Chapter 17: The resolution of an Climatic Battle

After an long climatic battle, Mecha Shadow was reduced to a head, and is still able to function.

Mecha Shadow: Darn it. I thought I was much stronger than them.

But I failed. Darn it all.

Then they defuse and Blaze was back into her normal form. So was Mecha Sonic.

Blaze: Well, that was a good and exhausting battle .

Mecha Sonic: Yeah. I'm glad that we defeated my brother. But… I'm pretty sure that he's planning to get revenge against me.

Mecha Shadow: -growls- I swear brother, one of these days, I will overthrow you to the ground, and you'll be nothing but scrap!

Then he walks over to his brother's head, and lifts it up with his hand.

Mecha Sonic: Oh brother of mine, you'll never learn I'm much stronger than you in any possible way. Just face it, you're only going to be second strongest. Not like me, who is a very skilled Mecha.

Mecha Shadow growls some more before realizing that he was right.

He may try to be stronger than his brother, but only in second rank.

Mecha Sonic flies off into the distance, while carrying his older brother's head.

Blaze goes back to her home dimension.

This planet will always have heroes to serve and protect the entire world from certain destruction, even when the outcome looks bleak.
