Chapter seventeen-get back home…
"Is everything ready?" ask Takuma when they pack all they things. They need to leave the villa as soon as possible after Kaname call Chairman Cross that morning. Chairman Cross worried about Zero and he want them all to come back at the Cross Academy so Zero can get full treatment quickly. Takuma gather all his things. It's good news because he doesn't bring his comic too much.
"Yes, I think everything is ready. We already put everything in the car. We can depart anytime soon," say Aidou while he walk in the living room with Kain and Ruka.
"Okay. I should go get Kaname now. He still in Kiryuu-kun's room. Waiting for Kiryuu-kun to get up." Takuma walk to the guest room and he look at Kaname who sit not too far from the bed. Kaname was reading a book. He was not sure whether Kaname really read the book or just open it.
"Kaname, it's ready. We can leave anytime soon. Everyone is waiting for you," say Takuma while walk toward Kaname slowly. He glance at Zero who still don't show any sign to awake.
"Thanks. We will leave now. Tell them that I will come with Kiryuu." Kaname put the book in his pocket and he walk to Zero. He take a glance at Zero before he pick Zero up in bridal-style. He make sure that Zero's head is rest on his chest. He chuckled a little. It makes Takuma confused.
"What are you laughing about?" ask Takuma confused while they walk down the stairs to the living room.
"Nothing. It just that… I think of Kiryuu. I just thought about his behavior if he know I pick him up using the bridal-style in front of you guys. He will get really mad and maybe throw a tantrum all around the school." Kaname said and he chuckled for a while.
Takuma get what Kaname want to say so, he just laughs while he thinks of it. Of course Zero will get mad. Really mad. "Just make sure he doesn't know about it. Or he will kill you for sure."
Kaname just laugh. Yeah, Zero surely will kill him with his Bloody Rose if he know about it. He need to make sure nobody open they mouth about this. Now Zero, let's get back home…
Their way to school takes about five and half hours when Kaname forcing drivers to drive a car with a speed. He don't want to waste their time because they need to hurry. After they back at Cross Academy, they walk toward the Moon Dormitory. Kaname don't really sure whether he should bring Zero to Chairman Cross private quarters or bring Zero in their dorm. Sun Dormitory is out of question. There is no way he will leave Zero there especially when he know there is a day class student in there. That's dangerous.
Kaname just bring Zero into Moon Dormitory. Chairman Cross can come here. And it's a good thing because there is no night class student in the dorm because of school holiday is still nine days left. Another night class student will never come back here because they know that Kaname is not here. So, it's safe to keep Zero here for a while.
"Where do you want to put him, Kaname-sama?" ask Aidou.
"Get the guest room next door ready for me," say Kaname while point his finger at the guest room next from his room.
"Yes, Kaname-sama." Aidou, Kain and Ruka bowed. Usually that guest room is vacant because Kaname doesn't want to share that right side in that floor with anybody else. So, nobody had been in that room before. It takes only a few minutes for them to get the room ready. Kaname walk in and put Zero in the bed slowly. He put the cover at Zero's body.
"Kaname-sama, the chairman, Yuuki-chan and Yagari-sensei is already here," say Shiki suddenly show herself behind Kaname. His face as usually, bored and shows no emotional at all.
"Bring them here." Kaname give an order. He sat on the couch, not too far from Zero's bed.
A few minutes later, Chairman Cross, Yuuki and Yagari Touga come in the room, anxiously. Yagari Touga almost bang the door out. Too worried about Zero's condition maybe. Who's not worries if his beloved student is missing just like that for one month.
"How's Zero? Is he okay? He don't hurt, right? Who make he hurt like this?" ask Chairman Cross and Yagari Touga almost in unison. They stand beside Zero's bed and look at Zero's pale face. Chairman Cross gently and softly caressing Zero's face and hair. He is so worried before and now when he saw Zero is laying down in bed, he still feel worried. Yuuki grab Zero's hand and hold tightly.
"Zero is so pale and thin. I am so worried about him. He is so fragile," Yuuki almost crying when she saw Zero. She bring Zero's cold hand to her face and he kiss Zero's hand. She hoped Zero can feel her kiss. "And he is so cold."
"What the hell is happen to him, Kuran?" ask Yagari. He tries his best not to get angry at people who are innocent. It's not Kaname Kuran faults Zero end up like this.
Kaname take a look at Yagari, Chairman Cross, Yuuki and then he stare at Zero. He sighed. He should tell the truth if he want Yagari Touga to help him to lure out the culprit. "I don't really sure what had happen to him. But… what I am sure is… Kiryuu had been kidnapped," say Kaname calmly. He glance at Yagari Touga to see his reaction. Like he thought, Yagari Touga tense and fist his hand like he want to punch at someone.
