In Which...
The Writer Returns
~Queue dramatic music. Like the I Am The Doctor theme or that one from like all the action movie trailers ever~
"The universe has fallen into chaos..."
A lone figure stands upon a hill, overlooking a forest filled with unfathomable amounts of trees.
"Something is missing...something has been lost..."
The figure tilts her head upwards, shaking out her honey blond hair as a breeze rolled by, eyes wide and staring behind her sunglasses.
"I haven't thought about you in a long time," she said, turning around and crossing her arms over her leather clad chest.
"In a world without hope..."
"I never thought I'd see you again," said the man who had been standing behind her.
"Only one can save them all."
"I have a life, Doctor! I'm in college now. I don't have time to jump around through various universes like I used to back in high school. You saw what happened before," said a girl, no, a woman, honey blonde hair pulled through pale hands, green eyes flashing with frustration.
"The universe needs you," the Doctor said, somehow managing to look dangerous despite his bowtie. "All of them do. You're the queen of the universe, remember? Or have you forgotten all the things, all the happiness you've brought about with your stories?"
"Things are different now, Doctor," she said, calming down ever so slightly. "I've changed...I'm not the girl I once was."
"No," the Doctor said, "you're not. The old Katrina wouldn't have needed me to come here in the first place. She would've just gone."
"You have to admit, it is a little dumb...the universes are falling apart just because I'm not writing. It sounds a bit like a convenient plot device to me.. but.." her face shifted slowly into what could be described as a smile. "Okay, fine. I'll do it. I'm on spring break anyway...what is there for me to lose?"
"That's more like it," the Doctor replied.
~The dramatic music cuts off, replaced by a series of extremely familiar celesta played notes after a beat of silence~
"Doctor, one more thing before I go," said the girl, wrapping a green and silver scarf around her neck, black robe concealing her vortex manipulator.
"Yes, Kat?" the Doctor asked.
~Hedwig's Theme gets to that part where all the instruments are playing now and it's super dramatic~
"Gallifrey rises!" Katrina Lycanthrope shouted loudly for the first time in years, turning the knob on her vortex manipulator and disappearing with a loud crack and a flash of white.
Hey guys,
This chapter is meant to announce my new "sequel" sort of to In Which. I don't have a title for it yet, though it might also just be called In Which, but it's going to be Harry Potter themed this time around.
Katrina Lycanthrope is coming back. I should have the first chapter of that one in the very near future, so if you want to check it out, please feel free to do so.
Stay amazing!
