Chapter 48: A Super Battle
Goku and Piccolo sat down on a nearby stump; their bodies completely exhausted from their extensive training, most of the rest of the fighters had left for the day while they let the two titans continue their struggle.
"Kakarot, it is time to settle this." Vegeta's voice boomed from above. The Saiyan Prince slowly descended towards the pair, his arms crossed with contempt.
"Settle what Vegeta?" Goku innocently asked, looking confused as one of his eyes slowly swelled shut from one of the thousands of punches he and Piccolo had exchanged in the previous hours.
A vein popped slightly on the Prince's forehead, he couldn't believe the buffoon beneath him had stolen his honor from him. "To settle once and for all which of us is truly the Legendary Super Saiyan." Vegeta declared before beginning to power up preparing for what would likely be the first battle between Super Saiyans in history.
A look of pure excitement crossed Goku's face, before shifting to one of slight concern. "Shouldn't we stay focused on preparing for the Androids?"
"You won't be needed to fight them when they come. But if you are so scared of dying again I promise not to kill you." Vegeta added as a smirk as he kept his power just below the point of transformation.
"Well ok if we're just sparring that's fine with me. I'll get Dende and then once we're both back to 100% we can go all out." Goku replied with an excited smile of his own.
"Fine." Vegeta mumbled realizing he himself wasn't at full strength at the moment either due to training for nearly the last 12 hours straight with Nappa, and allowed his aura to fade for the moment.
Within a few minutes Goku had returned with the Earth's guardian, and both Saiyans were once more at 100%.
Piccolo too took the opportunity to get back to full strength. With any luck he'd have a chance to bruise what little remained of Vegeta's ego after Goku defeated him.
Both fighters took their stances as Nappa felt his blood begin to boil with excitement. It had been a long time since he had gotten to watch a fight between two Saiyan super elite. Nappa's thoughts paused for a moment as he realized his mistake, Kakarot was not a Saiyan super elite like Vegeta, he wasn't even one of the lowly Regular elites who he had been charged with whipping into shape, but a third class warrior. A small voice wanted to argue that achieving Super Saiyan should make Kakarot elite by default, but it was quickly crushed by his pride in the Saiyan Culture he was raised in. Nappa felt a twinge of irritation at his own inability to achieve the form of legend and pushed the thoughts from his mind trying to enjoy the fight.
The boom of the two Saiyan warriors colliding shook the landscape. Both had looks as utmost determination as they pushed against one another
The stalemate broke with Vegeta smirking before lashing out with a powerful kick aimed at Goku's head.
The Earth raised Saiyan was barely able to raise his guard in time to deflect the kick with a hammer-block. Only to be caught completely off guard when Vegeta fired a small blast straight into his face.
Goku stumbled backwards momentarily stunned as he tried to clear the spots from his line of sight, and defend against the inevitable follow up attacks. But to no avail as Vegeta pressed his advantage immediately, as he drove his fist into Goku abdomen.
Goku felt himself gag on the bile brought up from his stomach, silently wishing he had raised his Ki level higher for the warm up. But unfortunately for him he wasn't given the chance as he took three blows to the face in just a fraction of a second. The final one a hard enough uppercut to his chin to send the Saiyan warrior flying.
Goku landed in a heap and lay still for a second trying to get ahold of his still rebelling stomach, and to try and catch his breath. 'I can't believe how strong Vegeta's gotten, if he's improved this much as a Super Saiyan as well, I might be in trouble.' Goku thought with a slight smile, hoping to end the warm up soon.
Vegeta slowly made his way towards his adversary, a single blast charging in his right hand. 'This'll make sure he has to transform first.' Vegeta told himself, deciding it was beneath him to be the first one to need to transform in a fight.
With a sudden yell Vegeta unleashed his attack, expecting Goku to unleash a wall of energy to counteract it while he transformed, but to the Saiyan Prince's surprise his blast was allowed to collide and detonate. Vegeta was momentarily taken off guard, just long enough for Goku to appear behind him his hands already cupped into a Kamehameha stance "HA!"
"What T-" Vegeta started to shout, before silently cursing himself for falling for Kakarot's cheap trick, as he was forced to ride the scalding hot beam of blue energy off into the distance. After a brief moment's pause, Vegeta was able to flare his energy enough to allow himself to roll off the beam, the back of his armor now thoroughly charred.
Immediately the Saiyan Prince came roaring back towards Goku at his top, untransformed speed.