"Kidnapped? Who dare to kidnap him? We talk about Zero here. He is not that weak," Yagari Touga grind his teeth. If he got the culprit, he will kill him without a second thought.
"Yeah, we know that Kiryuu is not that weak. But, we must know… maybe his kidnapper has used an anti-vampire weapon to attack Kiryuu. Look at the wound at his chest. The scar is still there. Maybe it will disappear after one or two day. We still don't know he feed or not in this one month. It will be worse if he don't feed on anything," say Kaname while walk slowly toward Zero. He unbutton Zero's shirt and make Zero's chest exposed.
Yagari Touga want to yell when he look Kaname touch Zero. But, when he thinks about it… he just silent. There is no way Kaname will do anything to his student. He look at Zero chest and almost punch at the wall when he saw the pink scar just one inch away from Zero's heart. Chairman Cross just grips his shirt, sad and hurt to see Zero's condition. Yuuki cries. She can't see any more than that.
"You know who did it?" ask Yagari Touga, furious.
"Sadly, I don't know who did this to him. Maybe a powerful one because he got a servants. He claims Zero as his." Kaname don't hesitate to say that. He want Yagari Touga help him to get the culprit.
"What! That damn bloodsucker! I will never let this just like that. I will kill that bastard," curse Yagari while grab his riffle tightly.
"So, how's Zero? He still don't get up?" ask Chairman Cross. Now, Zero's condition is more important than anything.
"Yes, he still don't get up since we found him in the forest. We had call a doctor and he will come shortly," say Kaname. He walk back to sit at his couch.
"Doctor? A human doctor or… a vampire doctor?" ask Chairman Cross. He want to know because he know that Zero's condition can't be examined by normal doctor. And vampire doctor is so hard to get because the vampires don't get sick. Except if the vampire is born with sickly body like Maria Kurenai.
"A vampire doctor of course. That's why I bring him here and not to your house, chairman. Or… you want me to bring him back to his room at your house, chairman?" ask Kaname even thought he don't want to hear Chairman Cross say 'yes'.
"No, it's good if he is here. If he was at my house, I still don't know what to do. If he is here, the doctor can examine him anytime," say Chairman Cross. He just thinks what the best for Zero. He want to bring Zero home, but he can't be selfish.
"Okay." After a few minutes later, a vampire who looks like in the middle 30 year olds arrived in the room. He bring a black bag in his left hand.
"Kaname-sama. The doctor is here," says Seiren while bowed at Kaname.
"I know. Thanks, Seiren." Kaname look at the doctor. He give the doctor a small smile.
"I am glad to see you, Kaname-sama. It's my pleasure to work for you, Kaname-sama," say that doctor while bowed to Kaname.
"Yeah, me too. I want you to treat my friend. I want you to do anything you can't to make sure he is awake," say Kaname more to give an order. Yeah, it was an order.
"Yes, Kaname-sama," that vampire bowed once again.
"We should get out and let the doctor do his job. We will come and see him again later." Takuma said and he give an order to all his friends to get out from the room. Chairman Cross, Yagari Touga and Yuuki get out a few minutes later leave Kaname in there.
It's been one week already but Zero still don't show any sign to wake up from the slump. Kaname always spend his time in Zero's room. He does all his jobs in Zero's room and sometimes, he will sleep in the couch in that room. Nobody dare to say anything at him, so Kaname just do what he feels like it.
Kaname glance at Zero. What should he do to make Zero awake? And Zero don't feed at all during his unconsciousness. Kaname walk close at Zero's bed and stare at Zero's face for a long time. He need to feed Zero even thought Zero is still don't regain his consciousness. He slice his wrist using his own claw to draw blood. His blood flow from the scratch and he bring his hand at Zero's mouth. He tries to make Zero swallow the blood, but he can't. At last, Kaname suck his own blood and he bring his mouth that full of his own blood to Zero's mouth. He feed Zero his blood mouth to mouth to make sure Zero swallow it by force.
After a few minutes, he lick Zero's lips that is full with his own blood. He did it to force Zero feed his blood even thought it just one mouth. It's better than nothing. He hopes Zero will wake up soon. He hear knocked at the door and he give the permission for them to enter using his telekinetic ability to open the door.
"Kaname-sama." The door is open and all his inner circles enter the room. He just glance at them. "We smell your blood, that's why we came. Are you okay?" ask Aidou, worried.
