Ughh! Reading this back over I can see there is so much to fix, I can't believe I wrote it like this. Even if it was four years ago it needs a major overhaul on almost every aspect. I don't think any original material written here will survive the edit. XP Fist thing I see is that I need to dial down my OC a crazy amount, I guess at the time I didn't realize how bad it was until I reread it now.

Disclaimer: I should have put this in the first chapter but here it goes anyway. I do not own the rights to strike witches I am just writing a fun story. I also don't own the rights to iron man because the reason John gets his power is from that comic. I just didn't want to send it in with him already having magic and that explanation just went really well with the story. I hope you enjoy.

Sanya wrapped her hands around John as her striker unit sputtered and puffed smoke. John could see the girl was not doing well after all that she had been involved in. The Neuroi was targeting her due to the radio waves she was unconsciously emitting. The enemy saw her as a threat because it was able to pick up on her ability. She was a sitting duck until John came along to help her fly.

"Thanks, I thought I was a goner" She said, Sanya then began to assess the situation. They had no weapons and her unit was all but useless. If she could get the props spinning on her unit again she would have a better chance of surviving the battle. Looking down the blue blades were slowly oscillating below her, there were not generating nearly enough power to provide safe flight.

"Is there something wrong with your unit? What can I do to help?" John asked the girl.

"It's my magic, I expended way to much trying to protect myself from its attacks. Now I don't think I have enough energy in me to fly" Sanya said, John could see the girl was really not doing well. She was covered in a cold sweat and panting from exhaustion. Suddenly the Neuroi struck again, its beam ripping through the small clouds surrounding it as the deadly attack barreled towards the two.

"Crap! Look out!" Sanya shouted, John whipped his head to see the incoming attack. Thinking fast he through Sanya away from himself and flew backwards. The beam sliced between the two, missing its target by seconds. Sanya screamed as she fell through the air, without any energy she was unable to keep herself lifted and now rocketed towards the ocean below.

"Shit, sorry sorry sorry!" John shouted to himself as he flies down towards her, at the altitude she's at hitting the water would be no different from smacking into a slab of concrete. By increasing the RPM John's unit begins to spark with flames through its exhaust ports as he rides it down to meet the falling girl. Putting his hands below her legs and back he slows her fall, he is now flying parallel to the ocean as more beams begin to chase the two.

"I'm so sorry about that, are you alright" John asked in a panic, Sanya sits in his arms gasping for air. Her eyes wide due to what she just experienced. The girl winds back and smacks him across the face, the dizzying blow almost causes John to lose control of his flight.

"You Idiot! You dropped me!" She shouted at him, the anger in her eyes was fierce.

"Sorry, I'm still getting used to all this" He explained as she reached down towards her unit and pulled on a switch near her leg.

"What are you doing?" John asked as she pulled the leaver out and a blue light appears around her legs, the units then go dark and begin to shake against her thighs.

"These will just slow us down, they are busted anyway." She said as the units slip off her feet and tumble through the air behind them. John watches as they splash down into the water in the distance. The two continue to be braided with laser fire. One seems like it is about to strike them when a flash of white appears in front of them. With a flash of blue light the laser beam was deflected away from the two.

"Major!" Sanya shouts in excitement at the woman standing in front of them. She was brandishing a long Katana and had an eye patch. John thought she looked pretty intimidating. She held the Katana towards John to point at him.

"You realize you have a shield, All this flying around will just drain your energy. Especially with the extra weight" She said as John felt a bit embarrassed that the woman could give a lecture under all this fighting.

"Sorry, still kind of new to this whole thing" He said.

"No matter, you probably can't generate a shield without the use of your hands at this point anyway" She was saying when she heard another beam being fired, She spun around and with her katana split the beam before their very eyes. The katana glowed blue with magic as she grit her teeth. John was amazed by the strength of this woman.

"So did you bring us equipment or are we just going to laze about until this thing gets smart and kills one of us?" Sakamoto asked as the boy was still baffled by what he had seen.

"Oh, yeah. I grabbed a rifle and some ammunition before coming out here" He said as Sakamoto flew behind the boy to see a Boys anti-tank rifle slung around his back. She knew it would be a risk and time consuming to move Sanya so he could remove the sling so using her katana Sakamoto cut it from his back. The weapon dropped into her arms.