When the two figures collided the entire valley shook. But to Vegeta's shock Goku was not forced back and instead calmly held onto Vegeta's fist, seemingly effortlessly. Even pushing with all of his might Vegeta couldn't even manage move his own arm from Goku's grasp.
It was at that moment though Vegeta noticed a faint reddish glow to Goku's skin, causing his rage to nearly explode out of him. 'Curse Kakarot and his cheap techniques!' He shouted in his mind as he tried to surge his energy higher, without transforming. His pride wouldn't allow him to lose the opening salvo, especially with that knowing, goofy grin plastered on the low-class Saiyans face.
Finally an idea struck Vegeta as he pushed forward with all of his might, before pulling back with his whole body. His efforts had just enough strength behind them to force Goku off balance. Just immediately Vegeta's legs lashed out flinging the still surprised Goku up into the air, a move that was followed up with Vegeta, still in a prone position on his back, unleashing a massive flurry of small blasts aimed at wearing down Goku's Kaioken enhanced defenses.
His plan fell apart almost immediately though as Goku's Kaioken aura simply cut right through the attacks allowing the Earth-raised Saiyan to dive bomb the prince at a tremendous speed
Vegeta's eyes opened wide in shock as he slammed his left palm, still holding a recently formed attack, into the ground causing a quick detonation.
The force of the attack scalded his palm but had the intended results as his body flipped to the side and the blast created just enough of a debris cloud to hide his subsequent movements.
Goku quickly tried to decelerate as he realized what happened, but as too late. Just as his foot collided where Vegeta had been laying, a doubled-handed axe-handle hit square into the center of his back, at the same instant that Vegeta's knee crashed into his chest.
Immediately all the air was forced from his lungs, and the surprise counter attack was enough that even his Kaioken aura vanished as Goku focused all of his strength on making sure his ribs didn't break under the pressure.
Finally it passed, but in its place came Vegeta's elbow colliding with his face, leaving Goku sprawled out on the ground once more.
Slowly Goku rose back to his feet, his cheek throbbing somewhat but an excited smile on his face none-the-less. "Hey Vegeta, are you done warming up?" Goku asked ready for the main course of their fight.
Vegeta begrudgingly nodded an affirmative. As he waited for Goku to transform.
Within a few seconds, the valley, once filled with the shadows of evening glowed brightly with the combined brilliance of two Super Saiyans.
It had been a rough last few months for Chi Chi. at first she was convinced she was just gotten the flu. Then she thought maybe she was training too hard. But the others changes she had been noticing recently finally confirmed the issue for her. She was pregnant.
Her hands shook every time she thought of it, of how she failed Gohan. And now part of her felt she was betraying her son, her son that she hadn't seen in nearly 3 years. She had to fight back the urge to cry with self-hatred at letting herself make such a mistake again when she couldn't even take care of her son the first time. She couldn't even bring herself to tell Goku about it. She knew he could tell something was wrong, but the lovable oaf wouldn't notice for at least another month, not when he had the fate of the world resting on his shoulders.
She was about to pound her fist against the table in frustration when she felt noticed the two massive energies spike. Goku had gone Super Saiyan, which was nothing out of the ordinary since he had been fighting Piccolo every day for the last 4 months, but it was the second power level that concerned her. "Is that Vegeta?" She asked herself in disbelief. Even now she didn't trust the Saiyan Prince.
"Chi Chi do you feel that?" Lime asked as she, Trunks, and Videl rushed in from the other room.
Chi Chi wasted no time and immediate rushed to the door and took to the air to see what was happening. Even though Piccolo was there and had proven to be at least partially reformed she didn't trust him fully yet either.
Both Goku and Vegeta immediately launched into their attacks once more at speeds Nappa couldn't hope to follow. He could only count the number of blows exchanged by the number of booms shaking him to his core, every time a fist found some part of the other's body.
Finally the Saiyan General's curiosity got the better of him and he asked the Namekian standing nearby for an update. "So can you tell whose winning?" He asked breaking the silence.
"So far they are even, but I can tell neither is fighting at full strength yet. Things should start getting interesting soon though." Piccolo dryly responded, never taking his eyes off of the sky.
With that Nappa returned to trying to watch the unwatchable battle, unsure what else to do.
Vegeta gritted his teeth as his arm began to shake beneath the ever increasing strength of Kakarot's fist.
'How does he have this much power?' The Saiyan Prince growled to himself. Vegeta wasn't at his full strength either but he could tell his opponent was still holding back considerably.
