Everyone must have noticed that you've been much happier since you found out that Daisuke is alive because the crew has been harassing you more. Iroh has been very...upbeat, and Prince Zuko...well he made a rude comment then he freaked out about because he didn't realize it was rude till after he said it.

Well you started to get sick of the ocean because you haven't seen land in about a week, you really miss running in forests and you're getting a bit homesick. But being here isn't that bad because you have Prince Zuko around, he really good at doing silly things and acting like it didn't happen. He makes you laugh.

Prince Zuko still doesn't know that you like him and to be honest you're really scared about telling him. It's the classic cliché of 'what if he doesn't like me'.

Currently you're training with your dual swords with a few of the crew that don't harass you. Three of them came at you, you jumped over the first one, kicking him in the back, and then you slashed your dual swords at the other two crew members. You knocked one to the ground when he blocked your attack. The other was not so lucky...um he wont be moving for a while...a long while.

You ended your training for now, while some of the crew took that one guy to the infirmary. You looked around only to find Prince Zuko and Iroh watching you. You walked over to them.

"That was a great fight, very entertaining" Iroh commented

"Thanks" you replied as you caught your breath. Iroh offered you some tea.

"Where did you learn to do that?" Prince Zuko asked interested, he was amazed by your skill.

"Me and my brothers wanted a way that we could always have a completely fair fight. I choose dual swords, I've been using them since I was little" you explained. Prince Zuko nodded thoughtfully.

"What weapons did your brothers choose?" Iroh asked.

"Kaito uses a long sword, and daisuke uses a windmill shuriken" you replied, it made you sad because you knew both weapons are sitting at home unable to help your brothers defend themselves.

Prince Zuko saw your swift change in mood and changed the subject. "Do you know any other techniques?" he asked.

You smiled a little "I can firebend while using my swords"

"I've heard of that, but I've never seen it" Iroh commented.

"I can demonstrate if you want" you offered.

"That would be wonderful!" Iroh exclaimed.

Kana began to do a complicated form; honestly you thought it looked more like dancing. Soon she added the swords to her movements. Then Kana added fire, the fire curled around the blades, as if they were an extension of her arms. You wanted to watch the technique as a whole but your eyes continued to wander to kana's body.

"You should tell her" Uncle whispered very loudly, he never understood the concept of whispering.

"What?" you whispered back, never taking your eyes off kana.

"That you like her" Uncle said in a normal voice.

Kana was too busy to hear what Uncle said, but it still annoyed you that he said it out loud. You ignored Uncle and watched Kana. As her final move she made a cyclone of fire around her body then pushed the fire away till it expanded to the entire bow of the ship.

'She'll never like me, she's to perfect. Everything about her is, her bending, her body, and her heart. Kana would never like me, an angry prince with a horrible scar.' you thought sadly but you didn't let it show.

Instead you walked towards Kana. "That was amazing, I've never seen anyone do that" you told her.

Kana smiled "thanks Prince Zuko, I created that move," she said proudly.

The crew soon came back and it was now time for your training.

You sat with Iroh drinking tea as Prince Zuko began his training. Rather quickly he defeated six crew members. Theirs no doubt that Prince Zuko is really strong, but he would be a lot stronger if he focused more on his breathing, even you could see that, but you decided it would be better if Iroh told him.

After a while you left to go take a nap because you never get that much sleep at night. Prince Zuko is distracting, especially when he's sleeping next you. Lately it's been harder because he keeps getting closer to you in his sleep.

Anyway you were having a very nice dream about you and Prince Zuko if you stayed on your island. So of course at the best part you felt someone shaking your shoulder. Your eyes fluttered open to show Prince Zuko, you smiled a little when you saw him. Then you blushed when you realized your actions. Thankfully he didn't think anything of if because you're usually pretty delirious when you wake up.

"Are you ok?" Prince Zuko asked referring to why you're sleeping during the day.

Well you couldn't tell him the truth so you said, "training took a lot out of me" which wasn't a complete lie you were tired from training.

"Oh, I know what you mean" Prince Zuko said as he attempted to stretch his back, training appeared to take a lot out of him too. "It's almost time for dinner" he continued.

You and Prince Zuko walked out of the room and headed towards the galley. You walked in silence until prince zuko spoke.

"Kana" he said, instantly getting your attention, you gave him a questioning look "could you teach me how to use dual swords?" he asked timidly.

"Of course" you replied "when would you like to start learning?' you asked.

"At night," Prince Zuko said. "When everyone is asleep so we wont be disturbed" he continued. You nodded and the two of you went to dinner.
