Chapter nineteen-welcome back, Zero…

Yuuki, Chairman Cross and Yagari Touga arrived at the Moon Dormitory at 4.30 in the evening. Quite earlier for the vampire but they are lucky because Takuma is already awake. So very unvampire like. Takuma open the door so they can enter the dorm. Chairman Cross doesn't have the key to enter the Moon Dormitory. Only Kaname and Takuma got the key to the Moon Dormitory.

"How's Zero?" ask Yuuki a little bit worried. She glance at Takuma for a while.

Takuma just shook his head. "As usual," say Takuma while they walk to the Zero's room. He take a look at Kaname's room and he know that Kaname is still sleeping. Kaname usually will never get out of his room if Takuma don't knocked his door.

Yuuki sighed. She is so depressed. They enter the room when Takuma open the door for them to get in. Yuuki sit next to the bed and Chairman Cross stand behind her. Yagari Touga as usual will stand next to the window with the cigarette on his hand. He put his rifle on the side table close on the bed.

"I am going to wake Kaname up," say Takuma and he get out from that room. Yuuki and Chairman Cross just nod their head and Yagari Touga doesn't pay any attention at him.

"Zero… please wake up. It's been a week and you are still sleeping. I had missed you like crazy, you jerk," say Yuuki while she grab Zero's hand and softly squeeze his hand. "I promise… I will not complaining about your laziness anymore and I won't forced you to eat my cook if you don't want to." Yuuki make a promise even though she know that promise is so hard to make. She will never complain? Yeah, right. As if she will never complain if Zero slack off from the perfect duties. She won't force Zero to eat her cook? Just if Zero cook for them instead.

"Yeah, Zero. I will never force you to call me papa. Papa is so hurt when his son is still don't open his eyes," Chairman Cross makes a dramas, again.

Yagari Touga feel like he want to punch his friend. Kaien Cross is so stupid sometimes when they were at serious mood. He open the window a little and light his smoke. What else can he do? Should he put a drama like Kaien Cross and Yuuki? No way in one thousand years he will do that. It was so embarrassing act.

A few minutes later, they hear a groan. Yuuki, Chairman Cross and Ygari Touga is startled. Where is that sound come from? All their eyes only focus on Zero. They was sure they hear that sound from Zero. After a few minutes, they hear the second groan from Zero's mouth.

"What the hell are you guys babbling on my ear? It's so fucking noisy," that what Zero say when he open his eyes and he saw Yuuki, Chairman Cross and Yagari Touga around him. The low light in that room helps Zero to open his eyes without more problems.

"KYAAAAA… Zero! You wake up!" Yuuki screams so loud and she throw herself on Zero. She hugs Zero tightly.

"Yuu… Yuuki… can't… breathe…" Zero almost choked when Yuuki hug him too strong. He tries his best to loose himself from Yuuki's deathly hugs.

"Opss… sorry Zero. I was just so excited to see you again," say Yuuki while she sit back on her previous seat.

"What do you mean by to see me again?" ask Zero confused. He hold his head when he had a headache. What the hell is going on here? "And you scream so loud. My head hurt. Why you scream so loud?" ask Zero complaining.

Yuuki just grinning.

"You don't remember, Zero?" ask Chairman Cross a little bit worried. He stand close to Zero's bed. He want to touch Zero's head but he know that Zero will scold him.

"I don't really remember. My head hurts like hell. Where am I?" ask Zero. Even if he just wake up from the sleep, he knows that this is not Chairman Cross private quarters. The smells in this place is so different but he feel safe. Hospital? No… there is no hospital may decorate the patient rooms with luxury items. Private hospital?

"Oh, yeah. I am going to tell them that you are awake. I will be right back," say Yuuki and she just run out from the room.

Zero dumbfounded. He still don't get it. He look at Chairman Cross and demand him to answer his question with his glare. Them? Who's them?

"Actually, Zero… it's a dorm. Moon Dormitory," say Chairman Cross slowly.

"What! What the hell am I doing here? Did you bring me here?" ask Zero with a growled. He want to get up but he can't. His bodies feel heavy and hurt so much. "Ouch! My bodies hurt," Zero unaware that he is whining. He touches his back.

