Here it is! It came out differently to how I'd planned it but, it's still an awesome chapter! Tell me what you all think, I'm sure some of you will like this one :D

"Come on, Sam!" Cat whined "You have them running every second go the day. Even during the night! I miss my teddy bear! You're giving me withdrawal symptoms!" she rambled. Sam was sitting at the kitchen table while Emily and Sophie were in the kitchen baking something. Cat was complaining about how Sam had had the pack out running rounds every night and everyday, all week. Because of this Cat hadn't seen Jacob very often, in fact he popped in to say 'hi' but, left again the next second.

"She runs through all the time, and you've never taken this much of a precaution before" Cat continued, talking about Victoria.

"This time we know when she's coming. It's time to put an end to her." Sam finally spoke

"That doesn't give you the right to take away their sleeping hours, I swear Jake has been getting two hours a night, if that" Cat scolded

"I need to do what's best for my tribe" Sam argued

"Yes, but if you wear them out and destroy their health, then you wont have a pack to protect them all with" Cat reminded him "Make the patrol shifts longer, allow them to get more sleep. You seem to be making them work and then stay home and rest yourself. You aren't the only one with an imprint you know!" Cat complained

"Cat it will all be back to normal after the weekend, calm down" Sophie butted in

"But what if they don't catch her, then this will just die down for a while before he starts ordering them to basically kill themselves again" Cat rambled

"Now you're being over dramatic" Sophie sighed

"Am I?" Cat questioned

"You're being stupid. They will look after themselves better then that" Sophie disagreed

"No, I will look after them. I'll lock them in our house if I have too!" Cat stated firmly

"Cat, locks wont hold them" Sophie said obviously, Cat raised her eyebrows, to which Sophie rolled her eyes

"Don't worry Cat. Sam knows what he's doing" Emily smiled at her

"But there is still the fact that he is basically forbidding me from seeing Jake" Cat reminded her "You don't need to worry cause Sam comes home every afternoon because he forces everyone else to run for him" Cat whined and accused Sam at the same time. "I mean if I had to, I would go out there and walk with him to spend time with him, but none of you will let me, you'd probably come get me and take me away." she complained "And while I'm at it, I might as well say that you are all way to protective, sure it's in your genes but, you just go over the top-" Cat was cut off by Sophie slapping her hand over her twins mouth

"Will you quit it! You're rambling senselessly" she said annoyed "You need to calm down and chill" Cat sighed and Sophie removed her hand

"Sorry. I'm just incredibly bored, this has probably got something to do with not seeing my boyfriend as often" she shot at Sam

"Cat." Sophie put her hands on her hips. Cat huffed and crossed her own arms annoyed. There came a heap of laughing from outside and through the vibrations Cat knew they were the wolves. Jared, Paul and Embry walked towards the house, Paul was obviously in a bad mood and Jared was teasing him, while Embry was laughing. Cat walked outside and jumped off the porch, she saw Paul scowling, his jaw clenched while Embry and Jared were laughing at him. She raised an eyebrow confused as Sophie came out behind her and leaned against a post. She looked at Cat who turned and shrugged to her before looking back at the boys

"So, someone wanna tell us what's so funny?" Cat asked, interrupting the laughing fit. Jared opened his mouth to answer but, just ended up laughing some more as Paul ground his teeth together.

"Jeez Paul, what did you do to them?" Cat wondered, she gapped "Did you get rejected or something?" she asked, the boys laughed harder "Actually, now that I think about it, I don't think I've ever heard of you having a girlfriend. You just seem to angry and temperamental all the time that you probably just scare everyone off" she teased walking over to Embry and Jared, who were gasping for air from all the laughing they were doing. Paul clenched his teeth harder and clenched his fists together, trying to control his temper. "Hey Embry, has Paul even ever had a girlfriend?" Cat wondered, Embry thought for a minute but ended up laughing

"Is that meant to be no?" Cat questioned "Though I'm not surprised, it would explain why he's so angry all the time, he's obviously not getting any" Sophie couldn't keep that one in and started giggling

"Cat, that's mean" she said through her giggles

"Well if he was he'd be bragging about it all the time, and the boys would be getting play by plays" Cat shrugged "Considering we don't hear complaints, I'm guessing he's just gonna be one of those forever alone people. How tragic" she sighed mockingly, before grinning at Paul who glared at her angrily "Of come on, I'm just teasing, you do have the ability to imprint remember, in other words there's someone out there who has to put up with you. I feel sorry for that person, she'd probably be buying furniture and paying for plasterers every day, to fix the damages his outbursts made", Cat thought. Sam and Emily had exited the house to see what all the fuss was about and were standing with Sophie. "Say Paul, how old are you actually, 18, 19?" she wondered "Wait…" she thought "Are you still…" she didn't get to finish her sentence though as Paul's rage his it's peak and he swung at her. Cat looked at him just in time for his fist to collide with the side of her midriff, right where her ribs were. Cat flew through the air a little before she hit the ground, an earthquake occurred suddenly and everyone stopped and looked at the ground, balancing themselves as Cat rolled along the ground, eventually coming to a halt.