"I am fine. I just feed Kiryuu with my blood. It's been one weeks and he don't eat anything. So, I give him my blood," say Kaname calmly. It's not like his inner circle don't know that he had feed Zero before. And of course his blood can attract the vampire a few miles far. So, no need to hide anything.
Ruka and Aidou clench their fists. They want to say something, but they can't. It is Kaname own decision and Zero Kiryuu, he is not guilty in this case this time. He don't realize what Kaname had done to him in his slump.
"So, did he drink it?" ask Takuma out of concern. He doesn't mind to give Zero his blood if Kaname give permission to him. It's not like he will bite Zero back. So, they don't have to worry about the blood bond.
"No. I have to force him to drink mine." Kaname sighed. He lick his wrist to clean the remain blood because he still can smell his blood in the air. After his wrist is clean, he still can smell his blood in the air. He frowned. Weird. But when saw Zero's cleft lip, he smile. Of course the blood smells come from Zero's mouth. That's mean, Zero don't swallow all of his blood yet.
All of them realize how Kaname look at Zero's lips. It make them gulp in anxiousness. Is Kaname sane right now?
"So, did he need more blood? I can give him my blood. Anytime," say Aidou and he offer his hand to Kaname. "So, you don't have to give your blood anymore, Kaname-sama." Aidou bite his lips. Waiting if Kaname will slash his wrist soon.
"No!" Kaname half yelled suddenly. It make everyone startled when they hear that. Never once Kaname yelled at them. No matter how angry Kaname feels, he will never yell at anyone. Kaname realize his fault. "I… I don't mean to yell at you guys. It just that, it is Kiryuu that we are talking about. He will never likes the idea of drinking your blood," say Kaname. He don't say sorry out of his pride. He is a pureblood. The truth is, it's him who hates the idea of Zero drinks another blood other than him. He don't know why he be this possessiveness so suddenly. Never once he feel like this. Why? Why?! Even for Yuuki, he never feels like this.
"Oh, yeah. You are right." Aidou nodded, somewhat afraid. He never saw Kaname like this. He slowly walk back toward where he was before. Everyone is silent. They just stay and see what Kaname want to do. Kaname is somewhat, weird after Zero is missing. And after Zero is found, he became more possessiveness.
Kaname sit on the bed beside Zero. He move his hand at Zero's lips and wipe his blood that still have in the Zero's lips. Then he bring his finger at his mouth and lick it. He want to lick it. He wants to lick those lips. Really much.
"Maybe, we should go. It's already 7 a.m. We need to rest and get some sleep," say Kaname when he realize his friends presence in thst room and he walk to the door. Everyone follow behind him. They don't have to accompany Zero anymore because Kaname already put the spell in that room. Nobody other that Kaname, Chairman Cross, Yuuki, Yagari Touga and Kaname's inner circles can enter the room.
But, it's not for a long time until Kaname came and enter that room again. He doesn't know why, but his blood feels hot tonight. Yeah, even though it's daylight outside… but, it still a day night for a vampire. Vampire sleep at daylight, remember. Kaname feels like his blood in Zero's body call for him. Kaname walk and sit on the couch like usual. He will sit on that couch if he came and wait for Zero.
"How long we have to wait, Zero Kiryuu. Everyone is waiting for you to wake up. You need to wake up," say Kaname more to whisper to his self. He sighed. That room is dark because the curtain is so thick. But, he still can see everything so clearly.
"You don't have to wait anymore, Kaname Kuran." Suddenly, Kaname is shocked with that voice and he look at the bed where Zero had lie down earlier. His eyes wide open when he saw Zero is finally awake. And now, Zero's lilac eyes is look straight at his red-brown eyes.
"You are awake, Kiryuu," say Kaname. He stand up from his couch and look at Zero. Still don't believe what had happen.
"Yes, I am awake, Kaname. How long do you think I am going to sleep?" say Zero playfully and he smile sweetly at Kaname.
Kaname confused. Zero… talk and smile at him? Zero must be banging his head somewhere before. That's why he behaves like this.
Toma throw the glass at the wall after he drinks a blood wine. That was a fifteen glass so far. It's been one week already and he still can't have Zero. He clenches his fist and hit the wall. He should be careful that day. If he still had Zero, today is the day when he can have Zero for his self forever. Today is the day. The spells that he put on Zero should be complete today and it will be ready for fertilization. And today, Zero will be extremely horny and submissive to the first person he saw after him open his eyes.
Toma hit the wall for the second times. Kaname Kuran! It all his fault! Just if he will die. Suddenly Toma smile widely. Yeah, just if Kaname is dies. And there is one person who is gladly will kill Kaname Kuran. It was 'Him'.