"Well done, this may be all we really need. Lynne!" Sakamoto shouted and in moments a ponytailed girl broke away from the pack keeping the neuroi busy and flew to the Majors side. The Major tossed the weapon to the girl and she clumsily caught it. Although from that display John didn't have much faith in her skill she then readied the weapon, looking down the sight and pulling back on the bolt a bullet was chambered from the top fed clip. She then smacked the bolt back into place and the weapon was ready to fire.

"Think you can make the shot if I slice a path?" Sakamoto asked.

"I'll do my best" The quiet voiced girl responded.

"That's all I need to hear, you two! Stick close to Lynnette and stay out of trouble. We'll wrap this up." She said two John and Sanya in a stern voice. She then puts her hand against her ear and speaks into her radio.

"I need some cover, I'm gonna make an opening for Lynne" She said and flew off towards the neuroi. The others heard her transmission and readied themselves to protect the Major. As she flew towards the enemy swarms of beams attempted to hit her but the others were too fast. As a beam approached her from the side a witch would be there with a shield to protect her. As she neared the body of this giant creature her sword began to glow blue once again. With a mighty slash from her side the neuroi was opened up like tin foil. She spotted the core as more lasers were fired to defend it.

"Do you have the shot Lynne?" She asked into the radio, flying away from the enemy to get to safety.

Lynne was quiet as she trained her eyes on the target. The small triangle on the barrel of the gun slowly lined up with the bright red core of the Neuroi. She exhaled and then repositioned to compensate for the drop of the bullet. Without taking another breath she pulled the trigger and with a deafening explosion the shot was taken. In the same second the bullet ripped through the enemy and exited the other side with a flash. The sound of glass crashing against the ground was heard as the enemy exploded into shards of white fragments. The air became quiet as a feeling of relief came over them, they could finally let their guard down now that the enemy was destroyed. Sakamoto sighed with relief and with a smile put her hand against her ear.

"Nice shooting Lynne" Sakamoto remarked as the girl ejected the shell from the weapon and it tumbled towards the water. Lynne smiled and pressed her hand to her ear.

"Thanks Major, but It's thanks to John that we had the firepower for me to take that shot" She said looking over at the two. John just shook his head in a worried manner trying to convey to the girl not to say anything.

"Thanks again, I never had a chance to Introduce myself back at the base. I'm Lynnette Bishop, but everyone just calls me Lynne… what's wrong?" She said seeing the worried look on Johns face. A voice come over the radio, this time it was Minna.

"That's right Lynne, John did bring the weapons… In a unit he shouldn't be using. I'll be seeing you in my office when we return John" The Commander said as John could see her in the distance turn to return to the base.

"Ow, that did not sound friendly" Shirley said as she flew in next to the three. They had all begun to follow the group back to the base. John could see Sanya was crossing her arms and purposefully looking away from him. It was obvious she was still mad.

"Sorry about that John. I didn't realize you were going to get in trouble for helping us" Lynne said with a very sad voice.

"It's fine, I guess it was a bit much to hope my involvement would go under the radar" He laughed. As they approached the base.

"Not bad for your first flight in a striker, you fly before this?" Shirley asked as they lined up for their final approach onto the runway.

"Yeah, I used to fly crop dusters and a few fighters in my last unit. It's still taking a bit getting used to" He said as they began to touch down, John ballooned a bit in ground effect causing him to gain some altitude.

"You need to flair" Sanya said as they came to a somewhat rough landing.

"Sorry, It took me a while to get regular landings down" John said as they taxied over to the hanger. When the propellers stopped spinning John let Sanya get her footing on the ground. He then pulled himself out of the unit and jumped down beside her.

"So… are you still mad?" He asked as she looked at him with a puzzled expression. She didn't know what to make of the boy, It was clear his intentions were good but at this moment she didn't know how to feel. She was also coming down from the adrenalin and the fact that he was a boy that just carried her through the sky to safety put her in a strange position.

"I guess you did save me, before you put my life in danger again" She said with a smile.

"But then I saved you again, that's two saves" He joked seeing the girl wasn't angry anymore.

"Hey, that second time didn't count. If you are the one putting me in danger then its void." She said in a laughing manner as the two were really hitting it off. Eila overheard this as she exited her striker unit and stomped over to the two. John saw her angry look as she approached and watched her walk right up to him. She stuck a finger into his chest and poked him hard.

"You Idiot! What were you thinking, you could have killed her!" She shouted at him. The others saw this and rather than get involved they thought it would be better to just walk away and let it sort itself out. John did not appreciate the lack of support.

"I already said I was sorry" John scratched his head as she pushed him back.