"Holy motherfucker!" Cat swore painfully, everyone looked at her as she lay on the ground holding her side. Sophie was next to her in an instant

"Cat are you alright?" she asked, Embry stood behind Sophie

"Bloody Hell!" Cat hissed painfully, she looked at her side, her hands covering the spot Paul had hit her "I think you fucking broke my ribs!" she yelled at Paul

"Paul!" Sam said angrily

"Embry, can you carry her inside?" Sophie asked, he nodded and gently picked Cat up bridal style as Sam told Paul off and for him to go and patrol, Leah and Jacob were the ones currently on the job. Paul left, looking almost a little guilty as Embry carried Cat inside, he laid her on the couch gently

"Fucking shit! If I've punctured something I'm going to kill him" she said, not really seeming that worried that she'd just broken a few bones. Emily was immediately looking for the first aid kit as Sophie kneeled next to her sister

"Concentrate" she said, knowing her sister could heal herself easily "Don't forget to breath too" she added

"It's kind of difficult, not sure if you noticed but they're broken and painful" Cat reminded her sister annoyed, Sophie rolled her eyes as Embry looked worried.

"Let me look" Sophie offered

"What do you know?" Jared wondered standing at the door to the living room

"Our dad's a doctor, you learn a few things" Sophie admitted, Cat removed her hands and Sophie prodded her a little, earning a hiss from her sister, Sophie ignored her before lying her hand on the spot, Cat put hers over the top, Sophie's cold hand felt good on her now very hot skin. "I think you've broken three, maybe four" Sophie admitted

"Damn" Cat muttered, she tried to concentrate as her electricity tried to speed up her healing cells and repair itself. Not only that but the regeneration power from her fire was also trying to fix the damage, it was the reason her temperature had risen so high.

"Good thing I have things to heal me fast" she admitted

"I can't believe he did so much damage, and you even let him hit you" Sophie confessed

"Guess I kind of deserved it" Cat mumbled

"You were being a bitch" Sophie agreed, Cat shot her a glare. Sophie removed her hand as Cat slowly began to heal. They all stopped talking as they heard someone approach the house and the door open

"Hey Em, Sam, what was with the shift change?" Jacob asked

"Shit" Cat swore quietly, she knew he'd throw a fit when he found out what happened.

"Paul needed to cool off" Sam explained

"Huh, did you guys feel that earthquake?" Jacob's voice was muffled, meaning he had food stuffed in his mouth.

"We've been getting a few lately" Emily realised, trying to sound normal, she also knew it wouldn't be good when Jacob discovered Cat in the other room.

"Are the twins here?" Jacob suddenly wondered, having smelt their scents

"Uh…" Emily began but, Jacob walked into the living room, he saw Cat lying on the couch with Sophie kneeling next to her and Embry standing behind Sophie. His eyes landed on Cat who gave him an awkward smile, Jacob noticed her hands on her ribs

"What's going on?" he asked seriously

"Nothing" Cat lied, well it wasn't much of a lie seeing as no one was actually doing anything right now.

"What's wrong?" he questioned not taking his eyes off of her

"Nothing, I tripped and scratched my side on a tree" Cat quickly said, Jacob frowned

"When?" he asked taking a few steps forwards

"Uh…" Cat began to think "Not long ago" she answered with a shrug

"Why are you lying on the couch then?" Jacob interrogated

"Cause, I…" Cat thought and bit her lip, Jared sighed

"She's broken a few ribs" he said truthfully

"Jared!" Cat yelled at him

"What?!" Jacob was at her side, next to Sophie in an instant

"What happened? Are you alright? We need to get you to a hospital" Jacob worried

"I'm fine, I just …" Cat racked her brain for a second "Fell out of a tree" she said, Sophie rolled her eyes, if it was their parents they were telling, then that lie would be perfect

"What were you doing in a tree?" Jacob questioned, still worried

"Why not? I love climbing trees" Cat shrugged but winced a little

"Paul punched her" Jared said again

"Jared, you idiot!" Cat spat angrily "Embry go get my phone, I need to call Kim and tell her not to talk to him for a month!" she threatened

"He what?!" Jacob began to tremble at the thought

"It's not that bad, and I kind of deserved it. I egged him on and made him angry, he was already annoyed because Jared and Embry were laughing at him for something" Cat said quickly

"We need to take you to a hospital" Jacob decided immediately, trying to calm himself down

"And say what, that a werewolf lost his temper and attacked me? Right I'm sure that would fit well. And you can't take me to Carlisle because he doesn't know I know" Cat protested, she would be all better before they were even half way to the hospital. Jacob went to protest again but was cut off by a series of howls, one was from Leah, the other was from Paul.

