Finally got this chapter done after constant of writing and deleting.

As for the question raised by Kevonne about the deed? Actually that is really up to you and what you prefer cause either side of the answer fits the story, which was my intention. This then gives me more directions for any other future stories that I intend to write on. Hope you're happy with my answer :)

Disney's Descendants: Good is the New Bad

Spoilers: Well, the movie and a little of the prequel nove

The next day, Ben and Mal broke the news to Adam and Belle. Just as they were setting a date, Jay and Carlos both showed up at the castle. The both of them immediately drive or fly back to the castle after getting the phone call from Mal, not caring on the fact that one of them have a tournament that night and the other have a major presentation the next day. And after a lengthy discussion, they have set the date one month after Ben's 21st birthday.

Three months later… And on the night before Ben and Mal's wedding day…

"A toast to Mal for becoming the Queen," Evie teased as she raised her glass of wine.

"And to Carlo's graduating from AIT as a valedictorian," Mal emphasised, raising her glass of wine.

"And to Jay winning the championship this year and being the MVP of the year." Carlos reminded, lifting his glass of beer.

"And to Evie for the opening of her second Four Hearts outlet," Jay added, lifting his glass of beer.

The four of them burst into laughter as they took a sip of their drinks. They were in Evie's apartment, where she has kept a room each for the other three Vks. Mal wanted to be with her family on the last night as just Mal, so they have decided to stay overnight at Evie's.

"I miss this." Mal looked around the room and said.

For the past three months, Mal has been busy with her wedding preparation and the crash course to be the Queen of Auradon by Fairy Godmother and Belle. She has started to feel the pressure of being a Queen and that her life will no longer be simple like before but she also knows that Ben is worthy of all her sacrifice.

"Me too, when was the last time we just sit together and talk?" Evie nodded and asked.

"I remember!" Carlos blurted out, and the other three turned their heads to face him. "The night before Jay join The lions."

"Woah, that was like three years ago," Mal said as she recalled the memory.

"We should make this happen more often," Evie suggested, looking around the room at her other three surrogate siblings.

Everyone nodded in agreement.

"Mal," Jay called, knowing that his surrogate sister was panicking inside even though she does not show it. "We are in this together. Evie and Carlos will be here with you, and I am just a phone call away. Don't worry. I believe you will be a great Queen."

"Thanks, Jay," Mal smiled. Her surrogate brother always knows what to say to her.

For the rest of the night, the four former villain kids went down the road of memory lane from when they were still kids, to becoming the most feared children on the Isle, to trying to steal fairy godmother's wand, to them choosing good over evil and to who they are now. Nothing can break the bond between the four of them.

The next day…

"Done," Evie announced after sweeping the last stroke of blush on Mal's face.

Jay and Evie turned to find their purpled-hair surrogate sister to look like a princess, pardon me, it should be a Queen, and instantly, Jay and Carlos stood stunned.

Mal frowned a little, with her eyes ping-ponging between Jay and Carlos for a few seconds before turning to her surrogate sister slash bridesmaid slash dress and makeup artist for the day, "Is something wrong with me?"

Evie beamed as she stepped forward to place her arm on each side of Mal's to confirm and to reassure her. "Nonsense, you're absolutely breath-taking. Let me show you," she expressed as she gently pushed the bride to the full-length mirror on the other side of the room.

Mal saw a girl wearing a baby purple floor-length satin puffy dress, with a sweetheart neckline showing her cleavage and diamonds heavily embellished from the neckline down to slightly below the waistline. Her long purple hair has been tied into a side braid on her right, with a tiny tiara on the top of her head and a piece of white veil behind her head. On her neck and ears, were a set of matching bluish-purple gemstone jewellery, a gift from Belle and Adam. And on her hands, were a pair of silk gloves of the same colour as her dress. Under her dress, were a pair of a satin pump with crystal-beaded vine applique angled across vamp and outer side.

"Is this really me?" Mal asked as she pointed into the mirror, stunned by her appearance.

"Of course," Evie beamed and reassured her shocked sister.

Mal turned around said, "Thank you, Evie."

Evie wrapped her arms around her waist and replied, "You're welcome."

Just then, there was a knock on a door followed by a voice, "Mal, are you ready?"

It was Jane.

It's time.

"You looked beautiful, Mal," Jay commented as they stood outside the chapel.

"Thank you," Mal smiled nervously, with her eyes on the enormous wooden door in front of her. She knew that her future is behind that door, along with thousands of people who will watch her walk up the altar. Fingers-crossed that she will not make a fool of herself in front of the thousands of… suddenly, she felt a little light headed.

Jay gently wrapped an arm around her shoulder and comforted her, "I will be with you, I promise you will reach Ben safely. I love you, baby sis. Remember that we're always here for you when you need it."

Mal inhaled a deep breath to fight back the tears on the edge of her eyes and nodded her head.

Mal felt overwhelmed by the love she has gotten from her family. She felt like she was the luckiest girl in the world. She's now ready than ever to take on the new role as the Queen.

Just then, the melody to 'Here come the Bride' emerged from within the chapel.

A few seconds later, the enormous door swung open from within.

