THANKS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT. I HAVE AN IDEA FOR THE BATTLE THAT WILL MAKE WALLY REVEAL THAT HIS IS A GREEN LANTERN. BUT I NEED SOME HELP ON THE SUBJECT. JUST HOW SHOULD WALLY FIGHT AND WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN TO CAUSE WALLY TO USE THE RING. THANKS A LOT

I HAD TO DO THE RAZER SOUNDING LIKE AN OLDER WALLY AGAIN SINCE BOTH WALLY AND RAZER ARE VOICED BY THE SAME PERSON WHO DOES A GREAT JOB WITH BOTH CHARATERS HE PLAYS.

I DO NOT OWN YOUNG JUSTICE OR DC OR ANYTHING RELATED TO THE COMICS OR SHOWS. THIS IS PURELY FOR FUN AND ENTERTANMENT.

Chapter 7

Wally had been home for a week. He had told his aunt everything that had happened to him on Oa. including him becoming a Green Lantern. To say that Iris West-Allen was not happy was an understatement. The reporter was furious that her husband's best friend had allowed something like this to happen.

"Iris, honey, please calm down." Barry yelled as he dodged the potted plant that was heading for his head.

"Calm down?! My 16 year old nephew who is like my son has suddenly become a Green Lantern due to a trip that he took with Hal Jordan. Wally was supposed to be learning about the Green Lanterns and the other Lanterns, he is NOT supposed to become one of them." Iris seethed out as she threw another object at her husband who used his powers to dodge.

"How do you think Hal feels? He never wanted this to happen! He only had heard of the Lantern that Wally looks like through stories. Besides Batman has already told him what would happen if anything should happen to Wally while he's a Green Lantern. Plus I wanted to strangle Hal for what happened." Barry told his wife as he tried to get her to calm down.

"Iris, Wally was told that in order to be an official Green Lantern you have to be a legal adult in your planet's systems. Wally had 2 more years to go before he can choose to become a Green Lantern. But he still needs to be trained in how to use the Ring. He was trained by Kilowog who let me tell you could give Batman a run for his money in training someone. The point is that The Oans are not going to let Wally fight until he decides what he wants to do." Barry explained to his wife.

Iris threw one last potted plant at her husband before she calmed down. She knew that Hal would never do anything to hurt Wally who Hal saw as a nephew of his own. It seemed that Wally finding out that he was the reincarnation of a Green Lantern Hero was just a twist of fate which Iris knew that Wally didn't believe in.

"So what happens now?" Iris asked as she sat down on the couch while Barry sat down in the chair across from the couch out of fear of his wife who could give Batman a run for his money in everything.

"Wally resumes his duties as Kid Flash and in time as Batman said will tell the team that he is a Green Lantern." Barry told his wife who was still glaring at him.

"That's going to be fun for Wally." Iris replied with a slight smile. She could imagine the looks and questions on the faces of the team once her nephew told the team that he was a Green Lantern.

"Something that I am not looking forward to doing but I know that I have to do that." Wally said as he came in to the living room with a tray of food.

"There is something else that you are going to do as well is there not?" Iris asked her 'son'.

"Yeah. I was talking with Razer, who is one of the Blue Lanterns and he told me that I needed to tell Artemis my feelings for her before I lose her." Wally told his aunt who looked at his strangely. Wally saw the look his aunt was giving him and knew that he had to explain what Razer had told him.

"Razer had a wife that was killed by the former leader of the Red Lanterns thus making Razer a Red Lantern but he was different. Razer didn't like to kill but Hal had him join the team and he fell in love with Aya who had taken her likeness from Razer's memory. Aya had turned evil and Razer was the one to volunteer to kill her but he couldn't and Aya stopped the Manhunters but at the cost of her own life. Razer never gave up hope that Aya was still alive which allowed him to become a Blue Lantern." Wally told his aunt whose face told him that she understood.

"I don't want to live with the fact that I never told Artemis how I feel about her." Wally said with a smile of his face.

