Naruto: The Runaway Chronicles

Chapter 18

Minato stood pacing back and forth in his living room. He had finally decided today would be the day he told Kushina everything. He had already placed seals all over the house to stop her from destroying everything, and he had set one of his Hiraishin kunai a block away so he could make a quick escape if he needed too.

Minato was on the fence, on one side he felt like complete shit in regards to what happened to the Leaf because of his actions. There was 4.5 million people living in the Leaf when he left, after the Nine Tails attack, only 3.2 million remained. The fox had killed so many people in it's rampage and all of those lives were on him and Kushina. It was one of the reasons he agreed so quickly to lord Danzo's plan on making other foxes, at the time a part of him was searching frantically to find a way to atone, and when the option presented itself, he seized it.

Though now that he had time to think about it, he was able to see how stupid an idea that was. There was already two fucking Nine Tails, and Danzo wanted to make three more... damn. The world would go crazy if people learned he could do something like that.

But Minato was still torn. Now that he thought about it, he really didn't want to go through with the plan, but another part of him wanted so bad to ensure that his home wouldn't suffer further from his mistakes. If Naruto was treated poorly, then it wouldn't be outside the realm of possibilities for him to return and use the power of the Nine Tails to destroy the Leaf, and the only thing that could stop him was Kushina, and after she learned what he had gone through, she probably wouldn't.

'What to do?' Minato thought as he continued to pace. He couldn't decide. Do his duty and keep the Leaf safe from Kumo? Or follow his conscience and refuse to follow through with the plan?

"What are you doing?"

"GAH!" Minato let out a girly wail as he jumped about ten feet in the air. He spun around to see Kushina staring at him with an amused look on her face.

"Oh... it's just you. Sorry I was a bit preoccupied." Minato said blushing deeply at being startled.

"Obviously. I wasn't even trying to sneak up on you, and I still caught you by surprise. And what was with that girly cry. I thought I married a man." Kushina admonished him with a smirk.

"Uh... sorry." Minato said with a scratch of his head.

"What's wrong with you?" Kushina asked, eying him curiously.

"There is something I need to talk to you about." Minato replied.

"Okay... well talk." Kushina responded as she sat on the nearby couch.

"A couple day ago I learned some things, that occurred during the time our true clones were living here." Minato began. Kushina looked at him intently, obviously curious about what he had to say.

"You know how the piece of the Nine tails in your true clone got out and attacked the village right?" Minato asked.

"Yeah." Kushina replied giving him a look.

"Well... I figured out how it was defeated." Minato answered slightly wincing as he knew what was coming.

"Oh. How?" Kushina asked with a curious look. She had just figured the Sandaime defeated the beast, since it was only a fraction of the fox's power.

"It turns out my True clone, sealed it inside of someone, using the Reaper Death Seal." Minato explained.

"Wait... you mean that there's another Jinchuriki here in the village?" Kushina asked with a little shock.

"Yeah... it turns out my True Clone, sealed the Fox's power... into his son..." Minato stated, cringing, for what was about to happen.

Kushina just stared at him for a moment, processing what he just said.

-Elsewhere at the same time-

"Kami, this is total horse shit, where in the hell does all this paper work keep coming from?" Tsunade bitched as she searched for a reason behind paperwork's incredible reproductive capabilities.

"WWWWHHHHAAAAATTTTTT!" Tsunade heard an ear splitting shout that emanated from the village. It was so loud she could have sworn it was Sakura's mother who had done the shouting. It was so loud that Windows in the village, shattered into millions of microscopic pieces. The Windows of Tsunade's own office disintegrated into a fine powder.

"What the hell was that?" Tsunade asked as she was suddenly tackled by Anbu whom were shielding her from harm.

"Get the fuck off me you asshats and got figure out what that was!" Tsunade barked as she forced the Anbu off of her.

-Elsewhere at the same time-

"And so my fine people, I humbly accept this responsibility and will do my utmost to ensure the piece and prosperity of my people." Nayumi stated to the crowd of onlookers that had come to view her coronation.

