Ryan and Natalie were excited about being parents to their unborn baby, while as time went on Natalie looked at a photo she'd kept of her a teenager with her Aunt Catherine and her mom, when Ryan saw then said "You look a lot like Catherine", this made Natlie think "What if Catherine is actually my biological mom?", she voiced this to Ryan and he wondered if a DNA would finally reveal the answer and Natalie knew that Ryan was right; they both decided to go to Vegas and get the answers that Natalie needed, when Ryan and Natalie got to Las Vegas, they met up with Catherine; who was surprised to see Natalie after all this time, they shared an emotional hug and Natalie tells Catherine that she she is pregnant with Ryan's baby.
As Catherine agreed to do the DNA test, once the results came back, it showed that Natalie's birth mom was actually Catherine, who told Natalie the truth about how Alexis raised her from a baby, when Natalie tells Catherine what Damon did to her and why she left home like she did and met Ryan, as Catherine understood why Natalie did that and she gave her a hug, while Ryan watched as he knew that the truth had been revealed.
Ryan knew how much Natalie meant to him, he was glad that Natalie had found out the truth and it was a good thing that everything was out in the open, she was happy with Ryan and knew how close they were together. As Ryan knew how much Natalie meant to him and they had a close bond; Natalie had her hand on her tummy and she was glad that she was having his baby and Ryan loved Natalie so much and he kissed her softly and she knew that the truth was finally out and as Catherine was glad that Natalie knew the whole truth and she knew that Natalie was happy with Ryan.
Natalie loved Ryan and they had a close bond, Ryan was happy with Natalie and they were close and as Natalie was close to Ryan and they shared a soft kiss and she was happy with Ryan and they had been through so much and as they were happy that soon they would meet their first baby in a short few months, when five months later, Natalie went into labour and Ryan was by her side and when the next few hours passed, Natalie finally gave birth to a healthy baby girl, Ryan kissed Natalie softly as they were now a family with their newborn baby girl whom both Natlie and Ryan agreed to name Maddie Catherine Wolfe, Ryan was so happy and proud of Natalie and he got to hold their newborn baby girl and he was happy with her and they were a family with their newborn baby girl and she knew how happy she was with Ryan.
Ryan loved his baby daughter and they were happy together and Ryan was glad to be a dad to his little girl.
Natalie was holding their newborn baby girl as they were happy together and Ryan was happy to be a dad to his daughter Maddie and she had the same eyes as her dad, they headed back to Miami with their baby daughter, Natalie loved being with Ryan and she was happy to be his sweetheart and they had a close bond, as they settled their baby daughter into her new home,Natalie loved Ryan so much and she was happy with him, they were close to each other, as Natalie held their baby daughter as they were happy and she gave baby Maddie her bottle of milk, Ryan was proud to be a dad to his little girl with Natalie.
Ryan was glad that he was with her and they were close to each other, Natalie knew how happy Ryan was, she was glad that they were a family together with their baby girl Maddie, Ryan gave Natalie a promise ring and she loved it, Ryan was close to her, Ryan knew how much he loved her, Ryan bonded with his little girl Maddie while Natalie got some rest, as baby Maddie was close to her daddy, Ryan was happy with his life and Ryan loved Natalie so much and they were close to each other and they shared a soft loving kiss, Natalie was happy with Ryan, they had a close bond with each other.
Natalie was settled with Ryan and she loved being happy with him; they had a close bond, Ryan knew how lucky he was to have a happy marriage with Natlaie, she loved him and their baby daughter Maddie and he knew how much his family meant to him and they were happy together; Ryan was happy to be with Natalie and they were a close family. Natalie was in contact with her birth mother Catherine and knew that they were close, Ryan was glad of that and he knew that she was happy.
