Chapter 8

Twilight our mate

AN-I own nothing.

-BPOV-

I sat there looking at them, wondering why I wasn't running, I should be running; a sane person would be running. Why wasn't I? It made no since, but I felt safe with them. Like there was no reason for me to run.

-James POV-

A smile broke out on my face, I couldn't help it me and Edwards mate was sitting right in front of us, not running away, not screaming, and not doing both of those combined. It was wonderful knowing she was accepting us.

"Bella what did you mean by 'well that explains a lot'?"

"Oh, I meant that it explained the whole van thing that happened at school. Which by the way why did you save me?"

"Well… umm… you see…" Edward was stammering with the answer

"We're your… mates Bella" I finished

"What mates? What do you mean?"

"Mates in the vampiric world refer to soul mates."

"Both of you?"

"Yes Bella, I'm sorry I know this is strange, but it's true."

Bella just set there for a long time, unmoving, it was terrifying. Just as me and Edward are certain she's going to leave, she stands up and hugs both of us and we can't help but hug back. She then surprises us by kissing us.

"Does this mean that you accept us?" Edward ask sheepishly

"Yes, it will take some getting used to, and we are going to have to take things slow. Okay?"

"Okay" me and Edward reply in unison.

"So what does it mean to be mated to vampires?"

"Well mates are very protective of one another and male vampires tend to be very possessive. We also go insane if one of our mates die."

"I see."

Emmet yells from downstairs loud enough for Bella to hear. "It also means the best sex, ever."

Bella blushes a bright red, and me and Edward break out into loud growls. Bella does something unexpected. She straddles me and gives me a quick kiss, and then pulls Edward in for one.

"It's the only way I could think to calm you two down" she mumbles

I felt something large and very hard straining against James's pants.

Also I know it's been a while sorry I'm going to try to finish this up or end it here and start a new story not sure yet
