A/N AT THE END
Has Blaine Anderson got a beau?
Openly gay pop sensation Blaine Anderson sparked rumours of a relationship 2 weeks ago when he released a cover of Jason Mraz' I'm Yours on YouTube, and last night, at an impromptu concert in Columbus, this was seemingly confirmed. The dapper 20 year old took to the stage, performed a mixture of covers and original songs, and then called his 'friend' Kurt to the stage. The duo performed a spectacular version of Maroon 5's This Love, filled with blushing, flirtatious looks and killer harmonizing. Are these two an item? We certainly hope so! Video below.
Bla1neAnd3rs0n – ERMAHGERD. KURT+BLAINE=KLAINE.

Anderheart – They're gorgeous together. Look at Blaine's heart eyes. #dying
BlaineIsMine – Eugh. If Blaine was going to date someone who looked like a girl, he might as well be straight.
WildAndFree – Kurt is gorgeous. Blaine's a lucky guy. Kurt's a lucky guy. I hope they're together.
DumbHumanoid – OKAY. Blaine has not confirmed ANYTHING. He said that they're friends, and nothing more. If they're together then awesome, if they're not then that's fine too. Just don't hate on either of them, we don't know anything.
Kurt was on a high from his acceptance to NYADA. Nothing could have wiped the smile off his face, proven by his phone conversation with Rachel. She had also received a letter from NYADA, however, sadly for her, she was rejected.
"I need to go see Carmen Tibedeaux. She clearly didn't see my flawless performance of On My Own, maybe she was feeling ill, or something. Well, clearly, because NYADA accepted you and there is no way you're more talented than me, I've had singing lessons since I spoke my first word and…"
"Bullshit." Kurt interrupted
"Excuse me?!" Rachel replied, outraged.
"Bullshit. Rachel, I've known you since you were 5 years old; you started singing lessons at 10. You wanted to be a nurse until you were 8, and then you watched Funny Girl with your Dads and decided you wanted to be Barbra. And what you said about you being better than me? Clearly not. I'm the one who got into NYADA, not you."
Rachel was stunned to silence. Blaine, who had finished showering and had joined Kurt in his room at the start of his bitch-out, was stunned to silence, water dripping from his hair down his forehead.
"Kurt…you… why are you so mean?" Rachel asked, gobsmacked.
Kurt was outraged.
"Me? Mean? You're the one who's put me down for years. You're the one who tells me on a regular basis that I don't have enough talent to get anywhere in the business. And now you have been proven wrong, and I, for the first time in my life, give you a bit of what you give to me, and I'M the mean one? Wake up Rachel."
The other end of the line was silent, and Kurt took the opportunity to hang up, before bursting into tears.
"Kurt, sweetie, what's wrong?" Blaine questioned, moving from his seat on Kurt's bed to hug his best friend and crush.
"I just…" Kurt sniffled a little, and Blaine pulled back and wiped the tears from his eyes with his thumb. The two were so close at that moment, and, despite the fact the Kurt still had tears in his eyes, Blaine could just move forward 2 inches and collide their lips. His eyes flicked from Kurt's glasz eyes, to his lips, and back again. Blaine took a deep breath, and leant in slightly, so he could feel Kurt's increasingly heavy breathing on.
"Blaine…" Kurt whispered huskily. "I….please….."
Kurt's words took Blaine out of his trance, and moved back carefully.
"I…I'm sorry Kurt, I don't know what I was thinking. I… Actually, no I do know what I was thinking. I… I can't do this to you. You're amazing, Kurt. We've not known each other that long. 3 weeks is hardly enough time to get to know someone, despite the fact we talk every day. But I feel like I've known you before, like in another life, another universe, I've known you. And I also know that what I feel about you is more than friendship. And I'm scared that if I act on it that you'll reject me, and you'll run." Blaine avoided eye contact with Kurt, not wanting to see the rejection in Kurt's eyes.
"Blaine…Blaine. Look at me." Kurt said softly. He continued when Blaine lifted his eyes. "Why won't you look at me?"
"BecauseIdon'twanttolookwhileyourejectme." Blaine mumbled.
"What?"
"I don't want to look at your flawless face when you reject me, it'd hurt too much." Blaine looked Kurt directly in the eye when he said this.