Instead of allowing the low-class Saiyan to continue to hammer away at him Vegeta lashed out with a kick, which Goku was just barely able to duck away from. His dodge though left him open to a quick blast to the face from Vegeta, just powerful enough to stun him.
Just as Vegeta was about to follow up on his attack Goku surprised the Saiyan Prince with an attack that surprised even Piccolo as two quick beams shot from Goku's eyes.
Vegeta winced in pain as his body spun away the skin around his shoulder singed.
Goku though did not escape unscathed the blinding light of his attack meant he could only see spots and had to rely completely on his Ki sense for his next move.
In an instant Goku appeared above the still rotating Vegeta both arms extended for a vicious double-fisted axe-handle.
Vegeta never even saw the hit coming. For an instant his world turned black as he plummeted towards the ground at a tremendous speed. Only barely able to flare his aura back to life in time to soften the blow enough to escape without any serious injuries.
Goku landed a short distance away an infuriating smile on his face as Vegeta emerged from the crater, his lips locked in a snarl.
"Piccolo! Just what the hell is going on! Why are they here?" Chi Chi shouted with a tone of disgust as she closed the last few feet towards the Namekian warrior. Trunks, Lime, and Videl keeping up with her as best they could.
"Vegeta realized he was falling behind Goku and wanted to act before it was too late." Piccolo said replied blandly not taking his eyes off the fight for a second.
"And who's winning?" Chi Chi asked trying to follow the fight at least with her Ki sense since her eyes couldn't keep up.
"That should be pretty obvious." Piccolo said with a smirk, he could already tell exactly how the battle was going to end.
Nappa let out a small growl, as Vegeta was suddenly rocketed towards the ground, prompting all eyes to return to the fight.
Goku and Vegeta stared each other down for a few seconds, each breathing heavily, as they tried to recover from the last salvo.
"You've gotten a lot stronger than when we fought Cold." Goku said with a confident, to Vegeta's eyes a condescending smile.
Vegeta face twisted into a snarl. "Of course I have, and I've done it with my own strength, not training with the Slug-man over there."
"Well if you wanted to train with us-Agh!" Goku's reply was suddenly caught off as a single purple beam pierced through the Earth-raised Saiyan's chest, bringing him to the ground.
A few dozen feet away Vegeta also let out a mixture of a yell and a gasp as he lost the strength in his legs, blood dripping from his mouth, before finally collapsing as well. A singular hole also evident in his chest.
The world seemed to stand still for the six onlookers of the fight tried to come to grip with the shock that rushed over them.
"Goku!" Chi Chi was the first to recover as she suddenly shouted as she rushed forward towards her husband's body, only to be intercepted by a trio of aliens, causing her to stop in her tracks.
Piccolo was the next to recover from his shock as his eyes locked onto the obvious attacker, his eyes going wide in shock. 'Frieza!' Quickly he was able to dismiss his initial thought though as he realized the coloring was wrong. But it didn't match Cold's color either. "So there are more of your kind after all." Piccolo's voice contained a hint of anger, but was mostly calm, his mind already thinking up multiple strategies to deal with the new threat based on his impressive power level.
"So I take it you along with the two Saiyans were the ones to defeat my idiot Brother, and my overconfident Father?" Cooler asked as he landed, one foot resting on Vegeta's body.
Piccolo watched Cooler carefully weighing his response. "If you mean Frieza and Cold then yes we defeated them when they attacked us." When the Frost Demon, apparently named Cooler began introducing himself, Piccolo sent telekinetic instructions to the 4 human fighters. 'Chi Chi, Nappa, Lime I want you three to engage his backup, none of them are terribly strong. Trunks and Videl will take Goku and Vegeta to the lookout at top speed. I can still sense some life in them.' He had just finished his instructions when Nappa's shook the ground.
"HELL NO! THIS BASTARD'S MINE!" Nappa's aura was glowing bright with pure rage as the Saiyan Giant launched forward intending to tank through the new Frost Demon and begin letting loose on him.
Just as Nappa was about to connect though Cooler's tail lashed out at speeds faster than Nappa could hope to follow, before colliding with the top of his head and embedding the Saiyan General into the ground.
'Revise that Trunks help with the backup, Videl you're on your own." Piccolo ordered before launching forward again, his Kaioken aura igniting.
Cooler's eyes widened in shock as the Namekian warrior turned into a green and red blur, his fist colliding with Cooler's cheek and sending the Frost Demon on an uncontrolled trip towards the stratosphere.
