A/N: Because this was the first thing that came to mind during that scene.

"What would you do if Blaine proposed to you?"

Kurt paused.

Because, well…Blaine had.

^.^

"Marry me?"

They were walking hand in hand, and Blaine was looking at the sky when the words left his mouth. Kurt was stunned into silence, watching Blaine with wide eyes, his mouth falling open as they continued to walk.

"Not now…obviously…unless that was something you wanted." Blaine shrugged, not looking at him. "But…would you marry me?"

"Blaine... Are you serious?" Kurt gaped.

Blaine smiled, finally meeting Kurt's questioning gaze.

"Yeah. I love you, so... marry me?" he asked again, an uncertainty hidden in his eyes. "I know this is sudden, and that it isn't likely we'll actually get married for years, and I didn't plan this, so I don't even have a ring yet, but yeah..." Blaine trailed off. "Kurt?" he asked insecurely, needing reassurance as Kurt just kept staring at him.

"Yeah…" Kurt breathed. "Yes. Yes, I want to marry you."

Kurt listened to Rachel talk, and as much as he hated to admit it, she was right.

Realising you had the right person – the one – the one that all the princesses dreamed about, was the scariest few seconds of Kurt's life – the seconds that followed Blaine's proposal.

But knowing – choosing to know, and believing it with all your heart…well…

It was the greatest feeling ever.
