"Professor Lupin. Sirius. What are you two doing here?" Harry asked the two. Sirius and Lupin both turned around to look at who called them, and saw it was their favorite group. "Harry, Ron and Hermione how are you?" he looked at Daphne, and asked her "Who might you be?" Daphne told Professor Lupin "I'm Daphne Greengrass, Professor Lupin. You don't recognize me, because I was always sitting in the back of the class with my friends." Professor Lupin nodded at Daphne, and told her "Well it's nice to meet you then." Harry smiled at his godfather and his former teacher, but once again asked them "What are you two doing here?" Sirius smiled at his curious godson, and told him "Going down memory lane. Remus and I were just remembering how the old gang used to stay with him in the Shrieking Shack when he turned on the full moon. I remember how your father and I, Harry, used to lay down beside Lupin in his wolf form." Harry looked at the Shrieking Shack, and nodded at his godfather. He was used to hearing stories about his father and his Marauder days, but Harry couldn't help but feel sad when he hears about his dad.

"What are you lot doing down here? If you don't mind me asking." Lupin asked the group. "Ron wanted to come visit, since we haven't seen the Shrieking Shack since our third year. When we saved Sirius and caught Wormtail." Harry explained to them. Professor Lupin stared at the ground with a guilty look on his face, and he started apologizing to them. "I'm sorry about trying to attack you three." Lupin told them. "Don't worry about it. You didn't do it on purpose." Hermione told Lupin. Lupin smiled at Hermione and looked at the Shrieking Shack one more time, then told Sirius "I've got to get ready for the full moon on Thursday. I will see you all later." He hugged everyone and apparated back to his house. "Want to go to the Three Broomsticks, you three? Everything's on me." Sirius told them. They all nodded at Sirius, except for Harry who saw something on the ground where Professor Lupin apparated. "You go on without me. I need to check something." Harry told them.

Daphne and Sirius looked at Harry with confusion, suspicion, and curiosity on their face. Harry looked at the ground, and walked to the gate that headed towards the Shrieking Shack. Everyone else just left Harry to his own devices, and went towards the Three Broomsticks. When they were out of sight and earshot, Harry went back to where Professor Lupin apparated. He picked up what he saw was on the ground, and it was a noted from Professor Lupin to him. It read:

Dear Harry,

if you are reading this note then it means I was successful at making sure the others didn't see it. In the Shrieking Shack there are some… unusual books in there that I think that a young adult like yourself should enjoy. Both physically and mentally.

- Professor Lupin

Harry read the note that Professor Lupin left him at least five times, and he was still confused by what Professor Lupin was trying to tell him. He was wondering what kind of books he would enjoy both physically and mentally, and figured the only way to figure it out was to go to the Shrieking Shack. He headed towards the Hogsmeade entrance of the Shrieking Shack. When he got to the door, he tried to open it, but it wouldn't open. He pulled out his wand and pointed it at the door, and casted "Alohomora." He once again tried to open the door, but not even the Unlocking Charm worked on the door. He then pointed his wand at the door, and casted "Confringo!" The Blasting Curse blasted through the door, and Harry walked inside of the Shrieking Shack. Since the last time he had been inside of the Shrieking Shack, the place had gotten even dustier if possible. He walked around the shack, and walked into the room where they encountered Sirius during their third year. He saw the bookcase that Professor Lupin told him about in the note, and looked at the names of the books. When he read the names of the books, his face flushed bright red. One of the books were called 'The Magic of Making Love' and another one was called 'Tantric Love Rituals'. "Professor Lupin, what have you just gotten me into?" Harry thought to himself aloud, while his face was still a deep red. Out of sheer curiosity however, Harry walked over to the bookshelf and withdrew the book with the title 'The Magic of Making Love' and flipped through the pages.

Another note dropped out of the book, and Harry placed the book down and picked the note up. This time the note read:

Dear Reader,

if you're reading these books, it means you've hit the point in your life that all young witches and wizards reach at around the age of 15. You've reached the stage of your life where you and your boyfriend or girlfriend decide to… consummate your relationship. These books will give you ideas of what to do, and certain rituals that can make you much more powerful than ever. Cheers.

