Hye guys…. Sorry for the late update and thanks so much for the reviews. I should update this chapter last week but… I just got too busy and I don't have time to write down my story. Chapter twenty six-decision…
Zero panting so hard after he run from home. He walk slowly when he tired of running. He don't mean to run away but, the news that he got that day is too big and hard for him to stomach. Pregnant? How can he get pregnant?! Abortion? He can't do any abortion if he want to?! What the fuck was that! He sighed. He walk slowly to the stables when he saw White Lily there. He smile a little. He need someone right now but he need someone who he trust the most. White Lily, his only friend.
"Hey, buddy. Miss me?" Zero smile while he stroke White Lily's head softly. When White Lily rub her head on Zero's chest, Zero chuckled and lay down next to White Lily. Maybe today he will sleep here. It's not the first time he sleep with this white horse.
"Hey, what you think about a baby? I will have a baby you know. Should I let it go or… should I abort it and die?" ask Zero to White Lily but actually, he ask that more to his self. He is so confused right now. He put his right hand on his flat stomach. In few months, his stomach will grew bigger and bigger.
"May be I should abort it and die. I almost forgot my promise that I will kill myself after Shizuka Hio's death. I am too drowning in my own fantasy," murmured Zero while he lay on his side. He tries to close his eyes when suddenly he saw Kanames's face. He open his eyes quickly and growled. "Damn, why must I remember his face at the time like this?" He sighed.
He run his hand on his silver hair. Suddenly he remember what Chairman Cross said earlier. Maybe Kaname already know about his pregnancy! Damn! Kaname know already. What should I do? What should I do?! Wait a minutes, Kaname is a pureblood. He must know something about this. Why this thing is happening to me. Kaname is a pureblood and he must know. Yeah, he always acts like he knows everything.
Zero bite his lips slowly. Should he get to Kaname now or… should he wait for a while? He sighed again and again. He rub his hair until his hair is messy. "Okay, fine! I will go get Kaname! Err… Kuran!" growl Zero by his self. Breath in and breath out. He walk to Moon Dormitory slowly. This time he use the front door and not the back door like usual. He doesn't feel like he want to climb. He knocks the door slowly.
Knock! Knock! Knock!
It does sure don't take long for the door to open. And actually, it's still early for the vampire because it just 11 p.m. it's still morning to them. He glance when he saw Takuma's face. Well… he is the one who open the door actually.
"Kiryuu-kun. It's a surprise to see you here. What did you want?" ask Takuma cheerily. His smile is too bright for Zero's eyes so Zero doesn't look too much at him. He glance inside the dorm.
"Kuran. I want to see Kuran. Is he free?" ask Zero politely. Polite? Since when Zero Kiryuu is polite?!
"Yeah, he is free. Come in," say Takuma.
Zero walk inside and he saw everyone in there. When he mean everyone, it's actually just Kaname and his inner circles. He glare at Aidou and Ruka who always makes a problems to him and he glance at Kain, Shiki, Rima and Seiren who actually don't pay much attention to him. His last glare is at Kaname Kuran who calmly sit on his crimson couch while drink on blood wine mix with the blood tablets. He's now stand on front of Kaname face to face. Before he comes here, he already thinks what he want to ask. But now… he forgot it.
"What you want, Kiryuu?" ask Kaname calmly even though his emotion inside is like a typhoon. Zero come to him! His Zero come to meet him! Did Zero know about who's the father of his baby? If Zero know, that's mean he remember what they done before, right?
"I… I… I just…" suddenly Zero lost his word. What did he want earlier?
"I… I want…" Zero bit his lips. Since when he be like this. Weak! He hates when he feels weak. "I want to ask you something," say Zero after he takes a deep breath.
"What did you want to ask?" ask Kaname calmly. He feels glad that Aidou and Ruka did not interfere this time. He glance at Takuma who take a seat beside Shiki and Rima. He want to make sure that no one will interfere.
"You don't have to play dumb. You know what I want to ask. He is your doctor. So, you must already know," say Zero slowly. His face a little bit flushed. He don't look at Kaname's face at all.