"Are you okay, Zero?" ask Yuuki who arrived in that room with a few person that Zero know so well. She run and sit beside Zero's bed. She help Zero to get up from the bed.

Zero glare at the intruders. Yeah, all the night class who enter that room is an intruder. Especially Kaname Kuran who sit on the couch not far from his bed. What the hell is he doing here? "My bodies hurt. Especially my back, it hurt like hell. And…" Zero stop at that. And my butt is killing me. Should I say it out loud? No… I don't want to say it. Not when Kaname is here with the rest of his inner circles.

Yuuki just giggles. "It's normal to feel hurt. You lay down on this bed for one week you know. So, it's okay if your back is hurt. Don't worry, it won't hurt if you start to move once again. Get out from this bed and do some exercise," say Yuuki. She put a pillow behind Zero's back when Zero sit on his bed.

"I hope so," mumble Zero. He rub his back a few times. He don't really care if his back is hurt. But… why must his butt hurt too? It hurt so much that he can't sit properly. Did something happen before? He can't remember.

Kaname just silent and look at Zero from a far away. He put on his indifferent mask as usual and observed Zero's behavior. He know why Zero's back is hurt like hell and Zero's butt is sore right now even thought Zero don't say it out loud. But… he is confused, why not Zero scold him after what they had done that morning? Did Zero don't remember about it? Or… maybe Zero doesn't want anybody to know about it? He will confirm it later.

"Anyway, what I am doing here? I want to know, why I sleep here at the first place. The last thing I remember… I was…" Zero said as he glare at Kaname and the rest of the night class. He tries his best to resistant the pain of his butt. He suddenly remember something. His eyes open widely. "Vampires…" that's all he can say.

"You remember?" ask Yagari Touga, excited. He don't satisfied if Zero don't tell him anything. He want to know the truth. He threw his cigarette away outside the window and walk closer to Zero's bed.

"Of course I will remember that fucking vampire who dare to approach me at school forest and stab me with a scythe. I am going to kill him if… no, I am going to kill him when I see him next time," say Zero confused. He put his hand on his head and stroked it. He feel weird when his hair is so long. Just like Ichiru he guess. Why his hair is so long? He don't sleep that long, is not he? "Why my hair I so long?" mumble Zero but still they can hear him.

"Do you remember who attacked you that night?" ask Kaname for the first time. He don't want to just stay silent. Takuma, Senri, Aidou, Kain, Ruka and Rima just stand behind Kaname. They also look at Zero and want to know the truth. They still remember Zero condition when they found him in the forest. He had a scar and he was hurt so bad.

Zero glare at Kaname. He don't know why but he feel fluffy inside. What the hell is going on with him? Maybe sleep too long make his brain gone crazy? "Huh!" Zero glance at him. He look at Chairman Cross and Yagari Touga. "I don't know him. I never saw him in this school. He look younger but… he is a vampire. So, he just look younger but actually he is older than me. Just like you." Zero said without look at Kaname. He smirked while he imagines that Kaname is an old man. How funny!

Kaname just ignored it but Aidou and Ruka had bare their teeth when they hear that. Takuma just chuckled while Senri, Kain and Rima just silent. Kaname glare at Ruka and Aidou.

"You remember what he done to you?" ask Kaname again. Yagari Touga just want to ask that question but Kaname open his mouth first. Yagari Touga just glare at Kaname but he don't say anything.

Zero frowned. Tries to remember anything if he remember before he left that old castle. "No, I don't remember anything. When I open my eyes, I was tied up at the wall with an iron chains in the basement. I just run away after that. I don't really sure but after a few hours they had chase after me. I don't disappear that long, doesn't I?" ask Zero confused. "I am sure that I just tied up for… maybe a few days. Right?"

Everyone got silent when they hear what Zero said. Nobody open his mouth to tell the truth, so Kaname stand up and walk toward Zero. Zero just glance at Kaname. His heart race so hard. He can't look at Kaname and Kaname scent almost make him lose his mind.

"Actually, Kiryuu… you are missing for one month and after we found you in the forest, you are asleep and don't wake up for one week. So, we really don't know what the hell had happened to you when you are missing," say Kaname.

