Chapter 34-The rescue plan…
It's been three days already but Kaname still don't get any answer regarding Zero from Chairman Cross. When are they going to attack? Kaname sighed loudly. For three days he lock his self in his room and refuse to get out or meet anyone include Yuuki. He is in a mess right now and he doesn't want anyone to saw him in that condition. All this time, he just can think about Zero. He really worried about Zero. It's been three days and anything could happen to him.
And in this three days, he always throw up even thought he don't eat anything. Did he get sick? Or… this is just another effect he get after he suck all Touma's power? Or… maybe this is the effect when your mate is in danger? Kaname sighed. His throat and stomach feels so hurt right now. He's tired to throw up after he throw up five times this morning. Anymore than this, he might faint.
Kaname take another sip of his blood wine mix with blood tablet. It not like he will get drunk if he drinks all that wine anyway. He rubs his hair a few times. He will give Chairman Cross until tomorrow morning. If Chairman Cross still doesn't say anything, he will make his own plan to rescue Zero no matter what. He still has his inner circle to help him. Even if he is alone, he will go and safe Zero from Rido.
All this time, he just sit on his couch and make some plan. This is really not like him. Zero really has a great effect to him. Even Yuuki can't make him act like this before. He hear someone knock the door but he ignore it. He really doesn't want to deal with anyone.
"Kaname, it's been three days. Why don't you come out and eat something?" say Takuma gently.
Kaname still ignored it. How can he eat when he doesn't even know what happen to Zero?
'Please Zero… just wait a little bit longer." Kaname whispered slowly.
Yuuki really worried sick when Kaname don't get out from his room again today. It's been three days already but her brother still lock his self in his room. She sighed in the living room. All Kaname's inner circle is here except Kaname. Did Kaname really troubled when Zero is kidnapped again? If she know it, she will protect Zero will all her live.
"Takuma-senpai, did Kaname onii-sama say something?" ask Yuuki when she saw Takuma walk down the stairs.
Takuma just shake his head slowly. He doesn't know what happen to Kaname suddenly after he got the news that Rido kidnapped Zero that day. It's not like Kaname to lock his self in his room without doing anything. Usually, Kaname will never show this side of him no matter what happen.
"I am sorry, Yuuki," say Takuma slowly.
"No, Takuma-senpai. It's not your fault." Yuuki shake her head. If her brother don't want to get out from his room, there is no one here can force him. He is a pureblood after all. "Maybe I should go and talk to him once again," say Yuuki.
"Maybe. But… did Chairman Cross say anything about Kiryuu-kun?" ask Takuma.
Yuuki shake her head once again. Just a few minutes later, suddenly the front door of the dorm is opened from the outside. Everyone look at the door and sighed in relief when they saw Chairman Cross with Yagari Touga and Ichiru enter the dorm. Yuuki smile brightly. Maybe, his foster father has news about Zero. She runs toward Chairman Cross.
"Chairman! Did you have any news about Zero?" ask Yuuki quickly.
Chairman Cross just smile a little. "Yeah. Where is Kaname? I need to talk to him now," say Chairman Cross with hesitant smile.
"I… I will call him," say Yuuki and quickly she run upstairs toward Kaname's room. She knock the door slowly. "Kaname onii-sama, Chairman Cross come and he want to talk with you," say Yuuki. She smile a little when she hear Kaname's door is opened a little.
"Okay, just give me a minute. I will be right there," say Kaname before he close the door once again.
Yuuki smile a little. At last, her brother will get out from that room. She quickly walk down stairs to meet the other. There is not much night class students stay in the dorm because there will be no class for a while. All the night class students are back to their own house. And only Kaname's inner circles stay in the dorm.
"Kaname onii-sama say he will be here in minute," say Yuuki just when Yuuki sit on the couch, Kaname arrived there. Everyone except Chairman Cross, Ichiru and Yagari Touga stand up and bowed a little toward Kaname. They are a little bit startled when they saw Kaname's pale face.
"Kaname onii-sama, are you okay?" ask Yuuki a little bit worried. She never saw her brother like this before.
"Yes, I am okay, Yuuki. Don't worry," say Kaname softly. He smile a little and sit on his couch near the Chairman Cross. He glance at the Chairman Cross for a while.