"Victoria" Cat realised looking up

"Boys" Sam said entering the room, Embry looked at Sophie and patted her shoulder as she smiled up at him before joining Sam and Jared

"Jacob" Sam said when he didn't move

"I promise I will be all better by the next time you see me" Cat grinned

"I'll take her home and get dad to look at her. He is a doctor after all, and unlike you lot he'll believe the story that she fell out of a tree" Sophie grinned

"Seriously?" Jared asked smirking

"Wouldn't be the first time I've fallen out of a tree and broken something" Cat grinned

"We'll be fine" Emily assured them standing behind Sam, she kissed his cheek. Jacob looked back ad Cat and caressed her face

"I'll meet you back at your house" he promised

"I'm holding you on it" Cat warned causing Jacob to smile before he stood up and the boys all left. Cat let out a sigh after she felt them phase and run off

"Jeez" she muttered

"Cat, are you alright, do you two need me to drive you back home?" Emily asked, she brought over the first aid kit and took Jacob's original seat

"Not yet, might be a little stupid to go home now. Specially seeing as we live on the boarder, and if the Cullens are also out preparing then she might jump between the two" Sophie sighed, Cat nodded agreeing as Emily handed her a glass of water and some pain killers

"You seem oddly fine for someone who just broke a few ribs Cat" she finally said suspiciously, Cat sighed

"Like I said, not the first time I've broken something" Cat muttered swallowing the pills without the water, she knew she would need more if they were to stand up against her body temperature but, Emily was suspicious enough as is was.

"I hope you two aren't planning on keeping this charade up forever" Emily said, the girls looked at her "I know when something going on, I do live amongst a bunch of werewolves remember. You two, haven't exactly been honest lately" she explained, Sophie and Cat shared a look before Sophie looked down and Cat looked at the celling.

"We're working on it" Cat muttered eventually

"Well, you do realise those boys can handle anything, right?" Emily said, both girls nodded but still refused to look at her "Alright, well, how about I drive you home, at least in the car we're safer" Emily offered, the girls nodded again. Sophie and Cat put on the act and Sophie and Emily helped Cat into Emily's car. Emily drove the 5-10 minute drive to the twins house before Emily and Sophie helped Cat up the front steps to the front door.

"I'll be right from here Em, thank you" Cat told her smiling, one of her hands holding her ribs

"Alright, I'll call you later to see how you are. Don't hesitate to call if you need anything" Emily gave her a careful hug before descending the stairs and getting back into her car, she waved to them and flashed her lights as she drove down the drive way. The girls waved to her and as soon as she was out of sight and on the main road, Cat dropped her arm, Sophie released her and she stood normally, her ribs had healed before the boys had even left.

"We have to tell them. It's starting to kill me, they trusted us with their secret… well, me, you they didn't have choice but, it's only fair we do the same" Sophie said, Cat didn't even look at her, her eyes still on the driveway, but she nodded

"I agree, it's not fair" Cat sighed "How about we get it over with, do it tomorrow after this all calms down a little?" she offered, Sophie nodded

"Until then, you need to pretend you're injured" Sophie reminded her

"Wanna play doctors? You get to bandage my midriff" Cat smirked, Sophie rolled her eyes and they entered the house. They didn't tell their parents about the broken bones, obviously, but Cat told her dad she had a pain in her side and ask him to look over it. He did and said she was absolutely fine, as healthy as ever. They had dinner and then the two girls went up to Cat's room and Sophie bandaged Cat's side before Cat changed, got ready for bed and they set her into a comfortable, selling position that said she was still badly injured.