Kaname smile. "So what is I know? And now, I don't know what you want to ask me."
Zero glance at Kaname and then he glance through his shoulder at Kaname's inner circle. "Can we talk about it in private?" ask Zero hesitantly.
"Okay," say Kaname and then he bring Zero to his study room at the upstairs. Zero don't take a seat when they enter the study room and he just stand there while he glance at Kaname. "So ask me what you want to ask, Kiryuu."
He sighed and pout a little. "I want to ask, how can I get rid of this thing inside me?" ask Zero. He don't want to play dumb anymore. Just straight to the point and he can get out from this place soon.
Kaname look at Zero quickly and glare at Zero sharply. "Get rid of that thing? What did you think your baby is? It's a baby, not a thing!" say Kaname a little bit furious when Zero calls their baby as a thing.
"I don't give a damn what it is! What I want is, I want to know how to get rid of this thing? I don't want it. How can I, a man, get pregnant in the first place? It's a freak. Everyone will think that I am a freak!" yell Zero. His face his so hot. He feels like he want to cry. He want to cry?! This must be a damn hormone. Fuck!
Kaname grit his teeth before he sighed loudly.
"You are not a freak. No one thinks that you are a freak," sigh Kaname. "And you can't get rid of the baby. It's a taboo in vampire culture, you know."
"I don't care. I don't give a damn about the vampire culture. I am not a damn vampire in the first place. I am born as a human." Zero hold his fist tightly. He look at Kaname, half pleaded. "You are a pureblood. You must know something."
Kaname sighed. He glance at Zero for awhile and then he sighed once again. He sip his wine slowly.
"Why you want to abort it? It's your baby, doesn't it?" ask Kaname softly. When he thinks about it, this is the first time he talk this soft with Zero. He glance at Zero. He will do anything to make Zero change his mind.
"No! It's not my baby! It was that damn creepy vampire baby!" yell Zero loudly. "He stab me and kidnapped me that night. It must be him. He must do something to me. I don't want his baby. I know… if he know that I had it, he will come and find me again. He will come and get me once again. I don't want it. It don't want him chain me in the basement again. He will chain me in that dark place…" wept Zero. And for the first time in his life after his parent die, he is crying.
Kaname bite his lips. Should he tell Zero that that baby is his? He froze when he saw Zero's tears. This is the first time he saw it. Zero walk toward the door and open it. He want to get out from here. Kaname already saw his weakness. It's so embarrassed.
"I don't want it…" say Zero slurred before he walk out from that room, fainted and lost his consciousness. Before he fall to the floor, Takuma, who stand in front of Kaname's study room to eavesdrop what Zero and Kaname want to discuss with Aidou and Kain, caught Zero's body quickly.
"Kiryuu-kun. Kiryuu-kun." Takuma call Zero and he tries to slap Zero's cheek softly. "He fainted. Maybe we should bring him to guest room. He need rest. The doctor said that he can't stress, remember?" say Takuma. He want to pick up Zero but Kaname move fast with grab Zero's wrist and pick him up bridal style.
"I will bring him myself. After this, I need to send him back to chairman's house. Chairman will go insane if he don't found Zero in his house," say Kaname and he bring Zero to the room where he let Zero stay before. Everyone fell silent when he saw Kaname's weird behavior. What is going on here?!
It's 4 a.m. when they all gather in the living room after they go to find Zero. Ichiru and Yuuki sit on the couch tiredly while Chairman Cross goes to the kitchen. Meanwhile Yagari Touga smokes his cigarette as usual.
"Where did you think he will go?" ask Yuuki worried. She know that Zero must be afraid of his pregnancy. Zero need time to accept it.
Ichiru sighed. "I don't know. I can't think of anything right now. He must be run somewhere. But I know, he will be back soon."
Chairman Cross enter the living room again. This time he bring a drinks with him and put it on the table. "I am worried," say Chairman Cross slowly.