"I just about to go and meet you personally. So, did you have any news about Zero? How about the rescue plan?" ask Kaname. His voice a little bit serious.
"Yeah. But… are sure you are okay, Kaname? You look pale." Chairman Cross a little bit hesitates. Yeah, Kaname look worse and a little bit thin.
"I am fine. Of course I am pale. I am a vampire, don't I?" Kaname smirked especially when he saw Yagari sullen face. "So, tell me what news did you have." Kaname look at Chairman Cross face.
Chairman Cross just sighed. "Okay, I send a few hunters to investigated the castle and what I got is Rido have almost one hundred or more of level E to guard the castle. It seems like he prepare for the attack anytime soon. Zero likely to be anywhere in the castle. We need a good plan if you want to save Zero," say Chairman Cross.
"Of course we will save him no matter what," say Kaname. His voice is so determined. His face is so serious.
"Why you want to save him? He got nothing to do with you, don't he," say Yagari Touga suddenly. He glare at Kaname.
Kaname want to glare back but he coughed so suddenly. He doesn't want to show his pathetic side to anyone but he can't stop the cough. And suddenly the urge to throw up come and he quickly run to the nearest bathroom. Damn! Why now! He doesn't want to throw up anymore.
"Kaname-sama." All the night class shouted when they saw their pureblood coughed and then run to the nearest bathroom.
Kaname lock the door and run to the sink. He's half bending as he hurled out his stomach.
"Kaname, are you okay?" ask Takuma worried. He want to enter but Kaname lock the door. He just can stand outside and wait for Kaname.
"I am fine. No need to…. Urrghh…." Kaname couldn't finish his word as another fit on his stomach already made a wave and sought for a way out. He throw up once again. After he make sure that he won't throw up, Kaname quickly wash his mouth and face. He glance at his reflection in the mirror. Yeah, he's really pale. He unlock the door and step outside slowly. All eyes on him.
"Are you sure that you are okay, Kaname onii-sama?" ask Yuuki.
Kaname just smile a little. "Yeah, I'm okay. No need to worry. It just a dizzy," say Kaname before he almost fall on the floor but Takuma quickly grab his body.
"Quick. Call the doctor!" Takuma give an order while he brought Kaname to the couch. Aidou act quickly and call Kaname's private doctor. He doesn't know another doctor except one who always come to check on Zero.
"No need to call the doctor," say Kaname weakly. He tries to get up but Takuma force him to lying down on the couch. "I am fine," say Kaname once again.
"Of course you are not! I will get the doctor to check on you," say Yuuki quickly. She glance at Kaname.
Kaname just sighed. Maybe, it's a good thing if the doctor check on him a little. "It's pathetic, doesn't it? A vampire, especially a pureblood suddenly gets sick. A vampire don't get sick," say Kaname slowly.
"It's okay to get sick. The vampire also a living thing you know," say Chairman Cross with a little smile.
"Yeah, and you should get a check up from the doctor. The last time a saw someone fainted, the doctor confirm it that he got pregnant. I don't want you to get pregnant too, Kaname onii-sama," say Yuuki suddenly.
Kaname feel his sweat drop. He? Pregnant? He never sleep with anyone except Zero and never once he's bottoming. So pregnant is out of the question.
"I can assure you that I'm not pregnant, Yuuki. I'm just tired or maybe stress. So much happened lately. I can't rest if we don't get Zero back and I need to kill Rido," say Kaname with a little smile. How can Yuuki say that to him. Pregnant? If anyone, it's Zero who's pregnant with their child right now.
"How can you be so sure? Let's hear what the doctor say," Yuuki can't let this go. It would be shocked if Kaname really pregnant. Who would be the father? No, she doesn't want to think about that.
Just a few minutes later, the doctor came and examine him. It was a taboo to take the blood from the pureblood vampire, so the doctor just skip that procedure. Almost one hour later, the doctor got the result.
