'Oh no.' Was the first thing she thought of as she entered her school's auditorium.
"No, no no." She pleaded desperately as she fumbled onto the stage from behind curtain. The presentation had already started. She didn't understand, she wasn't late... Was she? Checking her watch it read half past eight. 'Not late' She thought. But that's when she noticed the absence of the second hand ticking by the second. 'Poo' she thought as she rushed on stage. In her distress she tripped, falling face with a ksslap!
She didn't waste anytime in rushing to her spot on stage. When she looked up she was met with faces of laughter. She was humiliated. Each gaze was like the slash of a blade, stripping her of her pride and dignity. She tried to hide her face behind one of the taller award recipients but to no avail.
'I wish I was dead' She thought.
