"I'm going to finally get that hedgehog!" Dr. Eggman exclaimed as he, Orbot, and Cubot were in a barren desert with nothing but yellow sand and red rock formations, the clear blue sky providing a nice contrast as the cement paved road was down below.

Orbot was reading through a magazine as he glanced at Eggman. "I don't know why you want to go through all this trouble to chase Sonic. Don't you think you should focus on doing other things?"

"Yeah, like making more factories that involve cake!" Cubot stated as he was actually eating several cupcakes at the time, this time in the process of eating a vanilla cupcake.

Eggman slammed his hands on both of the robot partner's heads, growling as he gritted his teeth. "Shut up, both of you! I've been doing this same song and dance with Sonic all my life since he showed up! I get to do what I want!"

Orbot and Cubot both groaned as Eggman jumped off the Eggmobile, placing down some chilli dogs on the road as he then hid behind a rock formation. Sonic The Hedgehog pulled up, glancing around as he noticed the chilli dogs, rubbing his hands together as he began eating up the meaty snacks. Eggman then proceeded to dig underneath the road and began crossing off the spot where Sonic was at, having made a full circle as the underground area shook, the dirt Eggman standing on, falling down as Eggman glanced down, his mustache dropping.

"Oh why me?" Eggman groaned as he fell down, with Sonic noticing the rest of the road falling around him as he shrugged and kept on eating the chilli dogs.

"This time I'll get him good..." Eggman stated again as he was on a rock formation, pushing a large red boulder down the mountain as it approached Sonic, who had Princess Elise in his arms.

"Sonic, look out!" Elise exclaimed as she pointed at the boulder.

Sonic smirked, shaking his head as he faced Elise. "No problem. Watch this." He the stood in the middle of the boulder's path and ducked as the boulder went rolling above him and Elise, with it going up another rock formation as it soared through the air.

Eggman looked up to see the boulder coming back towards him, causing him to pull out a small red umbrella with white eggs painted on it as the boulder crushed him.

"I... hate... that... hedgehog..." Eggman groaned in pain as he felt several of his bones broken.