"Sorry? Is that it! You nearly killed her and that's all you can say" She shouts at him.

"Eila it's alright, I'm fine" Sanya said as Eila retains her anger.

"But Sanya" Eila tried to convince the girl everything was not alright but she wouldn't listen.

"Eila Its fine, He saved me in the end. Isn't that all that matters" Sanya said with a smile, Eila couldn't stay mad when her friend did this. She looks back over at John and steps towards him in an aggressive manner.

"I'll be watching you, you'd better watch your back" She said and spun on her heals to walk away.

"Well first impressions seem to have gone swimmingly, is she always so high strung?" John asked as he watched her exit the hanger.

"She can get a bit… defensive. She's a great girl, almost a sister to me, when you get to know her." Sanya said.

"I can tell. Well all that flying has left me on empty, you wouldn't mind pointing out the mess hall, would you?" John asked

"We actually have a kitchen and dining room here, I'll be glad to show you the way" Sanya said when a loud speaker chimed overhead. It made a sizzling sound and a man's voice came on, echoing though the hanger.

"Flying officer Johnathan Walker. Commander Wilcke has requested you in her office" the man said in a drab and dull voice, it was clear all he does is sit at a desk and read announcements.

"Darn, thought they would have forgotten. Guess I better get going. I'll see you later?" He asked the girl and she nodded.

"Yeah, hopefully. If you come back" She joked.

"Ha ha, Very funny" He said walking towards the exit knowing that he could just as easily be kicked out on the streets for what he did. The intercom came on once again, John thought it was a reminder from the same guy because he was taking too long but to his surprise Sakamoto's voice came on.

"That was an order not a suggestion John!" She shouted as John makes haste towards the door. Sanya giggles seeing the boy run out of the room.

"What a strange boy, I think it'll be fun having him around" she smiled and proceeded to exit the hanger as well to go get some dinner.

John opened the door to Minna's office slowly, peeking in to scout the room. Sure enough she was there giving him an angry stare. John stepped in and slowly closed the door behind him, its mechanisms made a heavy sound as it latched shut. He approached one of the chairs and took a seat, Minna didn't say anything. She was still filling out papers, not giving him much attention anymore.

Looking around the room He couldn't help but admit how pretty everything was in there. The desk was immaculate, everything was so pristine and organized. There was a beautiful wooden radio against the back wall and many photos hung by the windows. The view was also very nice, the red sky over the ocean was a magnificent sight at this time of day. John decided to open his mouth at this point.

"Commander let me explain-"He started but was quickly cut off by her slapping her pen down against the table.

"Shut it, I don't want to hear it." She said in a calm but intimidating manner. John always knew commanding officers were tough, how else would they get to where they were without some dirt in their eye. It was the officers from Karlsland that John was worried about, the soldiers over there were already tough as nails. To rise among them meant you took a lot of shit and you produced results until you could start barking down other people's throats. John knew they were all tough and should be feared, He did not want to start on the wrong foot with her.

"Do you know the amount of paperwork I need to do to cover all of this up? Reckless use of a striker unit, use of weaponry without permission, all this among countless other rules and air regulations broken during combat. Mix that with the fact you cost us a unit" She said reading off the pages in front of her.

"Whoa, I didn't lose the Unit. It was busted and Sanya dropped them into the ocean. Also did you say cover up?" He asked.

"What, do you think? I'm just going to let this information leak out. This unit is constantly on a short leash as it is. I'm not going to let this incident tarnish our reputation… but at the same time you did save us back there. So I can't punish you with a clear conscience." She said with a smile.

"So… what I'm off the hook like it never happened?' John asked appreciating the girl's kindness towards him.

"Not exactly, seeing as you have the mobility to help in combat you can also participate in some training. I think it's only fair you learn a lesson. Sakamoto trains early in the morning, you can give her some company." She said with a grin.

"Sakamoto? You mean the one" John said gesturing to his eye remembering the girl with the eye patch.

"Yes, that the Major" She said and John remembered how intimidating the girl was in battle and even when she called on the loud speaker. He stood up from his chair and started to walk towards the door.

"Ya know, that sounds good and all but I think my body may need some more time to recover" He said turning the knob and opening the door. Sakamoto was standing on the other side and John jumped back in fear. The girl approached the boy with her hands on her hips, john noticed she had a constantly proud demeanor about herself.

"You may want to get to bed early, I'll see you at zero four hundred." She said and john sighed. The girl spun around and walked to the door.

