Dream
I was standing on the edge of a forest looking at a beach. I haven't had a dream since I left. I felt arms wrap around my waist, an embrace I know from being little. His cold arms pulled me against his cold hard chest washing me with his scent.
"My beautiful little tigress." His voice thick with his accent clouded with emotion.
"My king." We always greeted each other like this.
"How was the wedding?" he kissed my cheek. I giggled at him as he smirked into my neck. "And don't tease me."
I laughed at him. "So sorry my king. The wedding was nice. After it was . . . intense." Tilting my head to look at him I kissed his cheek. "Could of done without the school reunion though."
He frowned and looked at me. "What happened little one?"
"Tanya Denali." He growled at that so I turned around and wrapped my arms around his waist with my head against his chest.
He tightened his hold on me. "Come to me please? I want to be there for you next time. But come to me so it is made clear you were willing."
I nodded my head in agreement. "I will come to you soon and willingly. I promise."
"It's time you wake up my tigress. But first." He gently lifted my head up placing a kiss on his mark at my neck his teeth grazed it. "It's been so long." His teeth sank into my skin but I never felt pain only pleasure. He took more than usual but it had been ten years. "Wake up and show them who is boss, my queen."
End dream
Opening my eyes I smiled. For the first time since planning this trip I felt alive and ready to kick ass. I could still smell him but I knew he wasn't there. "Baby girl? You ok?"
Nodding my head I looked up to meet the eyes of my family and I couldn't be happier about it. "Yeah mamma." Smiling wider I saw unshed tears in her eyes. "Never better."
Jasper smiled at me kissing my cheek. "Good Izzy we are leaving for Italy early. The pack already know so don't worry."
I frowned as I looked at them. "Mum and dad?"
"Are coming too. We were going anyway." My dad came in fully dressed. His smile lit up his face.
"But you just got married." I watched him as he came to sit next to me on my bed. "You haven't been on your honeymoon."
"This is our honeymoon baby girl." I was confused. "You always talked about going to Italy since you could talk. We were going to go in honour of you." He pushed the hair off my face looking into my eyes. "Now we can go as the family I wanted to go as."
