Sonic was stretching his arms as he wrapped them around the back of his head, having some chilli dogs on the sandy outskirts of the Emerald Beach, resting himself on the bark of a tropical palm tree in the middle of the night.
"Now this is good... nice cool night weather, no badniks or my annoying friends to pester me..." Sonic remarked as he grabbed another chilli dog and munched on it.
It was then that a strong breeze from the east blew, causing the palm tree to shake as several coconuts fell down, all of them landing on Sonic, hitting him in the head and causing him to drop his chilli dog. Sonic growled as he dashed after his rolling chilli dog, groaning as he noticed how much sand it was getting as it was washed away by the ocean waves.
"Damn it!" Sonic cursed as he kicked the sand, gawking in disbelief as he caused sand to get all over the rest of his chilli dogs. "Augh! Not them too!"
Sonic continued screaming in anguish as he slammed his fist on the sand, ruining his dinner.
Sonic grumbled as he walked on the wooden boardwalk surrounding Soleanna's New City, going past Big The Cat, who was fishing alongside Froggy. Sonic sighed as he sat down, his arms folded.
"What's wrong, Sonic?" Big asked as he tilted his head to the left.
Sonic glanced at Big with a disappointed expression on his face. "I ruined my chilli dog with sand."
"...That's too bad." Big stated as he then fished up a giant blue whale, which sucked in Froggy. Big then screamed in horror as he jumped on the blue Whale, beating it up as Sonic sighed, the blue hedgehog just not feeling it tonight.