"He will come back. You know that, don't you." Yagari Touga sighed. He throw the cigarette out of the window and walk to sit on the couch. He put the rifle on the table.
"Why did you bring your rifle?" ask Chairman Cross weird.
"I always bring my weapon everywhere I go. I can't risk my life if I found vampire around me. Especially in this school. It's full of vampire," say Yagari Touga before he drink a beer.
Chairman Cross sighed. Looks like Yagari still don't believe to the vampire. And after what happen to Zero, Yagari sure won't believe vampire anymore. Suddenly he sense something and Yagari Touga also quickly grab his rifle and point it at the door.
"Don't be too afraid. It's just me."
Chairman Cross sighed in relief when he hear Kaname's voice behind the door. "What did you want, Kaname?" ask Chairman Cross. He walk to open the door to Kaname. He don't remember if he had call Kaname to meet him before. When he open the door, he startled when he saw Zero in Kaname's arm.
"Zero! Where did you find him, Kaname?" ask Chairman Cross. He open the door widely and let Kaname enter the house with Zero.
Everyone startled to saw Kaname and Zero. Especially when they saw Kaname bring Zero bridal style into the living room. Kaname slowly put Zero down into the couch and he let Zero lay down there. Kaname smile a little when he tries to get up but Zero grab his sleeve tightly.
"He comes to me," say Kaname. He smile a little when Yuuki run and sit next to Zero. "I mean, he comes to meet me."
"Comes to you?" Yagari Touga snorted. "What did you do to him?" ask Yagari Touga.
"I don't do anything. He come to find me at the dorm and ask a question about his pregnancy. He want to abort it. He thought that, since I am a pureblood, I can do something about it. And then he fainted," say Kaname. He don't want to tell them that Zero is crying. He doesn't like it. He even hates it when his friends saw Zero's in that state earlier.
"Oh, so what did you say?" ask Chairman Cross. He walk close to Zero. Zero's eyes a little bit swollen. He must be crying.
"I don't say anything. I just say he can't abort it." Kaname said slowly. He glance at Zero for a while. "He tell me that, he was afraid if his kidnapper come to get him once again," say Kaname.
Yagari Touga grit his teeth. He don't like it when he hear that Zero go to find Kaname to solve his problem. But… he even hates it if Zero do the abortion and dies.
"Yeah, I am sure that he will come again. If he can enter his school ground and sneak into this house, he sure can come again and get Zero anytime," say Chairman Cross worried. He frowned. Thinking of something to protect Zero after what had happened.
"What?" ask Kaname startled. Sneak into the house? He don't hear that before.
"I am sure that he come to sneak into the house a few days ago because one day in the morning, Zero wake up with the love bites on his neck. When I ask him, he say that he don't remember if someone give that to him." Chairman Cross said with a serious face meanwhile Kaname tries not to laugh.
What will Chairman Cross do to him if he know that it was his work that morning? He is the one who put the love bites at Zero's neck. He sighed. No, he won't tell no soul about it. Just let it be a secret. His little secret.
"Oh, it's look like this house and Sun Dormitory is no longer safe for Zero," say Kaname calmly.
Chairman Cross thinks for a while before he smile widely with a good idea.
"Why you smile like that?" ask Kaname when he saw Chairman Cross smile.
"I know where the suitable place that I can hide Zero for a while," say Chairman Cross.
"Where?" ask all of them in unison.
Chairman Cross smirked. "Moon Dormitory. It's a suitable place to hide Zero. Especially if you are there, Kaname. I am sure that you can take good care of him."
Kaname a little bit shocked. He had think of that idea but he need time to suggest that to Chairman Cross. He had suggested that before but he already forgot about it. Not after Zero refuse to stay in night class after his incident with Yuuki a few months before. He smile in his heart. What a good idea Chairman Cross had here. Looks like he don't have to persuade Chairman Cross anymore. And surely Chairman Cross will force Zero to do that.
"If you think that was the best, chairman. But I think… it's better if you tell him first before you do anything useless," say Kaname calmly. In his heart, he already arranges the room for Zero. The room where Zero had stayed before sure is good enough.