"Reject you? Blaine." Kurt whispered in disbelief. He grabbed the singer's hands and pulled him towards himself, not commenting on the spark he felt. "I could never reject you. And I'd never leave you, whatever happened. You're my best friend and more than that. I…"
Kurt was interrupted by his father's voice calling up the stairs. "Boys, if you're hungry Carole's made some grilled cheese! Hurry before Finn eats it all!" There was a muffled 'Hey!' from Finn's room, then nothing.
"I guess…" Kurt said, breaking the momental silence. "I guess we should go eat something."
"Yeah…" Blaine muttered, not wanting to take his hands from Kurt's.
"Okay." Neither Kurt nor Blaine moved.
"We should really go downstairs…" Blaine mumbled.
"Yeah. Okay. Come on." Kurt kept hold of one of Blaine's hands, interlinked their fingers, and then pulled Blaine towards the door of his room and downstairs.
Dinner was a short affair, and passed without much happening. Kurt was still buzzing from his NYADA news, but his mood was now tainted with the fact that Blaine thought he would reject him. He was in awe that Blaine Anderson of all people could like him, but it hurt that he gave the impression that he wouldn't accept his advances. Kurt had to find a way to convince Blaine otherwise, he knew exactly what he was going to do.
After dinner, the boys, Finn included, excused themselves to go to bed, and since it was now almost 2 in the morning, Kurt and Blaine were exhausted.
"Hey Kurt?" Blaine said, once they'd got upstairs.
"Yes Blaine?"
"Thank you." Blaine smiled.
"For what?" Kurt said, his face becoming adorably confused
"For being you." Blaine said simply, before leaning forward, carefully placing his lips on Kurt's cheek, and then disappearing into the Hummel's guest room."
Kurt was disgusted to find that he'd slept in until midday. He'd never slept in so late, and despite the fact he had got to sleep at 4am, his thoughts filled with Blaine, he still felt incredibly lazy. He climbed out of bed and made the short trip to the bathroom, where he had a shower to wake himself up. After his shower, he changed in to the outfit he had planned for his second day in Columbus and head downstairs, where everyone already was.
"Hi, sleeping beauty." Blaine smiled when he saw Kurt enter the lounge.
"Afternoon Blaine, how long have you been up?" Kurt replied blushing.
"Not long actually, just long enough to shower and make myself a coffee." Blaine grinned even more.
"So Blaine, I'm assuming you have no plans today, since we were going to spend the day in Columbus?"
"No, I don't, I was counting on you thinking of something actually." Blaine stuck his tongue out.
"There's a new music slash coffee store in town, so I thought we could go there for a bit, talk and maybe grab brunch? There's a stage there with a keyboard and guitar on it, so people can go and perform for everyone if they want, which I think is kinda cool."
"Sure. I'll just go get something to make me slightly more inconspicuous, and then we can head out okay?"
"Okay." Kurt smiled "I'll just go tell my Dad of our plans." He said, beginning to walk to the kitchen where he knew the rest of his family was.
The coffee store, Mojo's, was not too far from the centre of town, and was hidden away enough that you wouldn't know it was there unless you looked carefully, as the front was simply a back door between a dentist's and a hairdresser's. When you stepped in, however, it was completely different. The walls were lined with EP's and signed merchandise from a range of artists, from the Rolling Stones and The Beatles to Mika and Maroon 5. The place was not quiet, but not busy either, and was quite dark, with a few spotlights facing the currently empty stage at the back of the room.
"Blaine…I mean Everett…" Kurt winked, using the name he'd told Rachel a few weeks ago, resulting in a small laugh from Blaine "Go sit somewhere, and I'll get your drink. Medium drip right? And a bagel?"
"Yeah, but let me give you some money Kurt, you've done so much for me." Blaine pleaded.
"No, you gave me free tickets to your show and let me sing on stage with you which, my sources tell me, went down a storm with your fans. Coffee is the least I can do. Plus, on that first night we met, you wouldn't let me pay for my coffee." He smiled at the memory.
Blaine gave in, and went to sit of a small table near the stage. 'Perfect' Kurt thought.
