"Ahhh! Another great day to enjoy life and... well, just enjoy life!" Sonic stated as he extended his arms in the air, being in Soleanna's New City as he embraced the winds cooling off the city in the middle of the summer, with the blue hedgehog taking a leisure run around the modern city. "I wonder what stuff I'm going to find here..."
As Sonic headed to the harbor, he noticed a strange lone box in front of the boats. Approaching it, the blue hedgehog touched the box, with it twitching violently. Sonic squinted his eyes as he rubbed his chin with his right hand.
"What the hell..." Sonic muttered to himself as he poked at the box, with it shaking violently as Sonic gawked, flailing his arms about. "Whoa! What is up with this?"
As Sonic was about to touch it once more, Shadow popped out of the shadows, pointing distinctively at Sonic.
"DON'T TOUCH IT!" Shadow exclaimed at Sonic, scaring him silly.
"Augh!" Sonic screamed as he fell in the water, emerging out of it as he panted, shaking the water out of his fur as he glared at Shadow, growling as he clenched his fists. "Damn it Shadow, what was that for!?"
"It's because that box is cursed!" Shadow stated as he moved his hands around. "I would stay away if I were you!"
Rolling his eyes, Sonic placed both of his hands on the box, much to Shadow's dismay as the box suddenly went high in the sky, with Sonic screaming as he shook his head.
Silver walked past by, glancing up at the sky and turning to Shadow as he pointed at the sky. "He touched the infamous box, didn't he?"
Shadow sighed as he nodded, turning to Silver as he folded his arms. "Yes, that idiot did. He just doesn't learn, does he?"
"Apparently not." Silver admitted as both he and Shadow left the scene, with Sonic coming back down to the earth, only to be blasted off again into the sky as the box violently exploded.
Sonic groaned as he woke up, panting as he placed his right hand on his chest, sweating nervously. "Oh man, what a horrible nightmare... I should have never touched that box..."
"Sonic, sweety, are you okay?" Amy Rose asked as she was in bed with Sonic.
Sonic turned his head to see Amy, noticing that she was naked under the blue covers as he screamed in horror, dashing out of the bed and breaking through the window, running down the skyscraper as he was in the Speed Highway, trying to get as far away from Amy as possible, not being sure if he was in a dream of it this was real. Little did he know that the box from before was watching him high in the dark starry night sky, laughing evilly in response.