"WWWWHHHHAAAAATTTTTT!" They all heard, a voice pierce the air, it was so loud it caused the birds to fly away, and the dogs to whine.

"Mother?" Naruto asked before adopting a confused look.

"What was that?" Nayumi asked having heard him say something.

"What was what?" Naruto replied looking confused.

"What did you just say?" Nayumi asked giving him a confused look.

"I said something?" Naruto asked with confusion.

"Yeah... I heard you say something after that loud shout." Nayumi replied.

"Oh... hmmm... you know, I don't remember." Naruto replied. Causing everyone around him, who heard him say something to face fault.

'Why do I have the strangest feeling of Deja Vu?' The Fox wondered as everyone picked themselves up to continued the coronation.

-Elsewhere at the same time-

"Hehe… soon… soon Sasuke will be mine..." Orochimaru said with a chuckle, that severely creeped out the people around him.

"WHHHAAATTTT!" Orochimaru heard a sound echo through the tunnels of his base. He glanced around, wondering what in the high holy hell, had made that god awful noise.

-Back with Minato and Kushina-

"What the fuck do you mean, your clone had a child!?" Kushina barked out in disbelief.

"It turns out… that our true clones… can have babies..." Minato winced out as he slowly backed away from his enraged wife.

"What happened, where is this boy? Can we see him?" Kushina asked.

"Um…." Minato began with another wince. As he said that Kushina's eyes darkened and she took a step towards him.

"Minato… what happened to this boy?" Kushina inquired in such a sickly sweet voice, that it made Minato's skin crawl.

"Uh…" Was Minato's reply, as he tried to think of how best to explain this.

"Minato..." Kushina stated as she took another step towards him.

"HelosthismemoryandnowlivesinKumoaftertheLeaftreatedhimlikecrap!" Minato shot out at lightning fast speed, before letting out a sigh of relief. "Wow… that feels so much better. To finally get that off my chest. I was worried for a while that you'd be mad." He continued, but stopped as he felt the cold feeling of death enter the room.

"He's in Kumo! Wait! The Leaf did WHAT! Oh… Oh…. I'm gonna have to go have a talk with Tsunade…. But first… how long did you know about this?" Kushina demanded.

"Wait… I just learned about this a few days ago… Oh shit." Minato began in a frightened panic but then stopped when he realized what he had just said.

"You've known for the last few days, and you didn't say anything?" Kushina asked as she began to roll up her sleeves.

"Wait… I wasn't trying to hide it from you." Minato tried to backpedal, but it was no use, Kushina was pissed now, and nothing short of a world shattering event, would save him.

"Oh! Then what were you trying to do?" Kushina asked as she began to approach him.

"Umm… well… Hey you!" Minato pointed over at one of their children, whom had just walked in.

"Um… dad?" The kid started to ask only for Minato to disappear in a yellow flash and appear behind him, where he then held his son in front of him as a human shield.

"I have a child." Minato stated fearfully as he held up his eldest son in front of him.

"What? Oh hell no! Let go DAD!" The kid started to thrash as Kushina advanced on the two of them, her hair slowly levitating into the air, and taking on the form of nine fox like tails. Her face had become a black void, the only identifiable feature were white circles where her eyes were.

"That wont save you. Minato. Now I know… I can just clone you a replacement, and it can give me all that I need." Kushina stated in a rage filled tone.

Minato and his son watched fearfully as Kushina approached. They saw her crack her knuckles, and with that, Minato and his son flashed away, leaving an enraged Kushina alone to lay waste to all of their stuff.

The two found themselves in a bar somewhere, and both quickly sat down. "What the hell was that about?" His son asked.

"Son… Uzumaki woman are crazy. Now… let me buy you a round." Minato offered.

"Dad… I'm eleven." The Boy countered.

