Chapter 3- Best Friends
Katniss POV-
Bringing my head up, I tilted my head to side and hit it a couple times, trying to clear out my ears. I think I miss heard Peeta. Gale would've told me if he was attending the school with me, he wouldn't keep something like that from me.
"Is something wrong Katniss?" Peeta asked me.
I shook my head lightly. "Did you say Gale Hawthorne?" I asked him.
"Yeah. Why?" He asked with curiosity lacing his voice.
"Where's your dorm?" I questioned, jumping up from my seat.
"Building 1, Floor 4, Room 17," He replied.
I got up and ran.
"Katniss!" Peeta called out.
Cato POV
Well that was odd. I wonder what the big deal about this "Gale" is…..
I watched as Peeta ran after Katniss and yelled, "Katniss!"
"Well that was interesting..." I stated slowly. Everyone mumbled in agreement and nodded their heads slowly.
Gale POV
Peeta and Finnick left about ten minutes ago, saying that they were going to head out for lunch. I decided to stay here and unpack my things.
I hid my bow and arrow behind a hole bunch of clothes in the closet just incase I got the opportunity to go hunting or do some archery like I did with Katniss back home.
I'd been the second one to arrive, after Peeta.
Unzipping one of my suitcases, I grabbed a pile of closes and headed over to my dresser, pulling open the drawer and placing them inside. As I started back towards the suitcase, a soft knock echoed off my door.
Confused as to who would be at my door, I twisted the knob and pulled it open to find Katniss standing before me beholding a look of shock, happiness and anger.
Sorry for the shortness guys! I just felt like that was a good place to end it. Anyway, review! I love to read you guys' reviews!