At that same instant Chi Chi's aura also ignited as she lashed out with a powerful kick, sending the most effeminate of the trio between her and her dying husband's body flying. She immediately phased out, with perfect timing for 2 blasts to cut through her after image as Trunks and Lime unleashed attacks of their own sending both of the other minions launching back as well. Finally Videl rushed through, scooped up Goku, awkwardly tried to set him on her shoulder and then swept by Vegeta and took to the air, her small arms struggling to fly while having to deal holding onto two fully grown Saiyans.
In her mind she couldn't help but note that the latest battle for Earth had begun.
Hey everyone, I bet I surprised at least a few of you with a couple of the twists I dropped this chapter. Hopefully it was worth the wait, even though it wasn't a terribly long chapter. Life's been rough for the last 5 months or so, so hopefully everyone understands that my update pace is so much lower than previous years. I'm cranking them out as fast as I can.
Other than that I don't have alot to say today so I'm going to jump straight into the reviews.

I DIDN'T see a Ginyu Force defection happening...I mean, story context -Ginyu hates Cooler and would be receptive to defecting...but...
I guess what I am saying is that MOST authors would have used the Ginyu Force here as a device to showcase Crusher Corps increasing strength...and then kill them off during the battle. You however have instead opted to bring these interesting characters into Turle's forces.

Always glad to hear the chapters are enjoyed. Also you hit the nail on the head, it would've been a huge shame to just kill them off. Besides Turles adding to his crew matches the personality I sort of figured he had based on his movie. As long as he has a use for you, he will make sure you survive as best he can.
super mystic gohan - well nice to see you updated again good fight beween radits and reecombe shame radits lost be good to see him develop more into a better warrior and I wonder how turles will deal with gohan. also vegeta vs goku should be interesting for sure! cant wait to see the next chapter
I hope the new chapter lived up to your expectations. I felt like Raditz needed to find a balance between being impressed with his own power without becoming too cocky, and this battle provided the perfect opportunity for that. Turles is wondering that same thing at the moment, at least he has Ginyu there to lend a hand now too.

Simgr101 - Captain Ginyu is free and he's alive, its going to be a joy seeing where his character goes. I wonder if he'll bond with Gohan at all. Now, the second paragraph it was just me trying to suggest to you to read that fic called a vicious god's wrath. The plot is just a rewritten version of rof but frieza is a lot more strategic and even uses some of Gero's old tech before he attacks earth, he even goes as far to teach his soldiers the fusion technique so when they arrive they really are a true threat. I do hope you liked the Cooler video btw. It was rather entertaining.
Yup, I was hoping I'd catch everyone off-guard with that twist. I do hope everyone enjoys where Ginyu goes. Oic, I will definitely check that fanfiction out. I tried to watch the link but most of it has gotten removed somehow and I couldn't find it searching on youtube.
Jhotenko - And we are reminded that for all of his power, Gohan is still just a little boy. Not a very good plan to get revenge on Pyros. He is not going to enjoy whatever Turles has in mind for his punishment. Of course any physical punishment will only help Gohan in the long run. Very funny image of Gohan getting flung into Burter's energy blast and emerging confused, but unscathed.
I can't say I'm surprised at all that Turles has recruited the Ginyu force. I didn't see it coming, but I'm not surprised either. Turles did need to replace his most loyal minions, and the Ginyu force does have a solid resume. Not to mention Ginyu would jump at any chance to free himself from Cooler's grasp, and Turles does seem to have a solid plan if he can survive long enough to surpass Cooler. The most important thing of course is that Ginyu has an employer that will once more tolerate his dancing!
Raditz may be pragmatic enough to handle the Ginyu force as allies, but Gohan will not be a happy camper. I foresee some interesting conflict, hampered by Turles riding herd on him of course.

Yeah Gohan is still naive. It isn't the worst plan in the world, it could've been on of his own attacks he used just to make things more obvious. Turles recognizes that fact as well, I can guarantee Gohan is not going to enjoy his punishment. Yeah it cracked me up when I wrote the blast part, what I was picturing was from the first episode of DBZ where Gohan fell off the waterfall and was confused about how he got there.
Recruiting is something Turles does alot. As long as you treat the Ginyu force right they are about as loyal as they come. Not only did Ginyu want to escape from Cooler but riding with Turles gives him an opportunity to become powerful enough to get his revenge as well. Yes a universe in which Ginyu cannot dance is a dull universe indeed.