Zero is so shocked when he hear that. He stare at Kaname and he feel warm and peaceful inside. "Huh," he leer at Kaname and look away. "I don't remember that I was missing that long. Yuuki scream so loud. My head hurt," say Zero.

Yuuki smile widely. "Sorry."

"And you still don't answer my question before. Why did I stay in Moon Dormitory? Why don't you bring me to your house?" ask Zero want to know. He stare at Chairman Cross this time.

Chairman Cross give a small smile. "Kaname found you in the forest and they bring you here. You need a check up by a doctor, so I let you stay here," say Chairman Cross.

Zero sighed. He lean on the bed once again. His body is still tired. He feels sleepy. "I am fine now. Will you bring me back? I want to go home," say Zero slurred while his eyelids almost closed. He slump back to sleep.

Everyone smile when they saw Zero back to sleep. This time, they don't feel anxious anymore. Zero is awake finally. "Welcome back, Zero." Yuuki said and she cover Zero's body with the blankets.

When Zero wake up once again, there is nobody in that room. The room is a little bit dark and he can saw a sunset from the window in that room. He smile a little. This is s first time he saw a sunset and appreciate it. He wake up and goes to the bathroom. He need to wash his face and brush hid teeth. And… when the last time he take a bath?

"Wow, I am really look like Ichiru with this long hair. Should I cut it?" Zero mumble to himself when he look at the mirror. He sighed. Maybe he need a haircut before the school is open once again. A few minutes later, his stomach grumbled a little bit loud. He touch his stomach. Now he is hungry.

"Where can I find a food? This is Moon Dormitory, right? What did they eat here?" Zero walk out from his room and down the stairs. He can sense a few vampires in the living room down stair. But he just relax when he know who presence it is. Especially the stronger one, Kaname Kuran. He just walk to the kitchen without pay any attention to the night class students. How he know where the kitchen is? Of course he know because this is not the first time he come here. He and Yuuki always come to the Moon dormitory to do the inspection.

"Good morning, Kiryuu-kun," greet Takuma when he saw Zero walk to the kitchen. He smile brightly.

"It's evening," say Zero and he don't pay any attention to Takuma after that.

"Evening for the humans and morning for the vampires. Are you forget that?" ask Aidou sarcastic. The real Zero really make him feel annoying. He glare at Zero and he put his manga on the table. Don't have a mood to continue his reading.

"Whatever." Zero enter the kitchen without glance at Aidou sour face.

Kaname sighed silently and he wake up and walk to the kitchen. He need to confirm something with Zero. When he enter the kitchen, he saw Zero open the freezer looking for something. Kaname rarely come to the kitchen. Usually when he need food, the servant will bring it for him. He stand at the door and lean on it.

"Are you looking for something to eat?" ask Kaname even thought Zero don't pay him any attention.

"Yeah, you have some?" ask Zero. Should I cook for myself? Maybe not. This is not my dorm anyway. Why chairman don't bring me back with him? I can ask him to cook something for me. Zero sighed. There is an apple on the table. He can eat that.

"I tell the chef to cook something for you. They put it in the microwave over there. You can eat that," say Kaname with his finger point at the microwave on Zero's right side.

"Okay." Zero walk to the microwave and open it. He smile when he saw a porridge, fried rice and beef steak. "I should choose one or… I can eat it all?" ask Zero. When he smell the food, his stomach grumbled one more time. Zero can feel his face is blushed. What ashamed. In front of Kaname in all people.

"You can eat it all. Everyone already eat their breakfast." Kaname smile. He saw Zero red face even thought Zero try to hide it. How cute…. Err… cute? Did I just thought that Zero Kiryuu is cute?!

"Thanks," say Zero and he start to eat. When he is starving, he don't really care who want to see him. Even if Kaname still stand in front of him, he don't really care.

Kaname breath in and breath out, thinks…. How should he talk to Zero right now?

"Do you have something to ask me?" ask Zero but he don't look at Kaname. He just feel like Kaname want to ask him something. Don't ask him how he know it.