"You should be relieved, that's late for my training hours." She said closing the door behind her.

"I'm sure you two will get along well" Minna laughed as John sunk back into the chair.

"Is that all?" John asked.

"One last thing" The girl said standing up and walking around the desk. She was now leaning against the desk, almost sitting on it as she looked down at the boy for a bit.

"Stand" she ordered and the boy got out of the chair.

"What's going on?" he asked as she looks at his chest for a few seconds.

"Take off your shirt" She said as john was a bit surprised by the request.

"Commander isn't that a bit forward of you." He joked and the girl rolled her eyes.

"Idiot. Fine I'll do it" she said bluntly and grabbed at his jackets collar. Minna quickly unbuttoned it before John could put up resistance and then pulled open his shirt.

"Hey what the hell are you doing?" He asked grabbing her hands but she had what she wanted.

"As I thought, there had to be some source to this sudden magic" She said looking down at his bandaged chest. Beneath the medical wrap was a blue glow that took on a circular shape. John didn't know what to say.

"So how does it work?" She asked him. He still clung to her hands as she looked at him not ready to hear him beat around the bush. There wasn't any way he could spin this situation.

"It's kind of like a battery, it was meant to keep the shrapnel from entering my heart but somehow the magic being inside my body has granted me some kind of abilities like the witches have" he explained.

"So is it a constant source of energy or…" She began to ask.

"No. It needs to be replaced every so often. I have a device on me that can charge a new source of energy. I hope while I'm here I could develop something so it doesn't need to be replaced" He said.

"It's still… Brilliant" She said looking at it under the bandages. Minna then realizes John is still holding on to her hands. She pulls them away from him and walks back behind her desk.

"That is all John, try to stay out of trouble" She said as her cheeks turned a bit red. John buttoned his shirt and walked back out the door. His cheeks were also a bit red, realizing what had just happen and the fact that his own commander opened his shirt. Minna looked out the window at the sun as it finally set behind the water.

"Why do I get the feeling that gadget of his will bring unwanted attention." She said gazing off into the distance and falling deep into thought.

It was late and John could feel his stomach growling when he closed the door behind him. The only problem was he was completely lost, it took a lot of questioning just to find Minna's office. Now he couldn't make heads or tails of this base. He knew he could just ask the commander but he left on such an uncomfortable note that he would rather not go back into the room. He began to walk down the long hallways searching for anyone that could help. As he walks he can't help but take in the scenery. The halls all looked really well maintained and the furniture was pleasing. The wood floors sounded nice beneath his feet as he walked to god knows where.

As John paced through the halls he soon found himself at a turn that he took blindly into another hall. Upon taking the turn he was met by a force that knocked him backwards onto the ground.

"Ouch" John heard looking to see a girl in a Fuso uniform on the ground across from him. He had turned the corner and bumped into Yosika, knocking both of them off their feet.

"I'm so sorry, here let me give you a hand" He said as the girl put her hand in his and he lifted her back onto her feet. She patted herself down to fix her uniform and smiled at the boy.

"Thanks, its John right?" She asked.

"Yeah, I don't think we were introduced earlier" He said shaking her hand.

"I'm Yoshika, It's nice to meet you" She said with a smile.

"Likewise" John said, the girl seemed very polite and kind.

"Where you off to John?" She asked as John started looking around at the many halls and doors around him.

"I wish I knew, I'm trying to find the kitchen but I'm completely lost" He said scratching his head with a laugh. The girl chuckled along with him.

"I used to be in your position. It's still kind of hard to find my way around the base. I was already heading to the kitchen anyway, just follow me. I'll show you the way" Yoshika smiled as she started to walk down the hall, John followed alongside her.

"Thanks, I guess I'll have to get a tour sometime" He said.

"Yeah, there are a lot of rooms in this base. If you'd like I'd be happy to show you around tomorrow. You're probably exhausted after today" She said considering everything they had been through up until this point.

"Yeah, Sakamoto is gonna drill me in the morning. I just want to get as much energy back as possible before that" John said stretching his arms out feeling the exhaustion setting in.

"Oh, you'll be training with Sakamoto also. I love training with her in the morning. If we'll both be out there I can give you a tour right after" She said excited by the situation.

"Sounds like a plan" He said as the girl pushed a large door open and sound of plates being set on a table could be heard. Looking around the room John saw a few of the girls he had been with earlier. Lynne was setting the table, putting the plates down in front of the girls who were waiting patiently. Hartmann, Barkhorn and Perrine sat around the large table.