"Can we get some Saki over here?" Minato called to one of the servers, completely ignoring his son. The boy deadpanned, but he noticed the slight trembling in his father's body. No one scared the fourth Hokage, more then his wife.

"I guess I'm drinking then." The boy muttered, though he promised himself, he would get to the bottom of this, as soon as he could.

-Later-

"Hey… Fox… You've been quiet for a while, what's up?" Naruto inquired.

"I don't know. It feels like a rage of immense magnitude is echoing across the world. I feel as though a power unlike any we have faced before, is currently throwing a tantrum. This power… it feels so familiar. The kind of familiarity that could only come from within. It's like a piece of myself… a piece I never knew of, is crying out for a reunion." The fox answered, sounding very wise and nostalgic.

"Um… what? What does that mean?" Naruto asked.

"Kit… some shit's just gone down. And I have a feeling it had to do with us." The Fox told him.

"Oh… dammit." Naruto muttered aloud.

"Where the hell did all the servants go?" Naruto heard Nayumi shout.

"What's wrong Yumi?" Naruto inquired.

"I can't get out of this fucking dress." Nayumi replied, as she gestured at all the adornments that she was wrapped up in. She did look quite extravagant, though she would need some help getting out of that.

"Well… I… could help you if want." Naruto muttered out as he twirled his fingers.

Nayumi stared at him for a second, before relenting, wanting to finally be free of all the crap she was encumbered by. She simply spun around, and Naruto got to work unfastening a large bow, that served as a belt that held her Kimono closed. It was intricately knotted, apparently Nayumi had pissed of one of the servants, whom got their revenge with this monstrosity.

It took him about five minutes but he finally managed to un-knot the bow. When he finally untied it, Nayumi was finally able to free herself from the ceremonial robes she had been forced to wear for hours during her coronation. Due to their size, the only thing keeping them in place was that boy, so when it was untied the kind of slid down. Nayumi was able to catch them before they fell off, but they fall just enough for Naruto to get a look at the red lace bra, she was wearing underneath.

She covered herself and spun around, to see Naruto's face was blood red. His eyes were glued on the ceiling, Nayumi stared at her husband for several seconds before feeling a boldness overtake her. She faced him and let the Kimono slide down, revealing her covered chest to him.

"Do you like what you see Naruto?" Nayumi inquired with a seductive purr.

Naruto, stared off into space, glancing only for a split second to see his sexy wife staring at him with this seductive look in her eyes. Suddenly a shit eating grin stretched across his face, and he pulled open his upper robes, revealing his chest to her, "Do you like what you see Nayumi?" Naruto asked as he made kissy lips at her.

Nayumi stared at him for a moment, before her hand shot out and nabbed one of his nipples, she gave it a sharp twist, as he let out a squeal of pain. Nayumi simply giggled in reply.

Naruto recovered and glared at her. "Don't think because your a girl I wont retaliate." Naruto muttered.

"Bring it on." Nayumi shouted at him, as she shielded her chest, to avoid suffering the same fate.

"Oh it wont be now. Know that vengeance will be mine. Soon this game ours will end Nayumi, and I'll be the one laughing!" Naruto stated darkly as he Shunshined away.

"Oh crap." Was all Nayumi could say, as she realized what this meant. Naruto, was either going to come up with an elaborate form of embarrassing revenge, or he was going to let her sweat it out. Either way the next few days were gonna suck.

"Nayumi, you in here?" Nayumi heard her father ask.

"Yeah." She answered as he pulled her robes back on.

"There you are, hurry up and get into something more comfortable. I've got to introduce you to you newest adversary." Daso told his daughter with a smile.

"Uh… what? What Adversary?" Nayumi inquired.

"Paperwork!" Daso replied as he swung open a nearby door to reveal several assistants and some shinobi holding back a door that was bowing outward. She could see paper sliding out of the door frame, and most horrifyingly of all, she could hear a low growling sound coming from within.

"What the fuck." Was all Nayumi could say as she shook her head.