Kurt brought the coffees to the table, along with a couple of toasted cinnamon and raisin bagels, which Kurt knew were Blaine's favorite.
"Thank you." Blaine said appreciatively, tucking into his bagel.
"My pleasure." Kurt smiled, doing the same.
Once the bagels were finished with, Kurt abruptly stood up, and nodded at a guy at the counter, who smiled back, and headed towards the stage.
"What's up Kurt?" Blaine questioned.
"Nothing's up. I just want to prove something to you. So, listen." Kurt gave Blaine one last nervous smile, and also head towards the stage.
The guy from the counter was setting a mic up, and was testing it.
"1-2, 1-2. There you go Kurt."
Kurt thanked him, gave him a quick hug, and then stepped up to the mic, holding an acoustic guitar in his hand.
"Hi guys, my name's Kurt Hummel, and I'm just going to perform one of my favorite songs for y'all. Well, someone in particular mainly, but you're all going to hear as well, obviously." Kurt laughed nervously, and there were a few quiet laughs from people at the other tables. "Again Everett, listen." Blaine smiled when he heard his false name mentioned, then realized Kurt was about to sing to him.
Kurt sat on the stool that was placed behind him, adjusted the microphone, then began carefully plucking the strings.
'You like mismatched socks with polka dots
You like your pizza cold; I think that's hot
You like to swim at night when the moon is full
You think that makes you strange; I think that's cool
And you say you're scared
That I won't be there
Baby, I swear
I'm not going anywhere
Kurt made eye contact with Blaine, hoping he'd understand what he was trying to say, well, sing. He hoped that he was being clear enough; he was fed up of darting around his feelings.
You can change your hair
Five times a week
You can change your name
Get a little bit crazy
You can dance in the rain
Rockin' secondhand chic
But I live for the day
That I'm calling you baby
'Cause I'm falling for you
For everything that you do
Baby, I'm falling for you
You might be crazy
But baby,
I'm falling for you
I seem predictable, vanilla plain.
And all the mannequins – they look the same.
There's no one else like you – one of a kind.
And I'm a lucky guy 'cause you're all mine.
And you say, you're scared
That I won't be there
Baby, I swear
I'm not going anywhere
You can change your hair
Five times a week
You can change your name
Kurt winked at Blaine on this line, causing him to blush.
Get a little bit crazy
You can dance in the rain
Rockin' secondhand chic
But I live for the day
That I'm calling you baby
'Cause I'm falling for you
For everything that you do
Baby, I'm falling for you
You might be crazy
But baby,
I'm falling for you
Yeah (12x)
You might be crazy
But baby I'm falling for you
You like mismatched socks with polka dots
You like your pizza cold
Yeah, I'm falling for you, falling for you
A wave of understanding washed over Blaine. He got it. Kurt was falling for him. Kurt had feelings for him too. He was trying to prove to Blaine that he wouldn't leave him, and wouldn't reject him through the best way he knew; through song. A grin grew on Blaine's face, and stayed there.

Kurt finished his song, and the room went up in cheers and claps. It seemed as if, in the three minutes of the song, the amount of people in the room had doubled. Or maybe the two had been so caught up in each other when they walked in that they didn't realize all the people. Blaine was up on his feet, clapping and cheering for Kurt, the grin still stuck on his face, in absolute elation.
"Thank you." Kurt smiled, bowing to his audience, and then exited the stage.
"So" he continued, when he got to Blaine "what did you think?" he asked nervously.
Blaine didn't answer with words. He lunged forward, and clashed their lips together, in a soft but firm kiss. Kurt froze for a second, then realized what was happening, and melted into the kiss. Their lips moved together in unison, and Kurt grabbed Blaine's hips to bring him closer. Blaine ran him tongue along Kurt's bottom lip, asking for entry. Kurt let him in, and their tongues met. A few seconds later, they had to pull back for air, both breathing heavily.
"Wow."
A/N - So, there's a chapter guys. I hope it's okay, and I am so damn sorry for the wait. I deleted the author's note I made, so I hope you read my excuses... I haven't written the other chapter yet, it may be a week or two though. I hope this sorta makes up for the months without an update, and I did work hard on this to try and make it good. Thanks for still reading guys, I love y'all.