Fairy Godmother walked to the middle of the altar and cleared her throat to catch everyone's attention before speaking, "Thank you for joining us on this special day – the royal wedding of King Benjamin Florian Adams and Lady Mandy Bertha Faery. I would like to welcome all our guest to rise to welcome the King Benjamin Florian Adams."

As Fairy Godmother made the announcement, a music conductor, who was standing in front of a music ensemble on the right of the altar, made a hand signal and silence started to fill the room. The chapel was decorated with light blue and light purple roses, representing Ben and Mal, and blue chiffons with yellow tassels were seen hanging on the walls. On each side of the altar, stood a row of royal guards and all of them had a fanfare trumpet tucked on their side.

The enormous doors of the chapel opened to revealed Carlos and Jane, and Doug and Evie, walking arm in arm into the chapel. Both couples were the best men and bridesmaids. Following closely, Ben, in his full King attire, entered the chapel with a big smile on his face as he nodded at the guest as a form of greeting gesture.

Fairy Godmother continued when Ben had arrived and was standing before her, "Now let's welcome the bride and the future Queen of Auradon."

After her announcement, the melody of 'Here comes the Bride' began, and the large doors of the chapel opened once again to reveal the beautiful bride, with an arm around Jay's and a bridal bouquet on the other hand. Even under the white veil, the guests and especially Ben were all blown away by the beauty of Mal and her dress.

With a deep breath and a quick eye contact with Jay, Jay took a step forward with Mal and slowly, they walked down the aisle. Mal took a small glance around the room and caught a glimpse of their friends, all dressed up for the occasion, giving her smiles as a form of blessing to her and her new role.

Just as they reached the altar, Ben took a step towards them and extended his arm to Jay. Jay looked at his surrogate sister and said, "congratulations, baby sis," before turning to his new brother-in-law, "care for her with all your heart."

"I will, thanks, Jay," Ben expressed warmly.

With his assurance, Jay leaned forward to plant a kiss on his sister's temple and place her hand on Ben's palm before turning around to walk to his seat, which was beside Audrey on the first bench on the left of the chapel.

"Please take a seat, family and friends of King Benjamin and Lady Mandy," Fairy Godmother announced.

After everyone has sat down, she looked around the room before she started, "Dear beloved family and friends of Benjamin Florian Adams and Mandy Bertha Faery, we are gathered here today in the sight of God to join this man, and this woman in holy matrimony. Not to be entered into lightly, holy matrimony should be entered into solemnly and with reverence and honour. Into this holy agreement, these two persons come together to be joined. If any person here can show cause why these two people should not be joined in holy matrimony, speak now or forever hold your peace."

Fairy Godmother paused and looked around the room and after a minute of silence, she continued, "Marriage is a sacred union between husband and wife and shall remain unbroken. It is the basis of a stable and loving relationship and is a joining of two hearts, bodies and souls. The husband and wife are there to support one another and provide love and care in times of joy and times of adversity. We are all here today to witness the joining in the wedded bliss of Benjamin Florian Adams and Mandy Bertha Faery. This joyous day celebrates the commitment and love with which Benjamin and Mandy start their lives together. Through God, you are joined together in the most holy of bonds."

Fairy Godmother had another paused before turning to Ben, "I believe you two have prepared your own vows?"

"Yes, I did." Ben nodded his head before turning to his bride, "As the saying goes…

Tears start to gather on the edge of her eyes as she spoke, "Ben, for the past few years, we have been through many ups and downs, but you never ceased to amaze me with how much love you have for me and how happy you made me.

Fairy Godmother waited for Ben to slip the ring onto Mal's fourth finger before she continued, "I give you this ring."

"I give you this ring," Ben repeated.

"Wear it with love and joy."

"Wear it with love and joy," Ben repeated.

"As this ring has no end,"

"As this ring has no end," Ben repeated.

"My love is also forever."

"My love is also forever," Ben repeated.

"Evie, now please give the Groom's ring to Mandy." Evie stepped forward and passed a matching ring to Mal.

"Mandy, place the ring on Groom's finger and repeat after me..."

Fairy Godmother waited for Mal to slip the ring onto Ben's fourth finger before she continued, "With this ring."

"With this ring," Mal repeated.

"I marry you."

"I marry you," Mal repeated.

"Wear this ring forever."

"Wear this ring forever," Mal repeated.

"As a sign of my love."

"As a sign of my love," Mal repeated.

"May the wedding rings you exchanged today remind you always that you are surrounded by enduring love. With the power vested in me by God and the United States of Auradon, I now pronounce you man and wife. You may kiss the bride."

With that, Ben lifted the veil and kisses his bride.

Lumière took a few steps and stood beside the new couple, and a fanfare played.

"Presenting His Royal Majesty, King Benjamin Florian Adams and Her Royal Majesty, Mandy Bertha Faery-Adams, Queen of Auradon," Lumière announced as everyone in the room stood up and started cheering and clapping for the new couple.

I really hope you guys like the wedding vows I wrote for Ben and Mal cause I did many research before I manage to phrase it in the way I want.

This chapter will marks the end of this side story. Not a very climatic one cause I'm going for a romantic atmosphere wedding but I do hope you guys like it.