"So, how should we tell them?" Cat wondered

"We need to get them all together, and prove some of it by proving you're not broken anymore" Sophie thought

"Then I say we call an urgent meeting" Cat sighed

"Should we do it here or at Em's?" Sophie asked

"Depends on if mum and dad are home" Cat reminded her softly

"Good point" Sophie agreed, both their heads turned to the window, Sophie got up and opened it before sitting next to Cat on her bed, no more then two minutes later, Jacob jumped in through the window, Embry not far behind. Jacob was by Cat's side in an instant

"How you feeling?" he asked

"Great, dad gave me some morphine" Cat grinned "Can't feel a thing"

"And they bought the tree thing?" Embry questioned

"Cause they did, we're talking about Cat" Sophie smiled

"Good point" Embry grinned as Cat poked her tongue out at him

"Very mature" Sophie sighed

"How long till it's fixed?" Jacob wondered, prepared to stay with her till then

"I don't know, few weeks, maybe months" Cat shrugged "But enough about me, how'd it go?", the boys frowned

"She got away didn't she" Sophie realised, they nodded

"One of the Cullens jumped the boarder, Paul intercepted him. It caused her to get away" Embry explained

"How is Paul, does he feel bad?" Cat wondered, Jacob growled but Cat ignored him

"A little" Embry shrugged. Cat grinned and they fell silent for a minute before the girls shared a look

"By the way…" Cat begun

"We need you to do us a favour" Sophie admitted, the boys looked at them confused

"We need to call a meeting for tomorrow, we have something important to tell everyone" Cat explained

"Do you think you could ask Sam if that's alright?" Sophie wondered

"I don't see why not, but what's so important?" Embry asked

"We'll tell you tomorrow" Cat smiled

"You need to have a little patients" Sophie agreed, she then yawned "Ok, time for bed" she muttered standing up "Sleep well, and try not to move too much sis" she said waving her hand as she left the room. Cat rolled her eyes but smiled

"Night Soph" she said as the door shut behind her sister, there was silence before Cat got a mischievous look and looked at Embry "So, when are you planning on asking her out?" she wondered, Embry blushed

"Um… well… I was… I hadn't really… it's just…" he stuttered Jacob and Cat smirked

"Come on, she likes you, and she's your imprint, gotta do it sooner or later" Cat reminded him "I'm positive she'll say yes"

"You should be worrying about yourself a little more, you are the one who's injured" Embry said, trying to change the subject, Cat blinked

"Oh yeah" she remembered causing both boys to sigh "I knew there was a reason I was still in bed" she said looking at her blankets

"Only you would forget you were badly injured" Jacob smiled his lopsided grin at her

"Hello, pumped up with morphine here" Cat reminded him

"I still can't believe your parents didn't take you to the hospital anyway" Embry admitted, Cat shrugged

"What about school?" Jacob realised

"I can't go, but Sophie will make sure I don't fall behind" Cat assured him with a roll of her eyes. "But, until then, I'm bedridden" she sighed heavily "Great"

"Well at least now you can't get yourself into any trouble" Embry grinned

"I don't know, knowing me, it might still be possible" Cat admitted "By the way, now that tonights over, what's happening with the patrol shifts?" she remembered

"They're going back to normal" Jacob answered

"Good, I'm sick of the quick shifts" Cat said crossing her arms over her chest, she then yawned

"You should get some rest" Jacob decided, Cat rolled her eyes but yawned again

"We'll see you tomorrow, and we'll ask about your little meeting" Embry promised

"Thanks" Cat smiled sleepily, Embry left before Jacob bent over and kissed Cat, she put her hand on the side of his face but he pulled away much to soon

"I'll see you tomorrow" he said softly, Cat sighed but nodded as Jacob followed Embry out the door. Cat listened as she heard the two boys run to the tree line and phase after they'd past it, a howl ripped through the night and Cat smiled as she clicked her fingers, her light turning off. She shut her eyes and fell into a deep slumber.

"How should we start?" Sophie asked sitting at the bench

"Well, the boys already told you their secret, and differently to how I found out. How did they start?" Cat wondered, she was sitting next to her sister as they ate breakfast.

"They said…" Sophie thought for a minute "I guess you know we've been keeping something from you"

"Well we can't use that cause they don't think that, only Emily does" Cat sighed

"They also had the fact that the Quileute's have legends and they only really had to explain that, plus it was easier because we knew about the wolves" Sophie propped her elbow onto the bench, leaning her head into her hand.