-The Finder and Creator of These Books

Harry read the note he found, and if it was possible, his face turned an even brighter shade of red than before. He dropped the note, and turned back towards the books. There were at least ten different books on ways to consummate your relationship with your significant other/girl(boy)friend. Harry conjured a shoulder bag, and placed all of the books inside of the bag. "Well Professor Lupin, you've actually piqued my curiosity with these books. Now I'm going to read and probably use what I learn from these books. Wish me luck." Harry thought to himself, as he made the bag disappear with the books in it. He then walked out of the Shrieking Shack, and headed to the Three Broomsticks to meet up with Sirius, Daphne, Ron and Hermione knowing that they were going to question him heavily. He quickly made his way to the Three Broomsticks, readying himself for the questioning that was ahead.

He reached the Three Broomsticks after ten minutes of quick walking, and quickly found Hermione and the others at the same table that they were at when they were here earlier. He silently sat down, while everyone else watched him sitting down. "So are you going to tell us about what you thought you saw?" Hermione asked Harry immediately. Harry replied to her "I thought I saw something coming out of the Shrieking Shack, but when I got there, there was nothing there. Just a figment of my imaginatio-" he stopped, and started grasping his head and screaming in pain. Everyone at the table looked at him in shock, and Sirius was grasping Harry's shoulder to keep him from falling. Harry didn't know it, but his eyes turned pure black, sclera and all. He then spoke in a highly cold voice "I'm not Harry anymore. Harry is currently being slowly taken over by me. My name is Shade, and when I take full control of this boy, I will make him the next feared most powerful Dark Wizard, even better than Voldemort. You have been warned." Shade told them in Harry's voice. Harry then passed out from being physically being possessed by Shade.

Harry awoke later in the Hospital Wing, and looked to his left. Everything that he was looking at was blurry, and he just realized that he didn't have his glasses. He slowly got up from the bed, and groaned loudly because his head was killing him. He heard footsteps rushing towards him, but he couldn't see who approached him because he didn't have his glasses on. "What happened to me? Before any of you answer that though, can somebody please hand me my glasses?" Harry asked the figures in front of him. Someone placed his glasses in his hands, and he put them on. In front of him, he saw Madam Pomfrey, Sirius, Ron, Hermione and Daphne. "Gave us quite the scare there Mr. Potter. Your heart stopped beating after you passed out, and they brought you right here." Madam Pomfrey told him. Harry looked at Sirius, and asked "What is she talking about Sirius?" Sirius sat in the chair on the right of Harry, and held his godson's hand. "Harry, someone named Shade possessed you at the Three Broomsticks. Don't you remember?" Sirius asked him. Harry shook his head, but angrily muttered "Shade. Once again interfering with everything." Everyone looked at Harry in shock, and Harry saw that Hermione and Daphne's eyes were red from crying. "I'm sorry for worrying you two so much." Harry told them both. Sirius then asked Harry "You know who this Shade person is? Why don't you tell us who he is and why he wants to make you a Dark Wizard?"

Harry looked at them all, then asked Madam Pomfrey "Can you give us some privacy please, Madam Pomfrey?" She looked at him like he offended her deeply, but still went to her office and closed the door. Harry then looked at everyone else in front of him, and told them about how he found the Dark Corridor and how he had the encounter with Shade in there. He left out the part where Shade told him about Voldemort's Horcruxes, because he didn't want to scare them or alarm them in anyway. They were all shocked when Harry told them this story, but Hermione, Daphne and Sirius were a bit angry with Harry for not telling them about this sooner. Daphne downright showed how angry she was by yelling at Harry. "WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL US ANY OF THIS SOONER?! WE CAN HELP YOU WITH THESE PROBLEMS!" she screeched at him. Harry looked at his girlfriend with fear in his eyes, and he hid behind his pillow for protection. Ron and Sirius laughed at Harry's cowardice which was so un-Gryffindor like, but Hermione was frowning at him. "Daphne's right Harry. You should've told us about this earlier. This is serious. Sooner or later, this Shade thing is going to take you over." Hermione told him.