"You don't have to worry about that. We can arrange that. Zero will agree with me." Chairman Cross say with a wide smile.
"Okay. Now, I need to go." Kaname excuses himself from there but he forget about Zero's grip on his sleeve. "Maybe someone can help me," say Kaname. He likes it when Zero grip his sleeve but he can't show it when they were in front of everyone. Especially when Yagari Touga and Ichiru are here.
"Oh, let me," say Yuuki. She tries to loosen the grip on Kaname's sleeve but Zero doesn't even budge. But, Zero hold it much tighter. "He doesn't want to let it go."
After Yuuki say that, everyone tries to help Kaname to let him go. After ten minutes, they give up when Zero don't want to let go. Kaname sighed and then he take off his jacket and wrap Zero's body with it.
"I should go now," say Kaname and he just walk away not before he spare a glance at Zero.
Zero sleep soundly while he hug Kaname's jacket tightly. He don't leave it even when Ichiru and Yagari Touga help him to bring him to his room. This time they don't leave Zero alone. Yagari Touga and Ichiru had sleeping in that room with him. They need to keep an eye at Zero. Who know when Zero's kidnapper will come or maybe Zero suddenly fell an urge to run away?
It's already 7.15 a.m. when Zero wake up from his sleep. He feel so comfortable in his sleep this time and there is something smells so good around him. He sniff it once again. He loves this smell. It feels so good. It feels like he was at a roses garden.
"Good morning, Zero," greet someone suddenly make Zero open his eyes quickly. He sighed on relief when he saw Ichiru and his master.
"Morning," say Zero slowly. He sniff that smells once again. What was that smell? It smell so nice and sweet. He really, really loves it. He think that he can smell it forever.
"Zero, it would be great if you don't sniff on that jacket anymore," say Ichiru who lay down next to him.
"Hmm… jacket? What jacket?" asks Zero weird. He tilted his head a little.
"That jacket in your hand. You hold it since last night," say Ichiru with a smirked.
Zero look at the white jacket in his hand. Weird. Who's jacket it this? "Where did I get this? Is this yours?" ask Zero.
"No, that's not mine. That was Kuran. Kuran's jacket," say Ichiru before he walk out from that room slowly to follow his master.
"What?! How can his jacket be with me? That damn vampire." Zero growled but weird when he don't feels that mad. He sniff at Kaname's jacket once again. Wow, Kaname sure smell good. He don't even know about that before. He bite his lips. He need to give that jacket back to Kaname. He don't want to keep it.
"I will wash it later," mumble Zero slowly. Maybe tomorrow after he wash this jacket clean.
"Zero, I need to tell you something," say Chairman Cross when they eat breakfast together. Zero as usual, he eats toast and hot milk. What? He loves milk. After he eats toast, he grab muffins and cupcakes.
"What?" ask Zero don't really pay attention to Chairman Cross. He was so hungry because he don't eat anything last night. He skip the dinner because he was so nervous with the result.
"I want you to move out from Sun Dormitory," say Chairman Cross calmly. He look at Zero to study his reaction.
"Why? You want me to stay in this house with you?" ask Zero with a smirked.
"That would be great if that was the case. But… no. you won't stay in this house with me either," say Chairman Cross. He take a sip of his tea. He need to clear his throat.
"So, where you want to put me? Are you kick me out?" ask Zero with a frowned. He grit his teeth. He know it. Nobody will accept him anymore because he is a freak. A pregnant boy.
"No! We are not kick you out! This house is still your house. Forever. It just that… we found somewhere more safely to keep you away from your kidnapper. And it would be a good place for the baby." Chairman Cross smile a little. Even though he don't like it when he thought that the father of the baby is Zero's kidnapper but still… that was Zero's baby. He sure that he will love it just fine.
"Where?" ask Zero a little bit interested.
"Moon Dormitory. From now on, you will move into the Moon Dormitory and you will became part of night class," say Chairman Cross with the bright smile.
"WHAT?!" yell Zero loudly.