"This is going to be harder then I thought" Cat muttered

"But we've never told anyone before, at least the pack had, they were used to having this discussion" Sophie confessed

"I'm kind of nervous. I mean, I don't think they'd reject us cause of what they are, but I'm worried that they will be angry at us" Cat worried

"Angry we didn't tell them. Angry cause they thought we couldn't trust them. Yeah I know how you feel" Sophie agreed

"But, again, we do have the excuse that we've never, ever told anyone, so we don't exactly know how to" Cat rambled

"Bad excuse" Sophie said

"I know" Cat sighed

"We should have thought this through more" Sophie confessed

"We're thinking about it now" Cat reminded her

"Not the same, I'm not gonna postpone telling them just cause I don't know how"

"And that makes you nervous" Cat nodded, understanding without her sister saying anything

"We also can't leave anything out" Sophie remembered

"What about our angel suspicions?" Cat wondered

"I don't know, we'll get to that if it comes up" Sophie decided "I'm not sure how to explain that"

"Point" Cat nodded. They sat at the bench to a while, long after they'd finished eating, their parents weren't home so they had the house to themselves.

"And what about you, you're supposed to be bedridden, if you turn up walking and perfectly fine I'm sure that would start the conversation" Sophie thought

"Doesn't sound like the best way to start" Cat admitted

"I agree" Sophie nodded

"Then maybe I shouldn't turn up till the topic starts going" Cat wondered

"You want me to explain on my own?" Sophie asked worried, Cat sighed

"No, not really, but you might need to get the conversation going" she suggested

"Great. Damn you and your non-broken bones" Sophie groaned, Cat shot her a grin

"I'll walk over, you drive, think that will be enough time?" she offered

"Probably" Sophie exhaled deeply "I guess I'll get going then"

"Don't tell them too much till I get there, when I get near tell them that I'm basically fine and then I'll walk in the door. It'll be a smashing scene!" Cat sounded excited

"This isn't a movie" Sophie muttered

"Might as well be" Cat shrugged. Sophie sighed and shook her head at her sister before standing up

"Alright, might as well get this over with" she decided "I'll see you in a bit" Sophie turned and left the room, walking down the stairs and into the garage. She got into her convertible and drove off to Emily's house.

Cat's POV.

I understood Sophie's nervousness, I really wasn't worried about them thinking we were creeps, they were bloody werewolves for gods sake. But I was worried about them being angry at us, they'd shared their secret with us, but we hadn't told them ours. To tell the truth I hadn't really worried about this till now, but I couldn't even picture what look Jake might have when he learns on my secret.

"I was cool with his from the beginning, but other then vampires and werewolves, they don't know if there's anything else weird out there" I let out a long sighed before standing up and walking up the stairs to my room, my heart was already racing as I put my shoes on and left the house.

"I can't even imagine how Sophie's feeling, I sent her in there alone" I frowned, feeling guilty. The forest surrounded me, and my nerves dropped a little, but not completely.

Sophie's POV.

I could feel myself beginning to hyperventilate, which wasn't normal for me. But could you blame me, I'd never done this before, and I was doing it alone! I knew Cat's reasoning, if she walked in completely fine, then we wouldn't have the calm conversation we wanted. The roof was off of my convertible and it made me feel a little better, my heart rate slowed and I breathed deeply, trying to calm down. I only had to get a conversation going, one that I could connect to our secret, to Cat's non-broken bones and then to an explanation.

"Easy… not" I muttered. I drove down the little dirt road and pulled up outside Emily's house, I took a deep breath before getting out. The door opened and Embry walked out, a smile on his face, normally I felt immediately better when I saw his smile, but this time it just worried me, what if that smile didn't return after I told him? Would he be angry at me for not telling him? Would he think I didn't trust him? What if it hurts him? He might even worry about me more, instead of less.

"Hey" he greeted

"Hey" I said, keeping my voice from cracking and shaking. It was a good thing I was good at keeping some of my emotions hidden by now. Lying was Cat's specialty, keeping up with them and not giving away that she was lying was mine, I was good as keeping a straight face cause of that.

"Deep breath, it's going to be alright. He can't stop talking to you cause he imprinted on you, we're tied forever." I reminded myself

"You alright?" Embry wondered

"Yeah, I'm good" I nodded, I reach up and he pulled me into a warm hug. Feeling his warm skin against my cold one felt good, we kind of cancelled each other out a little. Not only that but I fit into his arms perfectly, that hug was comforting and just what I'd needed at that point. We pulled away and walked inside

"Hey Soph" Emily gave me a hug and I slowly felt myself becoming calm and collected again

"Hey Emily" I greeted returning her hug

"Where's Cat?" Jared called, I looked into the living room to see everyone there, including Kim, great.

"She's bedridden, remember, someone broke her ribs" I shot Paul a look but he ignored me "Very mature" I scoffed

"So she's not coming?" Leah wondered, I didn't know how to answer, we were about to come clean, lying some more didn't really sound like a smart thing to do.

