n the wee hours in the morning, Orochi woke up and sneaked out of Akira's tent and headed out of camp. He headed towards his holy army.

A few hours later, Akira woke up to find Orochi gone once again. She sighed. "He's been doing that a lot here lately. I wondered what he's up to."

"Maybe I could be of assistance, milady?"

She gasped. "Who are you?! Where are you?!

"Who am I is none of your concern. Where am I is everywhere and anywhere."

"Alright, then. What are you?"

"What am I isn't important."

"Why are you here. then?"

"I already told you, milady. I am here to assist you."

"Assist me? For what?"

"You wondered where your mate was. Am I wrong?"

"No, but... what do you want in return?"

"Nothing, but the truth to be revealed."

"Hmm, it's a deal."

"Good. Now just look into your basin of water."

She furrowed her eyebrows as she did as she was told. When she looked into the basin, she saw her mate walking to a priestess with long, black hair. He was kissing her!

Akira was speechless. She can't believe what she was seeing. She shook her head quickly. "No! This must be an illusion of some sort from the enemy." There was no reply from the voice. Akira figured that she was right since the voice failed to respond back.

Meanwhile as Orochi was walking towards his holy army, he saw Kikyo. She seemed to be in deep thought. He sneaked up to her and kissed her. She had her eyes close. So, she couldn't see him in his youkai form. She almost said 'Inuyasha', but she realized that she wasn't kissing him. It was Orochi. She was about to open her eyes, but he vanished before she could see him. She also noticed that he had youki in his aura, which was impossible.
"How could he have any youki? That's impossible! Unless..." She widened her eyes in realization. She had to tell her fellow priestesses and monks.

After Orochi walked away from Kikyo, he thought, "That was a close call. If she saw that I was a demon, she'll probably purify me and reveal my true identity." He drawn in all his aura and power to hide himself from his holy army. He watched them and smirked at what they were planning. After he was satisfied, he returned to camp, but not before he washed Kikyo's scent off.

Akira went into the tent, where she found her allies discussing their strategy in more detail. Kuraiōkami stopped speaking as he watched came inside and sat on her cushion. She looked around and said, "Have any one of you see Orochi?"

They shook their heads. "Oh, well, continue on, then Kuraiōkami." She sounded a little sad.

"Are you alright, milady?"

She smiled at Kuraiōkami. "I am fine. I am just tired of this war. I wanted this war over with."

He smirked. "I understand. I have a plan to do just that." He went on telling them of his plan as they listened and agreed with it. Much to Kuraiōkami's chagrin, Yaminoryū and Hyousureiyā had to add their two cents in to it and adjusted the plan just a bit. Of course, Akira added her two cents and omitted a part of it.