You're right Gohan likely will not take the new additions very well at first. But at the very least Turles has someone else strong enough to at least have a chance of helping to deal with an enraged Gohan now.
SuperVegitoFAN - the only thing i can complai. about is that the story is so big with so many changes its impossible tra k of it all... if you have tine to write a sunmery of events so far and a few lines for ocs plus how canon characters are different wojld be nice.

First the biggest change is
Gohan and Raditz: Gohan being kidnapped by Raditz and brought before Vegeta and Nappa. Gohan spend a couple of days training with Nappa before Raditz tells Vegeta he didn't kill all life on Earth. Vegeta immediately sets out with Nappa towards Earth to finish the job and orders Raditz to present Gohan to Frieza. Gohan blows up trying to prevent Vegeta from going to kill Chi Chi but Vegeta eloquently begins the manipulation of Gohan's world view with a speech. Gohan meets Frieza and is given a brutal initiation. He and Raditz are sent on a series of missions to toughen them up while Frieza prepares to kill Vegeta for his treachery. Gohan has a tough time dealing mentally with killing innocent civilians, and gets heavily manipulated by Raditz by turning him Oozaru and other methods. Gohan and Raditz receive a message from Vegeta telling them to go to Namek. They arrive just in time to see the planet blow up so they flee. They attack a Frieza base and kill Zarbon's cousin, and head to a nearby rebel base to trade the information on upcoming raids in the sector for supplies and a source of income and protection. Pyros is in charge of this group and gives them to Shizen's group after proving to be a total dick. Gohan is happy to be protecting worlds though. He is more brutal when it comes to PTO soldiers and treats them with no mercy. Eventually the Ginyu force attacks the base and they are forced to flee, eventually encountering Turles group, who has most of the team killed sans Gohan, Raditz, and Pyros. the most useful of the three, not knowing Shizen can see the future.
Goku is mostly the same and his training is mostly the same, he has a large burden of his failure to protect Gohan when it mattered most and it does weigh on him from time to time, but he is still determined to find his son. His sense of failure got worse when he failed to prevent Tien, Yamcha, and Chi Chi from dying on Namek, causing his change to Super Saiyan.
Vegeta is mostly the same as canon Vegeta, he simply still has Nappa alive due to the changes that Dr. Gero's android attack and Dodoria's intervention caused when he attacked Earth. He and Nappa are later captured by Frieza and Zarbon and are heavily tortured by Zarbon getting massive zenkai's afterwards. They team up with the Earthlings to fight the Ginyu force and Vegeta fights Ginyu almost to a stalemate before Nappa finishes him off by ripping off Piccolo's special beam cannon. Vegeta nearly goes Super Saiyan on Namek due to Nappa sacrificing himself to save him from Frieza and Nappa's dying words only for his transformation to be halted by Goku's own transformation. This is the backbone of Vegeta dislike of Goku instead of the battle on Earth since it was hardly a fair fight by the time they got to fight.
Piccolo is still somewhat more evil than he was in the canon story. He didn't have Gohan's innocence to rub off on him. Instead he was softened somewhat by training the other human fighters. He is still fairly dark when he fuses with Nail though. He learned Kaioken along with the other dead human fighters on King Kai's world. And fuses with kami even though he isn't as pure as his canon counterpart in an effort to defeat King Cold, but currently lacks the ability to go beyond a times 2 kaioken due to my description of Kaioken being complicated by the triple-cored soul that makes up Piccolo now.
Videl and Hercule receive training from Master Roshi after the Saiyans are defeated. Currently in the bottom tier of the advanced Human fighters. Videl was essential to taking down Garlic Jr. though when he possessed Piccolo's body, causing Piccolo to take a keen interest in her potential and as of the latest chapters is training with Piccolo and Goku.
Trunks and Lime are from the future sent back to provide warnings about the androids. Their base is attacked by an unknown entity as they are preparing to leave though causing Future Videl to have to sacrifice herself so they can escape.
The Blue Force: Were the world's premier special forces unit before being ordered to begin training with Master Roshi to prepare for the Saiyans. Their first few chapters were some of my favorite to write.
King Chappa, Nam, and Bora are characters from the original Dragon Ball. I have done my best to keep them in character, minus them learning Ki attacks.
The Ginyu Force was forced into service by Cooler and Ginyu has a brain implant trapping his soul in his current body.