Cat's POV.

I was only walking so I had a bit to go before I reached the house. I knew it would take Sophie about ten minutes to get there, maybe longer if she was delaying herself. Then she had to get the convo going so there wasn't much point in hurrying.

"How should we brake the news…?" I muttered, bitting on my thumb nail a little. "Hey, I have something to tell you, I've been lying all this time, I'm not human, or normal, I'm an elemental and I control fire and earth." I babbled "Right cause that would go down well. 'I'm not as frail as you think. Truth is, vampires and werewolves aren't the only myths out there. Sophie and I are elementals, meaning we can control the four elements, water, wind, fire and earth.' even that sounds a little to blunt…" I stopped, something wasn't right, I turned to look around but my vision was blocked by a mass of black hair. The wind was knocked out of me as something hit me hard in the chest, I flew through the air backwards, the ground shook violently underneath me when I smashed into a tree somewhere behind me. I fell to the ground coughing and spluttering, the pain in my chest was immediately healed but there was a pain in my shoulder. I ignored it though as I looked up, I glared at the person in front of me

"Totally should have seen this coming" I thought annoyed.

Sophie's POV.

I was about to answer Leah when we were all cut off, the ground shook violently underneath us, a few things fell off the tables and shelves, some were delicate and smashed on the floor. Everyone clutched something, whether is was the seat they were sitting in, the walls, or the person next to them. Embry grabbed me and held me to him while I saw Sam do the same thing to Emily, and Jared to Kim. It finally stopped and no one moved to a while

"What was that?" Seth wondered

"We've been getting more and more of them" Leah had noticed

"And is it me, or do they keep getting worse?" Jacob wondered, Sam released Emily and Jared loosened his arms around Kim a little

"Jeez, that was creepy, I don't think we've ever had an earthquake that bad here before" she said. I hadn't moved, I was still in Embry's arms, I knew what that was; it wasn't a normal quake. Embry removed his arms and looked down at me

"Soph?" he asked, I was almost trembling with worry, something had happened to Cat, she was out in the forest, alone, and that quake was huge, meaning she'd been injured more then once and the same time. She was in trouble, big trouble.

"Sophie, are you alright?" Embry asked me again, everyone else had gone on to talk about something else, or the earthquake, they weren't worried about it, to them it was just a natural occurrence.

"Why did this happen now, just as we were about to tell everything?" I questioned, there was another quake but not as bad I looked out the window

"Sophie, it's alright, they're just quakes" Embry said softly, he thought I was scared of them, but that wasn't what I was frightened of. I removed myself from his arms and walked towards the door to leave

"Sophie, hey, what's wrong?" Embry grabbed my hand

"Let go, I've got help her" I said

"Help who?" Embry questioned confused

"Cat! She's in trouble. Let go!" I yanked my hand out of his grasp

"Cat's in trouble?" Jacob said I didn't even bother to answer his worried tone I headed straight for the door

"Sophie! Hey wait!" I heard Jacob yell, he was worried, I knew, but she was my sister, and she and I had a bond even the imprinting bond couldn't compare to.

"Sophie, it's dangerous! Stop!" Embry yelled but I just ran into the trees ignoring him, the second I was in the forest I sped through the air, using the wind to find my sister.

Third Person POV.

"What's wrong?" Sam asked

"Sophie looked terrified, I thought she was scared of earthquakes" Embry began "But then she tried to leave and when I stopped her she said Cat was in trouble and that she needed to help her"

"Cat's in trouble?" Leah asked "How does she know?", Embry shrugged, he then remembered

"Jake, do you remember before we told Sophie everything, remember, Cat said that she always knew when Sophie was in trouble, and it was the same for Sophie to Cat" Embry said, Jacob thought and his face was clouded with worry

"If Cat's bedridden and home alone…" he realised

"She's vulnerable" Seth finished

"That vamp's still after her too!" Leah remembered, that did it Jacob was out of the house and through the trees in a blink, Embry was right on his tail, if Cat was in trouble and Sophie went to help her, then both twins were in danger. The rest of the pack followed and soon they were all phased and they sniffing the air.

"I can't smell Sophie's scent" Leah realised

"We just saw her walk through here, how can we not find it?" Jared questioned

"Something's not right" Sam realised "Fan out, find them!" he ordered, everyone ran in different directions. Jacob and Embry ran together, they sped off towards the twin's house.

Cat's POV.

It was the female vampire from before, her eyes were crimson red, her black hair falling over her face, all I could see was rage in her face.