"Yosika, John. You two are just in time. The others already had dinner but I made enough soup for everyone." Lynne said as John took a seat with Yosika and the other girls. John could see neither Shirley, Sanya nor Sanya's angry friend were here. They must have eaten while he was being chewed out by the commander.

"Ugh, I'm so hungry. Why did we have to stay in the hanger for so long Trude?" Hartmann complained to her friend as she put her head down on the table to exaggerate her hunger.

"I keep telling you it's important to maintain your striker unit, especially after something like that. We don't know what kind of effects the Neuroi's attack could have on our units. It's best to give it a thorough inspection." Barkhorn explained to the girl.

"That's what we have mechanics for" Hartmann spoke into the table, her words muffled.

"You can't always rely on others to do your work for you" Barkhorn retorted.

"But the whole engine!" Hartmann said into the table once again. The others couldn't help but laugh at the back and forth these two were having. Lynne walked over with a pot of soup and began to pour Hartmann a bowl.

"Yay! Thanks Lynne" The girl said with a big smile as she began to dig in. Lynne smiled and continued to serve the others.

"So John, Where are you from?" Yosika asked the boy as Lynne served him some soup. The smell was very pleasing to the boy as he saw all the vegetables floating in the broth.

"I'm from a small town in Britannia, born and raised" He said picking up the spoon and started to eat the soup.

"So why are you out here? If you don't mind me asking?" Erica said as she slurped the soup.

"Well I joined the military at a young age and was tossed about for a bit until about a week ago. I was in a weapons lab working on some anti neuroi technology when, Boom." He said using his hands to mime an explosion, trying to get his point across.

"One minute were moving a canon shell, the next I'm in the hospital." He said.

"Oh my, are you alright? You're here to recover aren't you" Lynne said.

"Well I thought I was doing a pretty good job of recovering. The only problem is I have metal trapped in my chest working its way towards my heart." He said as the others became concerned.

"That's awful, is there anything I can do to help" Yoshika asked.

"Yeah, Yosika's one of the best healers I know. She should be able to help." Erica said.

"I appreciate the concern but it's not about healing, it's about removing the foreign objects from my body. The surgery would probably kill me faster than the shrapnel would." John chuckles.

"That's horrible, how could you be so light hearted about this" Barkhorn said.

"I guess the fact I'm still alive is just a blessing enough. That and I think I have it under control for the time being. Let's not get so depressed about this" John said as he finishes his soup.

"This was really good, thank you Lynne." He complimented the girl.

"Thanks, it's an old family recipe" She smiled.

"Yeah Lynne, It was great" Yoshika said picking up her dishes and walking them over to the kitchen. John was about to ask the others where they were from and how they ended up with the Witches but Yosika grabbed his attention before he could do so.

"Hey John, If we're going to get up to train with Sakamoto we should probably get going" She said as John looked at the clock to see it was getting a bit late. John stood up from his chair and pushed it in, leaning over it to say his goodbyes.

"Well it was nice meeting you all. I hope next time were able to chat I can learn a bit about you all. It's so strange being asked so many questions. I didn't think I was that interesting of a person" John laughed.

"Goodnight John, Goodnight Yoshika" Hartmann said as they were leaving the room.

"Ugh, it's only his first day and he gets to train with the major personally. It's so unfair" Perrine said getting visible distraught about the whole situation.

"He seems like a nice guy, I like him." Erica said as she reached over the table to pour herself more soup.

"Nice or not we should probably get to the bottom of why he is able to use magic" Barkhorn said as she took a sip of her drink.

"Yeah, now that you mention it he must have some kind of source of magic hidden somewhere." Lynne said thinking of how the boy was able to fly and use shields.

"Maybe Minna knows something about it, she's spent the most time with him" Erica said.

"That's a good point Hartmann, We'll have to ask the commander tomorrow." Barkhorn said, picking up her bowl to put it in the sink.

Yosika escorts the boy down the confusing halls back to the rooms and shows him to where he'll be staying the night. He opens the door and walks inside.

"Thanks for all the help, I'll see you in the morning" John said to the girl.

"Yup, bright and early" Yoshika smiled as she skipped down the hall back to her room. John slowly closed the door behind himself and wondered if the sun would even be up that early for it to be bright. He felt around but couldn't find a light switch anywhere, there was some moonlight seeping in from the windows and John's night vision wasn't horrible so he was able to make out the bed. Slowly walking towards it with his hand extended he felt the edge and then took a seat on the soft mattress. He unbuttoned his jacket and shirt, not about to sleep in a button down.

