right, when will they show up?

Tut-suma: right about now, look!

As the 2 Fire and Ice pedestals glowed and revealed the 2 Elemental Project X-Zone Espers, Bansho and Sabek.

(Cue Project X-Zone Esper Battle Music: Punch Bowl from Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze.)

Akira: Who are they?

Tut-suma: Bansho and Sabek, i've seen these 2 in the Project X-Zone Archives, each Project X-Zone Espers was created when the Portalstone was first made in history

Blaze: Portalstone?

Riku: we'll ask the daughter of the Koryuji Clan about it later, right now, we need to deal with those monsters first

Pai: agreed, it's our first time fighting against the Project X-Zone Espers, but we'll have no problem dealing with them

Akira: you're right, let's deal with Bansho and Sabek

As the heroes prepared for the fight against the 2 Elemental Project X-Zone Espers, Bansho and Sabek.

Project X-Zone Esper Battle: Bansho the Fire Tiki Shaman, Sabek the Ice Tiki Shaman

The fight was furious because Bansho takes no damage while in the Fire Realm and Sabek takes no damage while in the Ice Realm, so the heroes used the Realms to their adventage as they used their Virtua Fighter Spirit Limit attack to defeat Bansho while in the Ice Realm, and do the same with Sabek while in the Fire Realm.

Riku: Time's up!

Pai: Do your best, Akira!

Akira: This is my Budo

Tut-suma: Let's Kick Tut!

Blaze: Case Closed!

(End Project X-Zone Esper Boss Music)

Bansho and Sabek are defeated as they disappeared and turned into Glassed summoning Stones, Akira and Pai then earned their 1st Project X-Zone Espers as the heroes have returned to Roppongi through the Blue Beam of Light.
