Fed Up Chapter 11: Realization, a twilight fanfic

"How can I help-oh hey Tulio." she said attempting to sound seducing. When she looked at me her grin faded. "Bella, is that you? You look so different!" I almost laughed, she looked so disinterested. At least that didn't change about her, she's still the fakest girl you'll ever come across. "Thank you, I had to upgrade my style," I said, "how do you know Tulio?" at this she smiled and said, "He's my boyfriend."

Thats when Jay gasped and her eyes started to tear up.

Tulio cringed as tears started to stream down Jays face. I can't believe this. Tulio, one of the nicest guys you could come across, was cheating on one of my best friends... However, they never really DTRed (defined the relationship), so in his mind she may have been a quick roll in the hay, or maybe even an ego boost. What about when he was with me? When he was visiting his mother, was he seeing Jessica on the side then as well?...was Jay and myself the "side chick" or was Jessica? That thought made me sick to my stomach.

I turned to Tulio and glared, "Finish requesting your 'wake up call' I'm going to help my friend." And with that, all of us excluding Eli turned and made our way to the hotel room.

When we got there, it was obvious that Jays intentions were to cry herself to sleep. However, Tina had other ideas. As Jay was about to lay the bed Tina rushed and yanked Jay upright. "Babe, he is not worth crying over. You need to either forget him, or talk to him. With that being said, get on your party clothes because we are going out." Even though Tina can be mean and or rude at times, she always has her friends backs, she just preferred to speak her mind.

Tulio went back to his suite, while Eli came to ours. Eli, after much persuasion from Tina, convinced Tulio to come to the club. Tina dressed Jay just to make Tulio jealous, she dressed her in red low-rise skinny jeans and a black loose midriff top, with some black pumps. Tina wore a silver dress that was tight around her upper thighs and loose around her upper body, showing off her cleavage. Nicki wore a simple black and silver party dress that hung on only one of her shoulders it had a silver trim around the top. I wore my black and silver dress and pumps that I just bought at Forever21.

The guys wore their new clothes as well, which consisted of their wife beaters under their loose button down, with baggy jeans, and Adidas.

As we were walking to the club, which was about two blocks away, Nicki, Tina and myself had to keep reassuring Jay. Saying that she didn't need Tulio, and there are tons of other fish in the sea, just talk to him...and basically every cliche in the book. At the same time, Eli has a similar talk with Tulio.

When we got to the club Jay said she wasn't up for much dancing, and sat down. I went to get her a drink, to calm her down. Ignoring all the cat calls from the guys occupying the bar area.

When I came back, she was talking to Eli, he was telling her the things that Tulio told him. Basically excuses, like how he loves Jay more than Jessica, which is possibly true. But still doesn't excuse his actions. Jay took her drink and said she would just chill at the booth, for the rest of the night. I sat down next to her and watched the liveliness of the club. "Eli? Can you get me a drink please?" he nodded and walked away in the direction of the bar.

Across the club I could see Nicki and Tina on the dance floor dancing with each other and various guys, but alway finding one another and dancing with each other again. However, Nicki started flirting with some guy, who I must admit was pretty good looking. I could also see Tulio sulking in a booth on the other side of the club.

Getting tired of watching everyone else having fun, I went and found Eli standing by the bar. "Hey, do you think Jay will be okay? She really liked him" He rolled his eyes, and said, "Yes Bella, they are both adults and can work out their own problems. Meanwhile I am here missing you, and you're totally absorbed in their drama." And with that he hugged me and pulled me onto the big dance floor, Leaving our untouched drinks on the bar.

After dancing for a while Eli guided me into a quieter corner of the club and dance slower than the rest of the club goers. "Bella, stop obsessing over their relationship. They will work it out. We're in New York City for Christ's sakes, let go, have fun." Eli said looking me dead in the eye. "You haven't had any real fun since last summer." I smiled, he was right. I pressed myself closer to him, "Would you like to show me how to have a good time, Elijah?" I asked in a sultry tone. He smiled and replied, "Miss. Swan, What do you mean by a good time? Would you like to go out to the movies? Or go for a stroll through Battery park?" I smiled and retorted "Whatever suites your fancy Mr. Smith," He laughed and rapped his arms around me so that my back was against his chest and we were looking out at the club. "Do you really want to go for a walk?" he asked me sincerely, "Because that really does sound Lovely Miss. Swan, wouldn't you agree?" I sighed and responded, "I couldn't agree more" He then turned me around whispered in my ear, "I love you, Miss. Swan." And in that moment everything that has ever held me back from telling him the honest truth flew out the window, "I love you too Mr. Smith"

As Eli spun me again, I happened to look across the lively club, and I had solid eye contact with none other than...
