The automatic doors wobbled as Link stormed through them, his shoulders brushing the plastic frames as they didn't open fast enough for his rage.
"Link!" Saria gasped, skipping desperately behind him, "Please, PLEASE just calm down!"
The green hood in front of her didn't tilt even slightly towards her.
"LINK!"
Link broke into a run, his feet barely touching the ground as he sprinted out of the large car park, shoulder bag bouncing around his knee caps.
Nothing was disturbing his mind except one order: "I've got to get to Zelda." He voiced that one thought aloud, puffing as he jogged around a corner onto the high street.
Passers-by stared as Link shot past them, stressed and angry, determined to get back to school. If he was right, Zelda helped out at the library after school most days. The question now was if he would be able to make it in time.
First, Link stopped off at the park where Vio had been stabbed to regain his bike. He started off at a run, then mounted his steed, shooting up the little path through this mini forest and heading towards the school.

He didn't bother getting off his bike outside the grounds and rode straight in. His blue eyes darted about the buildings he was cycling between, gasping in suspense and hands shaking on the handlebars, making his riding a little wobbly.
A scream was all that was needed to throw him into complete panic.
The screech from the wheels on his bike matched that of the girl's cry for help which had been made seconds before and he tumbled off of his bike, rolling across the gritty ground and scratching numerous spots of his skin.
Just as he thought he would be able to get up, the rolling went on for longer than he had expected and he slammed into a brick wall, his head smashing against it.
The world span around him and didn't stop. But now was not the time. Link staggered to his feet, vision blurred and breathing restricted slightly. The scream… where had it come fro-
"LET ME GO, YOU EVIL – AGH!"
Link looked up at the wide path before him and just about made out a large, muscled man, someone he certainly wouldn't want to cross. A red blur told him that that was the colour of this man's hair, but more importantly, there was another golden and black haze beside him. Zelda.
"Y-you heard her!" Link slurred, propping himself up on the wall. Him needing this support was embarrassing and belittling, which Ganondorf took into his arsenal.
"Ha! Here comes your little hero, princess!" The brute boomed, his laughs vibrating the ground, "I am VERY scared! HA HA HA HA!"
"D-don't... underestim-imate me!" Link snarled, "Y-you… bastard…"
"Link…" He heard Zelda breathe, "Link, run! Get out of here!"
"Not now…" Link spluttered, struggling with his bag then drawing out that old cricket bat, "Now that… that I can get him… for what he's done…"
"HA!" Ganondorf barked, yanking Zelda's hair whilst laughing still, "A concussed boy beating me, the Dark Lord?!"
"Vio was right… You really are mad…" Link muttered.
"LINK! LISTEN TO ME, RUN!" Zelda screamed but was cut short with a sharp shake of the head provided by her captive.
"Oh don't worry for him; the police are already coming so I won't waste my time on a pipsqueak like your little 'Link', here." Ganondorf smirked and was off, after pushing Link back to the ground with a plate-sized hand.
Link's anger would have bubbled over the lid by now if his mind wasn't in a confused haze. He could feel cold liquid running down his scalp and could hear the amplified plops as the drips exploded on the pavement beside him, his nose pressed onto it and eyelashes scraping against it like rakes on dry leaves.
Cluttered sounds buzzed around his head and he felt the presence of many others, could feel himself being dragged up from the stone cold ground and turned to face the sky, leant on someone's knees and gaped at by bystanders.
His phone fell from his hand and the screen smashed.