Kaname sighed. He glance at Zero who was eating the beef steak after he finish he porridge. "Are okay now?" ask Kaname. He want to talk about something else but he don't know how to start it. So, he just ask the random question.

Zero stare at Kaname. Weird. "Are you worried about me?" ask Zero without answer Kaname's question.

"I just want to ask. You know that you are under my protection now, don't you?" Kaname said while he walk and sit at the seat in front of Zero.

Zero stop eating and look at Kaname with his eyebrows frowned. He make a double jerk face to Kaname and asked 'what the hell' with his expression. Then he continues to eat without looking at Kaname. "I don't know what the hell you are talking about."

Kaname sighed. It's too hard to talk to Zero. "I help you from Vampire Council and you had drinks my blood, don't you?" ask Kaname. He just don't know how to ask straight to the point. That just not his style.

"I don't ask for you help and it's you how force me to drinks your blood because you don't want me to drinks from Yuuki. It's not my fault," say Zero while he glare at Kaname. He don't know why, but… he just can't yell at Kaname right now. Did he became soft? No, he don't thinks that's the problems.

"Yeah, I know. I just wanted to tell you that since that day, you have been under my protection. Vampire Council had considered you as my inner circles. And you will always need my blood. You know that, don't you? You are not that stupid," say Kaname, smirked at Zero when he saw that young vampire sour face.

Zero just pouted. He hates to think like that. There is no way he will be one of Kaname inner circles. He pricks and stuffed the beef to his mouth. Doesn't want to talk with Kaname. He almost chocked but Kaname quickly give him plain water. Zero can feel his face is hot and red like a tomato right now. No! No! No! How embarrassing!

Kaname just smile. He want to laugh but he just don't want to make Zero more angry and ashamed.

"How you feed before? Did your kidnapper feed you?" ask Kaname. He really want to ask that question before. Zero is asleep before he can ask that question.

Zero feel relieved after he drank the water. "I don't know. I don't remember anything. I just feed on deer after I get out from that place," say Zero.

Kaname look at Zero's face. He frowned. Did Zero remember what they do this morning? He want to ask that question. "Oh, so you feed from an animal. So, did you need blood now? Are you thirsty?" ask Kaname even thought he know that Zero already feed this morning. Zero won't need blood until next week.

"No, I am still full. I don't have any blood lust. Did I drinks blood in my sleep? I don't thinks so." Zero stare at Kaname and frowned. "Did you feed me before?" ask Zero with an innocent face.

Kaname just nodded his head. "Yeah, I had feed you before when you sleep. I just worried because you don't awake and drinks anything. Are you mad at me?" Kaname unconsciously admit that he worried about Zero.

Zero is speechless. He doesn't know what to say. Is he mad? No. He doesn't feel mad at Kaname. Suddenly he remember his dreams the day before the awake in that basement. Yeah, he and Kaname had kissed in his dreams. What the hell I remember those thing right now. Not when Kaname sit on front of me!

Kaname frowned when he saw Zero blused face. Did Zero remember anything? Zero say he doesn't remember he had feed on Kaname this morning. So, there is no way Zero will remember their hot sex.

"Are you okay, Kiryuu?" ask Kaname.

"I… I am okay! Of course I am okay," say Zero a little furious. It's more to ashamed actually. He will never let Kaname knows what he had dreams. Not in a million years! He finish his beef steak and put his plate in the sink. Should he wash it?

Kaname just smile. He walk close to Zero. Zero flinched when Kaname stand behind him. He look at Kaname from his shoulder. "What?"

"You hair is long. So I want to give you this." Kaname grab Zero's hand and put something on Zero's palm. "Wear it if you want."

Zero open his palm and he saw a purple ribbon. Kaname give him a ribbon to tied his hair? Wow, what a surprised! He really doesn't know what to say. Should he say thank you or scolded Kaname because he treat him like a girls?

"I like your hair. It's just look like Zeroko," say Kaname before he get away from there.

When he hear that name, Zero is really mad. That's it! I should scolded him because he treat me like a girls and call me Zeroko! Damn you pureblood! Zero storm to his room and close the door loudly. Just want to make Kaname know that he is mad.