He sat there for a couple seconds, thinking to himself he'll have to find some pajama bottoms if he was going to be staying there for an extended period of time. He felt uncomfortable sleeping with a shirt on but even more uncomfortable sleeping in just his boxers. There was just something about it he didn't enjoy. Knowing the short time he had to sleep would be incredible uncomfortable if he kept his uniform pants on he began to unfasten his belt. Pulling the pants around his legs he folded them and placed them on the ground. He wasn't about to fumble around in the darkness to find somewhere to hang them.

Johns head was spinning with thoughts of the crazy day he had just experienced. He had joined a new unit and met some really nice people. Although the fact that he could utilize magic in such a way was news to him. Looking down he could see his chest was glowing brighter in the darkness. The blue glow was illuminating him a bit now as some of the bandages had moved. He carefully touched it and felt its warmth on his fingers. He was not sure what he had become with this thing in him but he knew he didn't have much of a choice. With a sigh he grabbed at the sheets and wrapped himself under them. Turning over he closed his eyes about to fall asleep until he heard a groaning.

"Ugh… light? What?" He heard and opened his eyes to see in the small amount of blue light Sanya was laying net to him. In shock John pushed himself away from the girl and fell of the bed.

"Sanya? Owf!" She heard from the darkness as the floor shook a bit with a loud bang. She sat up in the bed and looked at the boy on the ground. Grabbing his shirt from the ground John quickly covered his chest and used the vail to adjust his bandages. By moving them a bit he was able to almost completely conceal the glow.

"wah? John?" Sanya said in an almost dazed manner as she rubbed her eyes. She wasn't sure about what she saw when she awoke but now she saw the boy on the ground in front of her.

"Sanya, I'm so sorry. I forgot we were sharing the space. I'll find somewhere else to sleep" He said picking himself up from the ground.

"It's alright, the bed is big enough for the two of us" She said. John was standing in the moonlight and Sanya could see his full body now with the help of her night vision. She blushed a bit seeing the slender boy had quite a muscular body. The bandages around his chest made her feel sympathetic for the boy, she would feel bad making him sleep on the ground in his condition.

"Are you sure about this?" John asked, the girl was lost in thought for a bit as she looked at him. She realized that he had asked a question and then shook her head.

"Oh yeah, its fine. Eila, Yosika and I were able to all sleep in this bed when we took night flights" She responded.

"That's not what I meant" He mumbled. John's eyes had adjusted to the darkness as well and he could see Sanya was only wearing her undergarments as well. He walked over and sat down on the bed. She covered herself back up as John pulled the blanket over himself. He thought for a few seconds and then grabbed the pillow he would have been using and placed it between them.

"What's that for" She asked.

"I wouldn't feel right unless we had something separating us. Call me old fashion but I just feel this would help" He said as he lay down and on his back. The bed was comfortable enough he could go a night without a pillow. He was tired enough he really didn't mind.

Sanya smiled as she lay her head down on the pillow. This gesture was very chivalrous of the boy, it also said something to Sanya about who he was as a person. Her head started to rush towards conclusions. Does he like me that way, I mean we just met but wouldn't any other guy be all over a girl that invited him to her bed. He has a lot of self-control, the fact that he respects my space enough to do this. Sanya thought to herself when she heard Johns breathing become regular next to her. She picked her head up to look at him over the pillow. She looked at his peaceful face for a few moments as she rested her chin on the pillow between them.

She slowly reached her hand out to touch his bandaged chest but he started to stir a bit and she retracted her hand quickly. She blushed thinking of how crazy she was for trying something like that. She felt that by passing the line in the bed she would be betraying Johns trust. This pillow between them was a mutual agreement between the both of them. It isn't just for Sanya to be protected but it's also there to protect John.

There were so many thoughts running through Sanya's head that she just threw it down on her pillow and tried to clear it. She let out a sigh as she looked up at the roof of the room.

"Goodnight John." She said in an almost inaudible voice as she closed her eyes and tried to force herself to sleep.

Well that took some doing but I feel like I fleshed it out pretty well, also I kind of pulled back on the emotions. I have a feeling It's going to be a lot of fleshing out strike witches, adding details, and pulling back on my OC from here on out. XD

Don't forget to tell me what you think, I love the feedback!