Cooler must kill his father's killer to take the throne of planet frost, and by extension the planet trade empire. His other option would be a bloody civil war. He kills Frieza's mom for being a prick.
Chiaotzu is still stuck in otherworld I think...I'm kinda like Toyriama I guess and kinda lose track of him from time to time.
Lord Slug attacked Earth with a powerup to keep him relevant. Got eaten by Oozaru Nappa.
Tien and Launch are a full fledged couple. He Yamcha, Krillin, and Chiaotzu know kaioken. As do all other human warriors, including Yajirobe.
wheathermangohanssj4 - okay I'll admit yes slightly disapointed in the cooler fight, but giving them a power boast and having them joing the Turles forces is an interesting idea.
yeah maybe gohan strggling against Turles would probably require some conviance...buuuut DBZ/saiyains have the ultimate writer conviance for power boasting with the Zenkai, and since it's being established that fruit works like a senzu with just one bight all of turles' planing can't stop a well time kept secerate piece of the fruit from letting gohan/Raditz save the day.
The Cooler fight? How'd you predict that lol. If you meant the Ginyu fight, i'm sorry you didn't enjoy it, hopefully you will enjoy the Ginyu adventures with the group.
Turles can't stop a well time piece of fruit but that issue goes both ways, he's already shown he keeps some held in reserve.
PippElulu - This was a very good chapter. I was actually sort of expecting a burst of rage from Gohan, he seems to have them a lot doesn't he?
I actually cracked up laughing at the end with the Vegeta moment; because he's a scarred, prideful idiot who I love but wouldn't mind smacking with something less than sanitary sometimes. Keep up the good work! (I think I've finished all my Gohan/Raditz rants...for now)
I'm glad you enjoyed the chapter. Yeah living with other Saiyans encourages him to release his anger instead of repressing it.
Yeah Vegeta's pride does rule his life and the fact Goku robbed him of 'his destiny'. I do not recommend hitting Vegeta though. Hope you enjoyed this chapter as well.

I actually feel good about ginyu and his men finally a team that though not caring, surely is better than cooler though
Also I am pretty sure the bomb shell of goku being alive is going to be dropped as well as about the dragon balls once turles enquires about frieza I am sure
Also the ginyu dance thing was hilarious
And vegeta is sooooooooo gonna get his ass kicked if he allows goku to get healed that is, I am sure goku is like dead tired and severley depleted right now
And I can so understand vegeta's frustration, I mean he is forced to train his base form only and that also does not compare to be fighting those who can keep up while goku trains in ssj with piccolo, his base increases faster and his ssj gives more power now too(most probably can keep up with piccolo at times 2) and either of them coild destroy cooler pretty easily I guess
So yes I am looking forward to vegeta getting his ass kicked and being knocked off his high horse and I hope goku doesn't hold back against vegeta

I'm glad you enjoyed the Ginyu part, they will definitely enjoy Turles more than Cooler. You could be right about your guesses. Vegeta was fairly tired as well at the moment from the gravity chamber. Cooler would have a hell of a fight against any of the three. I hope the Vegeta Goku fight lived up to your expectations.

One thing I forgot to address in my review
That is the fruit of tree of might
How much power exactly does it give, is it a definite increase, like 20,000-30,000 a fruit or is it multiplicative, like increases power by 20% or something?
The tree of might fruit gives somewhere between 10,000-15,000 per fruit depending on the quality of the planet. It also affects the number of fruits given.
DBZ Fan - I love this Story! Every thing about it is so great! Even the characters from Dragon Ball(and Z) finally get to be in spotlight! instead of Goku and the Z-fighters . I really like how you made Chi-Chi into a fighter instead of being overreacting (Yelling)and protective mother! Too bad (Future)Goten still doesn't exist, the story could have more dramatic and suspenseful. Also can you make Tarbel into(main)character too,he didn't get much appearance in the canon or movie(2008), it well be awesome for Vegeta to meet his litte brother again (even though they weren't at best terms before). I hope there still old pairings from DBZ (Gohan/Videl)it well be weird if they were with other people. Please continue the story. Thank you!
Thanks for the review. Glad you are enjoying it. That is one of the main themes in my story, giving the forgotten characters their time in sun, and to fix the many plot holes. Chi Chi especially was one who's potential was completely overlooked. I will consider Tarbel, and yeah I know that Future Gohan would be awesome but I hope the other future warriors will be an ok replacement. You'll have to wait a bit longer before you know the pairings.