"Well, then what are you waiting for? Get going." Iris told her nephew as she got up and began to push him out the door. "Go tell Artemis how you feel." The reporter told Wally as she almost threw him out of the door.

Wally smiled at his aunt and uncle who was behind his wife. "I plan on it. I'll see you guys in a few hours."

Once Wally left the house, he headed to the Zeta that would take him to Gotham where he knew where Artemis lived. He knew that coming up with a plan would not do him any good so he was going to wing it about how he would tell the female archer how he felt. He probably would get punched in the face but it would be worth it even if Artemis didn't feel the same about him at least he had told her.

Wally arrived in Gotham via Zetas and came out of what looked like an abandoned phone booth. The speedster knew where Artemis lived thanks to him hacking Robin's wrist computer when he wasn't looking. Contrary to what many people thought, Wally was smart and could hack into a computer. He just left the hacking up to Robin who was better than he could ever be.

Wally arrived at the address that he had gotten from the computer. He knew that Artemis was not really Green Arrow's niece. Don't ask him how he knew that, it was just that he knew she wasn't related to Ollie.

The teenager knew that Artemis was living in low income housing and didn't have much in the way of money but she had enough to live on. Wally wasn't sure how Artemis or her mother were going to react to the fact that he was coming to see the archer of The Team.

Wally walked up the stairs to the apartment that housed The Crocks. He knocked on the door and waited for someone to answer.

The door open to reveal Artemis who took one good look at who was at the door. The blond couldn't believe that one of her teammates had found out where she lived. This was not good.

"What are you doing here?" Artemis asked in a low tone.

"I need to talk to you about something. Something important. Can I come in?" Wally asked as he moved from foot to foot.

"Sure." Artemis said after a moment of being quiet and stepped aside to let Wally in. She didn't know why he was here but the look on his face told her that it was important.

"Thank you." Wally replied as he walked into the small apartment. It wasn't upscale or anything like that but it was lived in and had a homey feel to it.

Artemis offered Wally a seat on the couch while she took one in the chair. "What did you needed to talk to me about?" The Archer asked. Normally she wouldn't let anyone in her house especially someone like Wally who came from a middle class family and was used too more finer things than she had. But something told Artemis to let Wally in as she could tell that something was bothering him badly. She had heard that he had been trained by Kilowog who if she remembered right was the Trainer of the Green Lanterns. Did something happen to Wally when he was training?

"Not what you think." Wally said as he knew what Artemis was thinking about. "I had a talk with a Blue Lantern named Razer who sounds a heck of a lot like an older me. Yes, I know. Just how many colored Lanterns are there out there. But any way, he told me something that got me thinking." Wally stopped talking as he took a deep breath and gathered the courage to say what he had to say.

"Artemis, I like you. I have liked you from the first time I met you. You remind me so much of my Aunt Iris that it's not even funny. Razer told me a story about how he lost not 1 but two women in life and told me that I needed to tell the one person that I may have feelings for before it's too late. I know that you may not feel the same way but I had to tell you how I feel in case something should happen to either one of us. But now you know how I feel." Wally finished as he looked at Artemis who had a blank look on her face.

"Wally, this is a shock to me. I always thought that you hated me for talking Roy's place but now I understand why you avoided me. You were making so that you wouldn't hurt me if something should happen to you or should something happen to me. Wally, I do like you but I can't do a relationship with anyone just yet. There's too much in my past that I can't tell anyone about just yet but don't count me out on the relationship part of our friendship just yet. Please give me some time." Artemis told the speedster.

Wally smiled at the archer. "That's all I needed to here. That's what I need. But I want to tell you something else. No matter what happens, no matter who you really are or what you did in the past, I will always be there for you no matter what." Wally told the Greek named blond who had captured his heart. He was happy that he was able to tell Artemis how he felt and that even if it took to the end of time, he would still be there for her.

Artemis smiled a smile that came from her soul. There was something else that Wally wanted to tell but she could tell that he wasn't ready for her to know. Which was find with her as she also had secrets as well.

Next Chapter: The team get into a fight with some Red Lanterns and Wally reveals that he has a Green Lantern ring.
