When Kagome suddenly felt pain as she fell over her lap. Sesshomaru's eyes widen as he saw her fell over her lap.

"Kagome!"

Kagome looked up to her mate's eyes and yelled, "She's coming!"

As soon after she said that, Sesshomaru flared his youki to summon the healer as he picked up his mate and carried her to the birthing chamber and laid her on a vacant futon. Kagome was whimpering and groaning through the god awful pain. InuTaisho followed and was standing there motionless like he was in shock. Sesshomaru noticed that his father was looking.

He growled at him, "Get out, father!"

As soon as Sesshomaru's voice hit InuTaisho's ears, he nodded numbly and quickly got out of there. It wouldn't do for another male to be near Sesshomaru's mate, not even sons are allowed. Sesshomaru watched his father fled away. He never thought that he would ever see a day to see his father fleeing for his life. No males, whatsoever, are allowed around an alpha's mate while giving birth! Only females are allowed!

He looked down at his mate; purring like a cat to calm his mate until the healer arrives. He also positioned himself against the wall and Kagome was lying against his chest. Naomi felt her lords' aura flared when she and the two miko-youkai were outside. All three felt their lady's distressed as they made their way to the birthing chamber. Once they entered the room, Naomi immediately took action by telling Sesshomaru kept her calm and comfortable; told Gina to fetch some warm water; and told Zokushi to fetch some soft blankets and towels.

Naomi checked Kagome to see if the pup was coming. The cervix was dilating. A very good sign suggesting the pup was indeed coming.

Kagome had never been in so much pain in her life. She squeezed Sesshomaru's hand whenever a contraction comes. Kagome was sweating and she hated it. She was sweating like she's been running 10 miles nonstop. Zokushi arrived with soft blankets and towel as Gina arrived with the warm bowl of water. Naomi got a blanket and put it underneath Kagome's legs. Naomi asked Gina to use her reiki to soothe Kagome as she told Sesshomaru to use his youki for the same effect. Zokushi grabbed a towel to wipe Kagome's forehead and cheeks. Those contractions were coming frequent and stronger by the minute. It was like this pup wanted to come and wanting to come now. Naomi once again checked Kagome.

Naomi said to Kagome in a calm, yet stern voice, "Push, Kagome." She pushed until Naomi told her to stop and breathe. They repeated the process until the pup's head was crowning. All in the while with each contraction, she would curse Sesshomaru and squeezed his hand that would normally make a human male hissed in pain. Kagome would also threaten him with no sex. She also threaten him that she would purified the hell of his balls.

Naomi yelled, "Push, Kagome!" The pup's head was completely out. "Okay, Kagome you just need to give one big push. Are you ready?"

All Kagome could do was nod. She pushed until the pain had stopped. She felt as if she were split in two as the pup went on through. She collapsed against her mate's chest. Her chest was heaving up and down as she was catching her breathe.

Naomi asked Sesshomaru to sever the umbilical cord. At first, he was hesitant. After some convincing him that he wouldn't harm his mate or his pup, he did as he was told by using a few drops of his acidic poison. They watched the cord burned about inch from where the umbilical cord was attached to the pup. Sesshomaru almost panic when he saw his acid dropped on to his little pup, but he was then astonished that the acid seemed not to do any harm to it. He led out a relieved breathe that he didn't know he was holding. The little female was squealing and whining for her mother as Naomi was cleaning the blood and the like. Afterwards, Sesshomaru carefully sat Kagome on the pillows on the futon, after he got up from behind her. He wanted to make sure she was comfortable so that she may fall asleep due to giving birth to their pup. He sat beside her so that he could still be near her.

"Sesshomaru," Kagome said breathlessly as Zokushi pushed down on her stomach to make the placenta and the like out of her body.

"Hm." He looked down at his mate.

"I love you." Kagome then spoke to Naomi, "How is she?"

Naomi wrapped the pup with a clean, soft blanket. "She is doing fine. Milord, would you like to hold her?"

Kagome was a little nervous because she wouldn't know if her pup would be an hanyou, like Inuyasha. Secretly, she had nightmares, while Sesshomaru was gone that he wouldn't accept his pup because of it would've been an hanyou. He would reject her and their beautiful pup. She scolded herself for doubting Sesshomaru. He's a man... male of honor.

Sesshomaru was scared to hold his daughter. Yes, the great Sesshomaru was scared. He was afraid that he would hurt her some way. However, he steeled himself and nodded to Naomi. The healer smiled as she gave the pup to her father. She showed him how to cradle her head and hold her correctly. He fell in love with his pup. She was the most beautiful being, except for her mother, that he had the pleasure of setting eyes on. The pup looked up at her father with those big blue eyes. He couldn't help, but to smile to her. He noticed that she had one magenta stripe on both of her cheeks, like her aunt and that she also had a crescent moon on her forehead like he does his. He didn't even noticed that she was a full inuyoukai or maybe it didn't really mattered to him. Who really knows...

Kagome smiled at him as he looked at their daughter with such love in his eyes. Sesshomaru looked at his beloved mate.

He said in a soft tone, "She's perfect. She has your eyes. Every other facial features and/or markings, she inherited from me. Would you want to hold our daughter?"

"Yes," she said with a smile. Sesshomaru gave their daughter to his mate. Kagome smiled at their little pup. She was indeed perfect and then the pup wailed. It was so loud that Sesshomaru winced.

He said, "I believe our daughter is hungry."

Kagome immediately shook off one side of her kimono, after Sesshomaru temporarily took their pup as she cried. After which, he gave her back to her mother. The pup latched onto her mother's nipple to begin suckling her delicious, sweet milk.

Naomi, Gina, and Zokushi quietly walked out of the birth chamber, so that the new parents could have some privacy with their newborn daughter.