"I already got your result, Kaname-sama," say the doctor. He read the report in his hand a few times. "Apparently, your body is too tired and you got too much stress that your body can't handle it. And, you got a syndrome like a morning sickness, maybe it's because you have someone close to you who's pregnant. This syndrome is called couvade syndrome or also called sympathetic pregnancy. So, for awhile you will have altered hormone levels, morning nausea, and disturbed sleep patterns. But you don't have to worry, this symptom is just for awhile. You should rest," say the doctor with a little smile.
Kaname is a little bit shocked. Wow, really? He got all the syndrome even thought Zero is the one who get pregnant? It's not too bad.
"How can Kaname-sama get that?" ask Aidou.
"I'm sorry but I can't explain it to you. Even using the psychological theory, the male partner cohabiting with a pregnant female will experience hormonal shifts. But… in Kaname-sama case, I don't know how to describe it. It's not like Kaname-sama has a mate or bonded with anymore right now," say the doctor make Kaname a little bit startled.
Kaname just sighed. He dismisses the doctor after that. Now he know why he suddenly got sick. It's all because of the bonded he has with Zero. That's mean, Zero now is in pain or in the same state as him. He should know that.
"We should quickly and make a plan to save Zero," say Kaname suddenly. He sit on the couch. It make him feel uncomfortable to lying on the couch when so much people around him.
"Did you forget what the doctor say? You need a rest, Kaname," say Takuma. He frowned when Kaname glare at him.
"I will rest after we got Zero back," say Kaname quickly. "I will go and get him even if I have to go by myself," say Kaname determinedly.
"Why must you do that, Kaname-sama? Zero Kiryuu is just a mere level E, an ex-human. He is nothing to us and he don't belong with us. You don't have to risk yourself just to help him. You just have to rest here and let all the hunters do their job," say Aidou. He unsatisfied when Kaname always talk about Zero. Zero this, Zero that. And when he thinks about it, when did Kaname start to call Zero Kiryuu by his name?
"That's right, Kaname-sama. You just need to rest. It's hard enough you have to deal with this stupid sympathetic pregnancy. He is the one who get pregnant but why must you deal with it too? It's his fault to get pregnant in the first place. It's not like he's pregnant with your child. It's Touma Lord's child. He should be glad that you kill that man for him," say Ruka. She agree with what Aidou said.
Kaname grit his teeth when he hear that. Touma's child? He really can't accept it when Ruka said Zero is pregnant with Touma's child. That child is not Touma, but his!
"Shut up," say Kaname suddenly. His voice is slow but sharp.
"Kaname-sama… I…" Ruka want to say something but Kaname cut her off.
"I said, shut the fuck up!" growled Kaname unconsciously use his pureblood power. His powers make the glass in the building crack.
Ruka startled. This is the first time she hear Kaname swear. Kaname rarely get mad. And he never get mad at a girls. This is the first time.
"I don't want to hear it anymore. No one will talk about Touma in front of me. And one more thing, never say that child is Touma's. I won't forgive anyone who said that Zero's pregnant with Touma's child. That child it not Touma," say Kaname dangerously.
No one say anything. But Ichiru quickly snap off it. That child is not Touma?
"What did you mean by that? Zero's child is not Touma's? So… who's the father? And how did you know?" ask Ichiru.
Kaname bite his lips. Damn! He talk too much. But… how long he want to keep this secret? The baby won't stay in Zero's stomach forever. Maybe, it's time to tell the truth. Kaname sighed.
"I mean what I said. That child is not Touma. It's true that Touma is the one who put the spell on Zero but… he is not the one who sleep and impregnate Zero. And, I know about it because… that child is mine. I am a father," say Kaname slowly but it's like a bomb to everyone who hear it.
"That's… that's mean… it's yours? That child is yours?" ask Chairman Cross. He never thought about it. Kaname and Zero never show anything intimate before and they barely tolerance each other presence more than five minutes.
Kaname nodded his head. "Yes, it's mine. I'm the one who sleep with Zero. I am sorry because I keep it a secret from everyone. But I just can't tell this to anyone."
"You? A pureblood? Sleep with Zero? Nonsense! Zero hates you so much. No way he will agree to sleep with you. Don't tell me… you rape him?" Yagari Touga quickly grab his rifle. He point it at Kaname's chest. "Zero tell us that he doesn't know who the father is. He won't lie to me."
