Kagome glared at Naraku as she stood on the thick walls of the palace estate. Thinking. Thinking of what? She had no idea. Then a chuckle disrupted her thoughts.
"What? Nothing clever to say. No threats on my life. Nothing." He was trying to get her to say something. Kagome looked at him as if she was bored or stoic. "Hmm, it seems you spend too much time with Sesshomaru. You imitate him perfectly."
Kagome narrowed her blue eyes at him and then she smirked. "I'll take that as a compliment. Tell me, Naraku, did those men behind you came on their own freewill? Did you threaten them with their or their families lives? Or are you controlling them with a spell of sorts?"
Naraku smirked, "Believe it or not, Ka-go-me, that these men came on their own freewill. You'll be surprise how many demons and humans alike hated your mate."
Suddenly a disguise Inuhime came up to Kagome with a back turn away from Naraku and whispered in her ear. Naraku narrowed his eyes as he saw Kagome just nodded her head.
"Naraku, if you want to kill me then you'll have to get through them first." A creaking, a squeaking, and a metal clinging noises could be heard as the gate was opening. "Oh Naraku, don't bother trying to go up over these walls for they had a barrier." The foot soldiers were carrying spears called a yari, a katana, and a wakizashi, that were double-edged.
The foot soldiers were wearing their lord's colors, which were red and white. They were marching on both sides the outer-side of the gate until they were all out and perfectly lined-up. With that said Naraku snarled as she turned around quickly, "I will kill you Kagome! You and everybody else who you hold dear! That I promise!" As he was saying this the army with samurai armor and weapons ready to strike.
Naraku snarled as his general came and got him out of there before the foot soldiers began to march against them. The foot soldiers' yari was very long and it ended with a long double-edge blade. Once one line of soldiers put their spears at waist length. Naraku's general called forth their foot soldiers to counterattack.
Naraku snarled as he pointed at his foe's army, "What are you waiting for?! Kill them! Kill them all!"

Meanwhile at the southern border of the western lands, no one had one particular opponent, except for Sesshomaru and Akuokaesu, that is. It seemed like they'd been fighting for hours. They were both panting heavily just before they separated again. Sesshomaru was getting tired of it. He wants... no needs to finish this stupid war and return home. He knows that Kagome was due at any moment.
They clashed swords once again. Akuokaesu taunted, "When I finish you, your half-brother, your nephew, and your father off, I promise that I will kill your mate and those two pups, too!"
Sesshomaru saw red then, "NO ONE THREATENS MY FAMILY AND LIVES TO TELL ABOUT IT!"
Akuokaesu only smirked. He knew that Sesshomaru wanted to end this war rather quickly. Of all people, Sesshomaru should had known that fighting with an enraging mind would only clouded his judgement. Akuokaesu found an opening and stabbed Sesshomaru in the shoulder as he forcibly pinned Sesshomaru in the trunk of the tree. Sesshomaru roared in pain. Akuokaesu said, "Well, on a second thought, Sesshomaru, maybe I should saved you for last. That way you could see your family die, one by one, as you are powerless to save them." Just before Akuokaesu turned around he broke the wakizashi in half.
"So, you couldn't free yourself as easily as you could have."
Akuokaesu laughed wickedly as he returned to the battle scene. Sesshomaru snarled angrily and thought, "How could I be so stupid?"
The beast answered, "He was only trying to get the better of you, master. I can't believed that you of all people fell for it."
"Shut up, Beast!"
"You think you could pull the blade out."
Sesshomaru reached with his other hand and tried to pull the blade out of his shoulder, but it shocked him. It burned his hand like it has the same barrier that Tessaiga had.
"It seems that we are stuck here."

At the other side of the battlefield, father and son were back to back as they were fighting Ryuukotsusei and Takemaru.
Ryuukotsusei was in his humanoid form as he was fighting InuTaisho. He said, "You will die with your bastard son, InuTaisho!"
InuTaisho smirked after he said, "You think so, huh?"
Suddenly, Ryuukotsusei's own great-grandson stabbed him from behind as InuTaisho stabbed him in his heart, in the front. Ryuukotsusei roared out of pain. Ryuutansei and InuTaisho both pulled out their swords and stabbed him again until InuTaisho finished him by slicing his head off. Ryuutansei and InuTaisho turned around and battle other demons.
Inuyasha screamed as he was stabbed in the stomach by Takemaru. "Bastard!" Takemaru chuckled darkly. "Did you know that I wanted your mother, but your bastard of a father stole her from me," he said as he pulled out his sword.
Inuyasha roared out in pain as he stepped a few steps away from Takemaru and he put his other hand on his stomach to put pressure on it. Yes, he would heal like all the other times, but this was a different type of battle that he was in. He thought to himself, "I need to finish this so we could go home and kick Naraku's ass."
"Keh, my father didn't stole her from you, dumbass! He's too honorable for that. Besides, my mother wouldn't loved you 'cause you are a fuckin' bastard!"
Takemaru snarled, "YOU'LL REGRET THOSE WORDS, HALF-BREED!"
"Stupid, weak human!"
After they said those words, they clashed swords again, but as Inuyasha found an opening he drove his claws into Takemaru's chest. He pulled out his heart. Takemaru widened his eyes as he saw his own heart beating until it stopped. He fell down on his knees and and fell forwards on the ground. Inuyasha squeezed his foe's heart until it busted. The blood of Takemaru's heart were on Inuyasha's claws. It was really the first time he ever killed someone without going bestial on it.
InuTaisho saw the conflict inside his son's eyes after he finished killing off his last opponent. He put a hand on his son's shoulders. Inuyasha just shook his head.
"My lord, InuTaisho? Inuyasha?"