Harry looked at Hermione and nodded at her, because he knew that she was right. Everyday he could feel pieces of himself become evil. It definitely is a slow process, but it gives him enough time to figure out how to get Shade out of his body. "I've got maybe another two years before it completely takes me over. I can feel it within myself. That should be more than enough time to figure out how to fix this. I will not become a Dark Wizard. That's the one thing I won't allow to happen." Harry told them with the fierce determination that he's showed in life-threatening situations. Ron smiled and clapped Harry on the shoulder, and told him "There's the Harry we all know and love. We're here for you mate. We're in this together." Harry smiled at his best mate, and got up from the bed he was in. He was ready to get out of the Hospital Wing, but that's when Madam Pomfrey came out of her office, and insisted that she ran a few tests on Harry for his health. He groaned at Madam Pomfrey, but relented when he saw the looks on Hermione and Daphne's faces.

It took Madam Pomfrey an hour and a half to finish examining Harry, and deem him worthy of leaving the Hospital Wing. He was glad to leave the Hospital Wing, because he knew that there was Quidditch Practice tomorrow, and he couldn't afford to miss that or Angelina would kill him. At least, that was how he felt until he remembered that he took his Firebolt to Quality Quidditch Supplies to get fixed. He had this sudden realization, when they were all walking to dinner together. He stopped dead in his tracks, while everyone kept walking in front of him. It was Daphne who noticed that Harry wasn't walking with them first, and she turned around and asked him "What's wrong Harry?" Harry looked at Daphne with fear on his face, and he gulped before answering. "Angelina's going to kill me. I forgotten I had dropped my Firebolt off at Quality Quidditch Supplies to get fixed. She's going to kill me, mark my words." Harry told them, while he was walking to catch up with him. Everyone he was walking with started laughing at him, and at the end of the laughter, Daphne told Harry "She is not going to kill you over your Firebolt. Sure she'll be upset, but she's not going to kill you." Harry looked at Daphne in utter disbelief, and he was already picking out what he wanted to be buried in.

Fifteen minutes later, when dinner was well underway and everyone was sitting at their respective tables, Angelina walked up to Harry and told him how tomorrow's Quidditch Practice was cancelled. "W-what? Why?" Harry asked her. She told him "There's supposed to be a huge thunderstorm starting early morning tomorrow, and it's not supposed to end to near midnight. I have to tell the others, goodbye Harry." Harry muttered a goodbye to Angelina, and went back to eating his dinner. "What are you so sad for? At least she didn't kill you." Daphne jokingly told Harry. "Ha ha ha, I forgot how to laugh." Harry told Daphne in the same joking tone. They continued to eat their dinner along with their friends, and when the time came for them to go back to their dormitories, they headed to them with haste. Harry and Hermione were both trying to get rest in before they had to do Prefect Duty during the night. "We're so close to the winter holidays that I can feel it. I'm going to ask Sirius if you all can come over to Grimmauld Place for the holidays." Harry told them, while he sat on his favorite couch by the fire.

"Excellent. I'll ask mom if we can all come over. It'll be the first time I've seen dad since he got attacked at the Ministry." Ron told them. Hermione then said "I can ask my folks if they want to come, but I highly doubt that they will. They're going on a ski vacation during the holidays, and I don't really like skiing much." Daphne yawned and laid her head on Harry's lap, and Harry started running his hand through her hair without realizing it. Ron placed his arm over Hermione's shoulder while he looked at the fire, and Hermione laid her head onto Ron's shoulder also looking at the fire. "Think about it you three. In just six months time, we'll be taking our O.W.L exams. I don't think I'm going to do well in Potions, Astronomy, Ancient Runes or History of Magic." Harry told them. "Same here mate. Same here." Ron agreed with Harry. "We all know Hermione's going to get a lot of O.W.L.s." Daphne told them. All Hermione did was nod at what Daphne told them. "Well Hermione, are you ready to get Prefect Duty over with?" Harry asked her. She nodded her head at them, and they left to go do their duty to the school.
