"Will! Wait! Don't walk away from me!" Sonny yelled chasing after him.

"You have been avoiding me for over a week! A week Sonny! You claim to be working, but tonight I find you out at a bar!" Will yelled stopping and turning around to face Sonny "Not to mention the fact that Paul Narita! Freaking Paul Narita is here with you talking about texting and calling you"

"I can explain everything." Sonny said calmly hoping maybe that would help Will calm down, but that wasn't happening.

"You are in the wrong here Sonny, and your accusing me of flirting with someone else."

"Think of what it looks like to me Will. Your at a bar letting another guy buy you drinks."

"It was one drink! And so what if I'm at a bar I didn't tell you I was tired! I didn't lie to you!"

"Fine okay, okay. You were just having a drink with a baseball player. I get that your a huge sports fan so I can understand why you would accept his offer."

"You keep coming back to that but you have yet to explain to me why you are here and not home sleeping?" Will said walking in circles before stopping abruptly facing Sonny. "Oh wait. I get it, you were too tired to deal with me and my daughter. Is that what you mean, your tired of us. Sick of my boring life."

"What? No! I could never be tired of you and Ari. I lo.." Sonny started but was interrupted by Will's phone.

"It's my Grandmother, I have to take it she has Ari." Will said turning away from Sonny. "Hello?"

"Will honey I don't want to upset you but something happened tonight."

"What..Ari? Is she okay?" Will said panicking.

"She's fine sweetie, she's sleeping. I wanted to wait until she went to bed to call you so she couldn't overhear this."

"What is grandma?"

"Nick..Nick was found dead this morning."

"Oh god." Will whispered into the phone

"Ari? What's happened?" Sonny asked running up next to Will.

"She's fine" Will said to Sonny placing his hand over the receiver.

"Thank god" Sonny said breathing a sigh of relief

"They're calling it murder Will." Marlena said

"What about Gabi?" Will asked

"They don't know where she is. She's...she's a suspect Will."

"No, she wouldn't...she couldn't. Do they have any idea where she could be?"

"Roman said they suspect she may come back here, possibly to Rafe for help. They found a few calls on their phone to a Salem area code but couldn't trace who the phone belonged to."

"Do you think...Grandma do you think she will come for Ari? Do you think she'll try to take my baby?"

"Oh honey no. If what they think she did is true, she will either head home for help from Rafe or run. I don't think she would risk getting caught just to see Arianna."

"I... I'm on my way."

"No, Will you don't have to."

"I want to. I need to be with my daughter." Will said hanging up the phone "Shit!"

"Will what is it? What's wrong?"

"I.. I need to find Chad. I have to go."

"I'll give you a ride, anywhere you need."

"It's fine. Chad can drive me." Will said heading towards the entrance.

"Honestly Will, it will be quicker to just let me take you instead of searching for Chad.

"Fine" Will said turning back towards the parking lot and following Sonny toward his car.

"Ari's okay?" Sonny asked concerned.

"Yea she's fine. It's Nick." Will said

"The guy Ari's mom is with?" Sonny asked confused

"Yea..he was found dead this morning and Gabi is missing."

"Oh god! Do they think something happened to her?"

"They don't know anything yet." Will said as he climbed into the passenger seat, he programmed Sonny's GPS with the address so he didn't have to direct him the whole way then they rode in silence as he texted Chad to let him know he left with Sonny and ignoring the reply he got from T telling him not to forget the lube.

"I'm sorry Will. I was scared to talk to you." Sonny finally said breaking the silence.

"What?"

"You were right I have been avoiding you. I didn't know what to say and I didn't want to hurt you and I was just scared of what you would think or do."

"Your breaking up with me?"

"No!" Sonny said looking over to him

"But you just said you didn't want to hurt me."

"I know, but not like that. I...Paul kissed me the day of the tux fitting." Sonny finally said

"He...what?"

"I pushed him away as soon as it happened. I didn't want it. I swear to you Will."

"Then why would you keep that from me? Why would you avoid me instead of telling me the truth?"

"Because I knew eventually you would want to know why Paul kissed me and how I know him."

"True. Are you going to tell me or avoid me forever."

"We were engaged."

"You were engaged to Paul Narita?" Will asked shocked looking at Sonny who nodded. "When?"

"It was over two years ago. There is nothing between us anymore."

"Then why would he kiss you, and why would you keep this from me."

"I just didn't want to hurt you."

"You thought lying and avoiding me wouldn't hurt me? Sonny thats whats hurting me the most right now. You were engaged. So what? I have a daughter. We all have pasts."

"I just, I don't know Will. I like you so much and I didn't want to ruin anything we have."

"You were about to ruin it but keeping secrets from me."

"About to?" Sonny asked just as the GPS announced they had arrived at their destination.

"I have to go. Thanks for the ride." Will said opening the door.

"Will" Sonny called as he grabbed his arm "I can wait here."

"I don't know how long I'll be."

"I don't mind.

"No it's fine. I'll call you tomorrow." Will said getting out of the car and walking away without turning around.
