"Leo. Let go." She tried to jerk her wrist out of his grasp, but his grip was too tight. A low growl escaped her throat. "I am NOT in the mood for this shit Leo. Let go." After he refused, she raised her other fist and punched him hard in the back of the head, forcing him to let go as she jumped off. Finally away from her brother, she took a deep breath to calm herself down. Something was wrong with her, she knew that much. Her temper had never escalated this high...as least, she never remembered it escalating so high. Taking off her mask, she let the wind feel against her normally-covered face. Tying the mask around her arm, she carefully touched the scar across both of her eyelids. She had gotten that scar when she refused her father's orders when she was younger. Her past gave her scars, both physical and mental. Not wanting to be reminded of that day, she tied her mask back on her face. Gritting her teeth, she observed the city, looking for something to beat before she just killed a random person who saw her. Finally finding a foot clan soldier, she pulled him up on the roof and broke his neck before leaving his body on the roof. Running a hand through her hair, she took another deep breath.
"What the hell is wrong with me?...I need to talk to somebody..but who do I know that's been through this?" Laila thought for a moment before grumbling… "Dad's the only one I know..but he's dead..well, I guess Leatherhead's worth talking to." Laila decided before jumping off the roof into the nearest alleyway, going back into the sewers. She walked through the tunnels, trying to find her gator friend. Not too far in one tunnel, she heard voices. Right before she could go kick their asses, a certain gator pulled her into hiding.
"Leatherhead?"
"Come on. They won't find us here." Leatherhead walked off, towards his home with Laila following right behind him.
"So Laila, what are you doing in this area?"
"There's something wrong with me and you're the only one I can really go to with this."