"I am not rape him. Even if the first time we sleep together is a mistake, but… I don't regret it. Maybe I'm at fault but it just that Zero can't remember anything what we have done that night. That's why he can't tell you guys anything. He really doesn't remember it." say Kaname truthfully.
"He doesn't remember? Why?" ask Yagari Touga again.
"I don't know. Maybe he was in heat and all the memory when he was in heat is just temporary. When we are in heat, we barely remember anything. Or… maybe it's because of the spell. I'm not so sure," say Kaname again.
"So… that's mean he still don't remember? Did he know who the father is?" ask Chairman Cross gently. He's not mad at Kaname. He just speechless.
"No, he remember already and he know that it was my child. We sleep together a few times. And… it just a few days ago that he learn the truth. He's mad at me but… he still talk to me," say Kaname with a little smile.
"That's why he lock himself in his room?" ask Takuma when he think about Zero's behavior a few days ago. So, that's why.
"Yes. We promise that we have a lot of things to discuss together. And… one more thing that you should know," say Kaname and he look at everyone and then he look at Yuuki. He sighed. "Yuuki, I am sorry. I know that we are engaged but… we can't be together. We should break our engagement a long time ago. I'm sorry, Yuuki. I'm already bonded with Zero," say Kaname again and this time everyone is shocked when they learn the truth.
"You are already bonded?" ask Takuma. He almost fainted when he hear that.
"Yeah," Kaname sighed. Should he tell them the truth? No, he will just tell them what they should know. It's his personal problem.
"What did you mean by that?" ask Yagari Touga confused. He doesn't really understand what Kaname mean by 'bonded'. Everyone look so shocked. It is serious? He's not a vampire. So it's normal for him to not know anything about vampire culture.
"I mean exactly what I said," say Kaname. He's too tired to explain it to Yagari Touga. He will leave it to someone else to explain it. He just want all the night class students show their respect to Zero as his mate.
"What Kaname mean is, they are already mate. In the vampire culture, bonded is like a marriage. And it's more than that. For the human, we can divorce our partner but for the vampire, they are bound to death. Because they are bind by blood when they mark each other. They are mate for life and only death can separate them. That's why they only mate once in their life. They need to find someone who really loves them. If anything happen to one of them, another one will also get the effect. Even if their drinks another vampire blood after that, there won't be any bond between them," explain Chairman Cross when he sense no one will open their mouth.
"Did you mark him by force or Zero do this with his own will?" ask Chairman Cross. He need to know this even thought he know that he can't change anything.
"I will never take or mark anyone without their will. I mark and suck his blood because that's what he want. And we almost have a child so I don't think that's a problem," say Kaname while he pour the blood wine in his glass. He put two blood tablets in the wine and wait until the tablet is dissolve. "He said that he don't regret it. And I think so too. It's not hard to fall in love with him when you know the real him." Kaname smile genuinely this time.
Chairman Cross sighed in relief. "It's good to know that."
Yagari Touga grip his hand tightly. Shit! All of people in this world, why must Zero choose Kaname Kuran. A pureblood at that.
Kaname look at Yuuki. He don't hear anything from Yuuki yet. "Yuuki, you don't get mad, don't you? I am sorry," say Kaname sincerely.
Yuuki just sighed and smile a little. She shook her head slowly. "No, I am not mad at you, Kaname onii-sama. I kind of know about it when I suck your blood for the first time. Your feeling is kind of pour into me. But I don't really understand. When I hear it from your mouth myself, now I understand. And I think so too. We need to cancel our engagement," say Yuuki. She still smile softly.
"You don't mind?" ask Kaname a little bit startled. Did Yuuki really don't mad at him?
"Yeah, I don't mind. That engagement is make by out parent. And it's because our parent is a sibling and I kind of want to be like them, that's why they make that engagement. But now… you already found your own mate and I kind of… fall in love with someone else," say Yuuki with a bright red face. But she quickly clear her throat and change the topic. "But that's not important. What is important now, we need a plan to rescue my brother-in-law, Zero," say Yuuki with a little smile.
Zero is panting so hard. His bodies feel so hurt. He can't move his limp at all. He feel so weak. The anti-vampire knife is still piercing through his hand above his head and that makes his wound always bleeding and can't heal properly. This room is reeks with blood's smell. It make him sick. Especially when he sense the dry blood in his neck and chest. If he can move, he will kill that Rido Kuran bastard.
