I blinked slowly as my eyes came into focus. I realized that I was on a bed. A really comfortable bed. Everything was so soft. I glanced up as I heard raised voices. I turned my head slightly as the voices grew louder.
"WHY ISNT SHE WAKING UP?. YOU SAID 10MINS! ITS BEEN 15!"
Concern was evident in his voice. Was he concerned about me? Why would he be?
"P-Please calm d-down Mr Cullen, sh-s-she will wake up s-oon."
He sounded terrified of the mysterious Mr Cullen.
I glanced around a huge room. To be honest huge was an understatement, it was massive and magnificent. The bloodsuckers had a lot of money of course.
I suddenly remembered what happened and sat up with a jolt. What! Why am I not dead? Why am I here?
My heart sped up as I thought of recent events.
The door was suddenly flung open as the beautiful vampire ran in. He looked different from when I had first seen him. His eyes looked wild as he quickly glanced around the room as if searching for danger. His hair was sticking up at odd angles, even more so than before, as if he had pulled on them.
His eyes settled on me and his frown of worry turned into a beautiful crooked smile. I was momentarily dazed as I gazed at him, before I came to my senses and jumped off the bed and pressing myself against the wall. Far away from the leech as I could get without leaving the room. I glanced at the door, maybe I could just walk out? I pondered. Don't be stupid Bella, he obviously bought you here so he could kill you, probably peacefully or something.
A sob escaped my lips at the thought of my impending death
His startled face turned into a look of worry and desperation, as if trying to understand what was wrong.
Before I could stop myself the words escaped from my lips "Please Dont kill me." He looked horrified at my words. "Why would I ever hurt my beautiful angel? I would rather die a thousand deaths. He stated as it was obvious.
His what?!
His tone was soothing as if it to calm but all it did was make my heart speed up. He looked at me cautiously as he slowly walked towards me.
"Stop right there bloodsucker!" I glared at him. "Don't come any closer."
He looked shocked at my words.
"If you're not going to kill me then I'm leaving right now!"
As fast as I could without running I made my way towards the door. Suddenly cold arms wrapped around my waist stopping me in my escape.
"Wait."
His velvety voice whispered in my ear. I ignored the tingly feeling I got when he touched me and instead cringed away from him which, was hard considering his arms were wrapped around me.
"Let go of me you leech! Dont touch me!"
His hold on me loosened slightly, just enough for me to escape his arms. Just as I was about to walk out the door, he grabbed my hand. I turned around and yanked my hand from his grip.
"What part of no touching don't you understand bloodsucker, is there something wrong with your ears?"
Venom lacing every word that I spat at him.
He recovered quickly. "Don't you understand what just happened?" He said the words slowly and with emphasis as if I was thick. His words just annoyed me. Stupid bloodsucker. Thinking that they're better then everybody else.
He took my silence as no.
He took a step forward and said the words which bought my worst fear to life. "You're my imprint, I am your mate and we are bound together for eternity."
