I suppose you thought you were going to find out what the things were. NOPE here's District 10's obituary.

Cornflower POV

I could go home now, but I found myself wanting to stay behind and stick with the other Victors. They were the only friends I had anyway. They all came and paid their respects when Ten was eliminated. Shelle couldn't even look me in the eye. I tried to tell her it wasn't her fault. Mouse would have died anyway. Harmony would have too. Already I had eight more pictures for my book, and two of them had stars on them- four children who died on my watch these last two years. I didn't see things changing anytime soon.

District 10 POV

We never expected Harmony to win. We hadn't hated her- she was just so dreamy. There was work to be done, and all she wanted to do was fuss with her horse. Most of us didn't even have horses. It was definitely a valid reason to send her to die. Mouse we had just wanted out of our hair, and we sure accomplished that. For the first time, we felt like we deserved the Games.