"Should have known I wasn't done with you" I muttered standing up, ignoring my shoulder for a while

"Stronger then you look. To bad, you're not gonna live much longer" the women spat, I looked at my shoulder, it had been dislocated, I looked back at the girl annoyed

"Don't judge a book by it's cover, you leech" Cat snapped back, at the same moment I pushed on my shoulder and popped it back into place, my body immediately working on fixing the damage

"Smart words, to bad they were for nothing" the women ran at Cat and attacked her, Cat dodged the punches and strikes the women throw at her, the vampire caught her arm and throw her, Cat tumbled before she got her hand on the dirt and pushed off the ground, landing on her feet again, the ground had trembled again, but not as badly.

"I don't understand why it's me you've decided to take you're anger out on. I didn't kill your boy toy, the wolves did that, all I did was light him on fire!" I admitted

"And if you hadn't done that, he wouldn't be gone" the women shrieked

"Well you shouldn't have walked through this territory. It's your own god damn fault, especially seeing as he was too weak to take on those wolves" I said "Why didn't you come to his rescue before he was ripped apart? To scared? Or did you want him to die?" I said angrily, the women ran at me, her teeth bared, she thought her speed was to her advantage but, I could follow everything the girl did, blocking or dodging all the attacks the vampire through at me. I grabbed her arm and this time, I threw the cold body, the girl smashed through a tree before hitting the ground. She looked up at me

"What the hell are you?" she spat

"I told you, don't judge a book by it's cover, you'll only end up regretting it!" I answered angrily "This human, isn't as human as you thought!".

Sophie's POV.

I flew through the trees, there hadn't been another earthquake yet so I guessed Cat was fine and fighting a vampire, or the vampire had ran and Cat had ran after her, or maybe Cat had just let her go

"Not likely" I muttered, she'd only let the last one go because the boys had been around, and we hadn't helped last night because, one, Cat was crippled, and two, the boys didn't know about us. I heard a howl erupted not far off

"Great, now the boys are out, guess I shouldn't be surprised that they followed me" I thought annoyed. I pushed the thought to the back of my mind as I heard something crack and smash not far off.

"Cat" I immediately knew it would be my sister.

Jacob's POV.

"No one's home" Embry said, we'd arrived at the twins' house and the first place we'd gone was Cat's room, right in through her, once again, opened door. Her pyjama's were on the floor, meaning she'd gotten up and dressed

"Jake", I turned and saw Embry holding a bandage, I walked over to him and took it from him

"This was the bandage Cat had around her broken ribs…" I realised

"But, wont she need that?" Embry asked confused

"Well, thinking that she wasn't kidnapped; she would have left on her own" I said thinking

"But, how, she's supposed to be bedridden" Embry remembered

"Something's wrong" I muttered, I walked around Cat's room. I'd been in here so many times, nothing seemed different, her scent was all over the room so I couldn't follow it. We walked down the stairs and looked around downstairs

"Jake, Cat's scent leads to the back door" Embry said I walked over to him and noticed he was right

"So, she walked out?" I realised, Embry shrugged. We followed the scent and it lead to the trees "She went for a walk" I growled, so she was in danger

"But I still don't understand how…?" Embry said again, I shook my head, neither did I. All I knew was that Sophie had been extremely worried, I'd never seen her like that before, and now Cat was missing and all evidence pointed to her being in the forest, again.

"Come on". We phased and followed Cat's scent through the forest, it was fresh, so she'd only walked this path earlier today. "I wish she'd listen to me when I tell her to stay out of the forest"

"Dude I know what you mean, but she's gotta be really tough if she's walking around while injured" Embry said, I could see through his mind that he was as confused as I was, normal people would be bedridden for ages, hardly able to move, even us wolves would have to sit down for about half an hour before it was properly healed.

Cat's POV.

I'd landed a few blows on the bloodsucker, she'd even cracked a few times, I guess that was the closest I was going to get to breaking her bones, considering she was made of marble. I hadn't used my fire on her yet, but I had raised my temperature so high that it burned whenever she touched me, she was very hesitant now and that had become her down fall. She launched at me again but, was struck from the side, I turned and saw my sister standing on the tree branch near by, her ice bow in her hand

"Sophie" I smiled, she jumped down and pulled me into a hug

"I was terrified, that earthquake was huge!" she said letting out a deep breath

"Sorry, dislocated my shoulder" I shrugged

"Jeez, you had me worried, and you caused me to worry Embry and Jacob, and everyone else too." she sighed annoyed

"Sorry, what happened to them?" I wondered

"They followed me into the woods, I flew so they couldn't follow my scent but they're all out looking for us. I told them you were in trouble so…" Sophie admitted

"Great" I muttered, I didn't get to say much more though as something hit us both from the side, the earth shook under me again and I felt a gush of wind as Sophie landed near me. I saw a boulder next to me

"Tsk" I glared at the angry vampire, her eyes were black now, Sophie's iced arrow was sticking out of her shoulder, even though ice was usually frail, Sophie's was not, it was as hard as diamonds.

