Prince Zuko showed you to his room. You studied the room for a moment; everything was red, black and gold, much darker than your room. His bed was a little bigger than yours, there was an area to meditate, a few candles, a large Fire Nation banner, two dual swords similar to yours were mounted on the wall, and he had a very big closet and a dresser. Other than that the room was kind of plain, it was extremely neat, it almost looked like it wasn't lived in.

"Sorry theirs only one bed" Prince Zuko said as he rubbed the back of his neck, he looked nervous.

"Its fine I'll sleep on the floor" you replied easily.

"No!" Prince Zuko said a little to quickly, then he composed himself. "What I mean is you can take the bed"

"I couldn't do that, its yours," you replied.

"I'm not letting you sleep on the floor" Prince Zuko said seriously.

"We could share the bed" you said, to be honest you really don't care, you'd just be sleeping next to a really hot prince...ok you suddenly care...a lot...but its too late you already said it. Sometimes you should really think before you speak.

"Ok, that's fine" Prince Zuko said coughing as he turning away. He awkwardly changed the subject. "The bathroom is right there" he said gesturing to the doors across from the bed. "And you can put your clothes in the closet or in the dresser" he continued. You nodded.

"Thank you Prince Zuko, I think I'm going to take nap" you said.

He nodded, "ok I'm going to take a shower, unless you need something?" he asked.

"I'm fine, pretend I'm not here" you said as you sat on the bed.

'How the hell can I pretend she's not here! She's beautiful and sweet, wears close to nothing and is sitting on my bed!' you thought in complete frustration.

You went to take a shower...a cold shower. When you were done, you walked out of the bathroom fully clothed wearing complete armor, only to find Kana asleep, she looked so...well the word you were taught to use is beautiful, and she is very beautiful, but the word you were thinking of is sexy, but in an innocent and cute way. You left your room before you felt the need to take another cold shower.

You fell asleep rather easily but it didn't last long. You woke about and hour or two later and decided to take a shower yourself. You picked out your clothes and body wash then walked into the bathroom. After you were clean and dressed you decided to go on deck.

Iroh was playing pai sho with a crewmember and Prince Zuko was ordering people around. You felt uneasy again because most of the crew was looking at you...again. You really wanted to hide behind Prince Zuko or hide in his room or something. You're not used to a lot of attention and you don't like it.

"Prince Zuko" you called nervously.

(Zuko)

"Prince Zuko" you heard kana call, you turned to see kana looking beautiful and sexy as usual, she wore a red staples top and a short black skirt, her long bright red hair flowed in the wind.

'Does she have any clothes that cover a little more' you thought, but hey you weren't complaining, you like how kana dresses, probably a little too much... unfortunately the crew also likes how Kana dresses and they definitely like it too much.

(Kana)

"Prince Zuko what do you do for fun?" you asked when you had his attention.

"Um" Zuko thought for a moment, "training" he finally said.

"Oh" you mumbled, you do love to train but it's not exactly your first choice.

"Well what do you do for fun" Zuko retorted, rather childishly. You would have giggled if it weren't for your answer.

You turned away a little. "Go to the lake with Kaito and Daisuke" you replied quietly as you looked away.

"Oh" zuko said pathetically, you knew he didn't mean to make you sad.

Iroh walked over. "Lets all have a nice cup of jasmine tea" Iroh said happily. Tea fixes everything.

Before Prince Zuko could talk, you agreed so he went along with it. You and Prince Zuko sat in an awkward silence waiting for Iroh to come back with the tea. Prince zuko looked over to you.

"I'm sorry about before," he said sheepishly.

"Its fine you didn't know" you said with a soft smile.

Prince Zuko seemed very relieved, you giggled. "What's so funny?" he asked completely confused.

"Oh nothing Prince Zuko" you said as you sweetly giggled. He gave you an annoyed look but you just thought it was cute.

Iroh soon returned with the tea. You and Iroh had a very pleasant conversation, but Prince Zuko just sort of sat there. For some reason you felt an awkward tension between you and Zuko, you couldn't figure out what was wrong.

The afternoon was pretty boring. Prince Zuko was busy the whole time, ordering the crew around and planning the ship's route. Iroh is nice an all but you never want to play pai sho, drink tea or hear a proverb ever again.

You wandered around the ship, trying to ignore the crew's wondering eyes and comments. It must have been a really long time since any of them have seen a girl.

At one point you were so bored that you actually put all of your clothes away and claimed a small space on top of the dresser for your possessions, not that you have many. You placed your duel swords against the wall next to the dresser.

You skipped dinner because you were feeling a little sick, you've never been on such a ship before only small boats for short periods of time.

That night Prince Zuko came back into his room while you were meditating. You used to find so much joy in meditating but it just wasn't the same, you missed your cherry blossom tree and vanilla candles.

"Kana are you ok?" Prince Zuko asked referring to why you missed dinner.

"I'm fine, just feeling a little sick," you said with your eyes closed in a calm voice.

"You get seasick?" he questioned with concern.

"Not really, I just need to get used to being on a ship, I'll be fine in a day or two" you replied with a smile as you opened your eyes. Prince Zuko nodded as he began to take off his armor. Under the armor he wore a black shirt and black training pants.

"Its late we should probably get some sleep" Prince Zuko said awkwardly.

"You're right" you agreed, you've been tired all day and feeling sick was definitely not helping.

You walked toward the bed as Zuko pulled his shirt off. You couldn't help but stare at his well toned body. Thankfully he was looking in the opposite direction. You realized while you were unpacking that you didn't bring anything to sleep in so you absently stared at Zuko as you sat on the bed.

"Kana?" Zuko questioned, knocking you out of your thoughts. "Do you need something?"

You blinked a few times trying to focus on his face "Oh um no" you mumbled.

Zuko gave you a curious look then asked, "Don't you have anything to sleep in?"

You shook your head, as you said, "No, I guess I forgot to bring sleepwear."

Assuming that the awkward conversation was over you started to brush your hair. Seconds later Zuko stood in front of you; he held a black shirt out to you. You looked at him curiously.

"I thought you might want something to sleep in" Zuko said awkwardly as he began to blush, "I mean you don't have to, I just thought you might be more comfortable" he continued to ramble.

You couldn't help but smile, "Thank you Prince Zuko" you said as you stood, took the shirt and walked into the bathroom to change.

You took off your shirt and put Zuko's on. You couldn't help but notice that it smelled like him. The shirt was almost as long as your skirt. You suddenly wished that your skirt were longer. Hopefully you won't too much in your sleep or tomorrow morning could be very awkward.

When you walked back into the room you found Zuko sitting up in bed. As you approached, he pulled the covers over himself and lay down. You turned blew out the candle and got into bed, trying to stay as far away from Zuko as possible.

"Goodnight Kana" Zuko said as he tried to give you as much space as possible.

"Goodnight Prince Zuko" you nervously replied.
