Fever part two.

Request from Kaguya: omg dont be so brass with the lady lol ...imlaughing so hard ... hmm ik alot of people have done this or asked but could you make one where ace is running a high fever but on a scouting mission and doesnt come back so they go looking for him and find him passed out ?

Megumi hummed slightly biting her lip as she walked around the edge of the campsite, the second division had been exploring this island looking for some accident treasure that Marco had mentioned that he didn't want Teach to get his hands on. She understood that Ace would of gone a bit further ahead to make sure that Teach has not sent any of his men on the island beforehand.

"He's not back yet," Megumi murmured looking out into the dessert, "What is something has happened?"

"Miss it's Ace he's most likely having an argument with a lizard," Matthew stated.

Megumi bit her lip looking out concerned at the devil before she pulled the robes over her and throwing the hood up, "I'm going to go look for him."

"Miss," Matthew tried to reason with the woman before she stepped out into the dessert, he sighed before he got up and chased after the Siren pulling his own robes over him protecting him from the sand.

Ace groaned as he looked up at the sky, he tried to push himself up off of the sand trying to force him to sit up. He groaned Megumi and Crystal was right he still wasn't well enough to go out and do this scout should of let Megumi do it.

"ACE!" A shout came from over the sand dome.

Ace groaned loudly turning over nearly choking on a mouth full of sand, he felt boiling hot like how it was when Akainu's lava had hit him in the past, "Oh holy hell," he heard his partner whisper before he felt a cold hand press against his temple, "I told you, you were still ill," she hissed at him.

"Miss want me to get him up…?" Matthew… he think's it was Matthew.

"Please," Megumi answered as both her and Matthew slipped their hands under him gently lifting him to his feet.

Matthew nearly hissed out it felt his Ace's skin was going to burn him over how boiling hot the second division commander was, he heard the division commander mumble something under his breath sounding like, "Not ill…"

"Oh of course you bloody aren't," Matthew had never heard the siren snap like that before, "Me and Crystal both told you that you should of stayed back with Marco and the kids yet you are childish enough…"

"Ssshhh…" Ace muttered resting his head back down on Megumi's shoulder, "People are trying to sleep."

Matthew chuckled as he watched Megumi roll her eyes and they continued to slowly walk Ace back to the camp sight, they soon had him back in his tent with cold flannel over his head, "Do you have a plan?"

"We can't let Teach to get his hand on this… the best thing would be to spilt and have half the second division go and get Ace back and the rest get the artefact," Megumi answered as she turned the flannel over.

Matthew watched silently as steam rose from the flannel and he listened to the division commander mutter, "Not ill."

AN: I decided to continue off from where the first one finished if that wasn't a problem, oh hun it doesn't matter request what you like lol. I thought Sabos son would know how to speak like a true English gentlemen lol.