"Diamonds" I remembered, I grinned as I stood up, I saw the vampire's face get angrier as she saw my smile, it pained her to see that I wasn't suffering or hurt. She ran at me yet again and I raised my hand, the ground began to shake, but it was a different kind of shaking, the vampire didn't stop. Suddenly spears of diamond began to shoot out of the ground at the vampire, she dodged a few but, her arm was completely severed by one, she screamed as Sophie stood up next to me.

"Smart" she muttered

"I thought so" I smiled, I felt some vibrations and Sophie turned to there direction, I ignored them and didn't take my eyes off the screaming vampire. She glared at me furious and ran at me again, I raised my hand and threw a flaming ball at her, she dodged it and stared at me, I grinned and and other fire ball appeared in my hand. I started throwing them at her over and over again, lighting several things on fire, the grass, the trees, the bushes, a lot of smoke rose off of the burning nature. She got close and started hand to hand combat with me again, only now she was avoiding my firey hands as well. She threw me to the ground but I took her with me and we rolled around for ages, throwing each other. If a normal person was watching us we would have just been a blur we were moving to fast. I burned her a few times before she threw me into the air, I threw some fire down to were she was on the ground below me, she rolled out of the way as I landed lightly back on the grass. She was at me again, and pushed me to the grounds, her hands on my shoulders, she pushed down on them and were was a tiny snap as a pain shot from the both. The ground shook beneath me as I groaned, she grinned, I glared up at her and suddenly she was screaming. My electricity powers caused her to roll off me and onto the floor next to me as she wriggled from the shock. I was on my feet and I kicked her in the side, sending her through the air, several branches weaved there way around her and held her in the air. She was too weak to put up a fight against them, the electricity was still in her body and she fidgeted and shivered as it shocked her. She looked up and glared at me as I rubbed one of my shoulders, I winced as I raised my arm, my shoulder not completely healed yet. Another fire ball appeared in my palm and I squinted one of my eyes closed as I threw the fire at her. She screamed when it hit her and the flames licked at her skin, I collapsed to the ground, that throw had worsened my shoulder, I had a few bruises but, I knew it wouldn't be long before they cleared up. Sophie was at my side

"You alright?" she asked

"I think she cracked my shoulders, and I worsened it by moving my arm so much. But otherwise, I'm good" I smiled up at her

"Jeez, in the last twenty - four hours you've gotten so broken" she sighed with a smirk

"Sorry, occupational hazard" I giggled a little but, I moved my shoulder which still hurt a little, it was the one that had been dislocated earlier too, the other was now fine so I wasn't in as much pain anymore. I stood up and turned, that was when I noticed the tanned, muscly people staring at me dumbfounded.

"That's right, the vibrations had belonged to the wolves" I remembered, I bit my lip, this was going to be a lot more difficult then I'd thought.

"Now what are we gonna do?" Sophie asked

"Well, we always intended on telling them today…" I admitted

"Think this will make it more difficult, or easier?" Sophie wondered

"No idea" I muttered. I didn't get much more of an option to think about it because I was suddenly enveloped in a bone crushing hug "Ouch, painful, broken shoulder here" I muttered, Jacob released me and looked down at me

"Are you alright?" he asked, I looked at my shoulder

"Fine" I said, he didn't believe me "I will be" I added

"What were you doing out here?" he jumped

"I was on my way to Emily's house" I admitted

"You're supposed to be bedridden" he said, I raised an eyebrow and raised my top, poking my side

"Sorry, it's not really broken anymore" I said looking at him, he looked at me stunned

"What was all of that?" Leah suddenly spoke up

"Um…" I began thinking while Sophie bit her lip, thinking too. There was silence while they were all stared at us "In our defence we were going to tell you" I added

"When?" Jared asked

"Today, that's why we wanted to call a meeting" Sophie answered

"So, how about we go back to Em's and talk about this over some muffins?" I offered smiling, I dropped my arm and moved my shoulder a little before stretching, it was now completely healed. Everyone looked at me completely stunned, I just walked past them all with Sophie

"Well, come on" I called, ignoring the looks, we were going to explain everything anyway, might as well be in a better environment then this.