How dare that pureblood bastard do this to him. Zero really want to kill himself right now. He feel filthy and so dirty. He almost scream and crying when he remember what Rido has done to him. It's just three days but for Zero, it's like forever. In three days, he doesn't know how many times Rido came and rape him until he passed out. He also suck his blood until he barely alive and almost fainted because lack of blood. The most unforgiving thing is, Rido force him to suck blood from the human. Zero feel so low. He is just like the other vampire that he hunts before. Suck the blood from the human to stay alive.
Did Kaname still want him? He is so filthy right now.
Zero just about to fall asleep when he sense Rido presence in that room. Not again. Just when he thinks that he could rest for awhile. Zero tries to move away from Rido when he saw that man sit next to him but his body can't move at all. He is still weak from the torture. He tries to scream and yell but the gag ball in his mouth chokes him.
"Hey, darling. How are you? You look lovely. Did the blood from that human girl delicious? I bet it is," say Rido while he caress Zero's face with his hand.
Zero tries to yell to Rido. He want Rido to back off.
"You can't talk? How pity. I just don't want you to bite me when I devour you. Your blood is too delicious and tempting to resist. Your body is too sexy for a male. Unscarred. It make me want to scar you," say Rido while he take another anti-vampire knife and engrave a straight line from Zero's left shoulder, across his chest and stomach to his right hip. The blood trickle from his wound.
Zero shudder and groan in pain. It's hurt so much. He almost choked when Rido make another line from his right shoulder to his left hip. He start to breathe very quickly. Just a few minutes later he sense Rido lick his blood. He let out a low gasp.
"Your body is so beautiful, Zero. It's doesn't have any scar, so I make some for you even though it won't stay for too long." Rido lick his blood again. "Your blood is so sweet and delicious. It makes me want to suck it again and again. You know what, maybe I will keep you for myself after you give birth." Rido lick his lips that red with Zero's blood.
He found the sight quite arousing. Zero's naked body is so beautiful. "That's feel good, doesn't it? I know you like it," whispered Rido close to his ear.
Zero really want to throw up right now. He doesn't want anyone other than Kaname to touch him. The tears already fall to his cheeks. He gather all his strength and his will and he start to kick Rido but fail miserably when Rido grab his leg.
"Play nice now, Zero. You don't want me to hurt you more than necessary and of course you don't want me to hurt the baby, don't you," say Rido slowly but dangerous. He smile when Zero doesn't struggle anymore. He held Zero's legs up and slowly he licked his lips.
"It just a few hours ago I take you but… you might feel sting. It's because you are so tight, Zero," say Rido before he plunged into Zero with all his might. If not because of the gag ball, Zero will screamed out in pain. Rido laughed a little when he saw Zero's painful face and start to thrust into Zero. He thrust even harder when he saw Zero's face red because of unbearable pain. He did not care though and push even harder and increase the speed of his thrust. "Don't worry Zero. It will feel good after this," say Rido, panting.
Zero lost his word. Rido lies to him. It doesn't feel good at all. It's only hurt when he put it in. It doesn't feels like when he was with Kaname. His body doesn't react to Rido at all. Never once he cum and he feels like he is impotent. Hurts. Its hurts. Kaname. Kaname, please save me. Zero let his tear flow freely.
"You are so tight, Zero. It feels good," say Rido before he bite Zero's neck again for that day. He sink his fang harshly into Zero's nape and suck Zero's blood. He just usually stop when he feel that Zero almost fainted. If not because he need Zero alive, he will suck Zero's blood until he's dry. He thrust into Zero again and this time deeper and he come into Zero.
He slowly move out of Zero and sit next to him. He smirked when he look at Zero. Cum and blood dripping out from his entrance where he just had been inside before. What a beautiful sight. He stand slowly and start dressed.
"I am quite sated for now. I will give you a blood later. Just wait for awhile. I going to find some girls to feed you," say Rido before he disappear from there.
Zero want to kill that man so much. Kaname. Please save me. I really want you right now, plead Zero before he fainted.
