My Sombra and me

A/N: Sorry this is late, school and everything dealing with it just overtook my time. So hopefully for the rest of the school year, I may be able to post more, hopefully. Anyway, enjoy.

Sombra's POV

'That girl, why is she helping me? Letting me stay in her home?' I thought, waking up glaring at the moon. It's not that I don't want to be reformed; I do honest. It's just that I fear if I stay any longer; I'll become…attached. The last time that happened, they forgot about me. Hearing someone banging on the door, I grumbled and went to open it.

"Hel…"

"Yeah, yeah, hi. Is Fluttershy up yet?" The blue pegasus asked, hovering past me.

Closing the door, I shook my head, replying, "She isn't. What brings you here?"

"Just making sure you haven't done anything to my friend." She answered, glaring at me.

Tilting my head at that, I thought, 'I've only been here three days, not even I can cause mayhem in such a short time.'

Flying up to the caretaker's room, she came back down faster than a raven strapped onto a cannon. I should know; I've done it before, lost all it's feathers. Leaning closer to me, she asked, "What did you do to Fluttershy?"

Snorting at her question, I answered, "Absolutely nothing, if she is gone then she must've gone berry picking or something."

Hearing the door open, I grinned triumphantly as she said, "Sorry, Rainbow Dash; I had no idea you'd be coming. I went to get blueberries for the squirrels."

She grumbled at my expression, and turned towards Fluttershy, asking, "Can I talk to you outside?"

Putting the basket down, she turned to leave, before turning towards me, asking, "Could you feed them for me? They tend to get cranky when they don't eat at this hour."

I nodded, concluding I wouldn't stay here sitting on my butt and get a second chance without earning it. Taking the basket, I made my way towards the rodents. Seeing a sink nearby, I began washing them noticing the squirrels were precautious around me. Sitting the basket down, I left after watching them swarm around the berries. What interesting power this girl has, being able to control animals for her bidding all in turn for a home and food.

"Maybe I could use it later on." I muttered to myself, going towards the door.

"Oh, Sombra you can't possibly be thinking of using sweet, little Fluttershy like that." Discord uttered, seemingly shocked.

Rolling my eyes at his performance, I replied, "This is your fault anyway. If you hadn't taken me away from the Crystal Empire, then I wouldn't be here or even open up to that girl. I would've ruled again and been happy."

He chuckled, retorting, "I doubt you would've. Unlike those other ponies who outcast you; I somehow managed to see that itty bitty glimmer of the old you."

"Whatever; why are you here?" I inquired, glaring at the chaos god.

He merely transported himself to the couch and looked at the clock above the kitchen door, answering, "Fluttershy and I usually go for a walk at six."

I nodded briefly signaling I was listening. Watching him jump up, I stiffened later realizing the yellow mare was behind me.

Trotting up to him, she smiled, saying, "I almost forgot that you were coming. Ready to go?"

Discord nodded, slithering towards the door and holding the door open. She looked back at me, sudden concern flooding into her cerulean eyes, as she quite nervously asked, "Do you, um, what to come too?"

I shook my head in reply, nearly missing the small pout forming on her face. After having them leave, I retreated upstairs deciding to give myself a tour of the cottage. Coming upon her room, I went past it respecting her privacy. Seeing another door, I opened it, not surprised it was some sort of nursery for foals and other baby animals. Quickly getting bored, I turned to leave only to be met with fiery, magenta irises.

"What are you doing up here?" She questioned, glaring down at me as if I killed someone.

Going past her, I answered, "If it makes you feel any better I didn't go in her room."

"I don't care, Fluttershy's my friend and I promised to protect and help her, even with the likes of you."

Grunting in reply, I curled into the bed she provided finally hearing the cyan mare leave. Yawning, I shifted, gripping the pillow and drifting into a slumber.

A/N: I am deeply sorry for the long wait. A lot of things happened so I didn't have a lot of time to work on this. Sorry about it being short too, I hope it doesn't feel like I'm skipping out on you guys. If there's anything I'm failing to notice, please notify me. Review please.
