Battle of the Bands.

Request from Blegsh: Can u make one where there was a band competition and there's where eachother?

The strumming of guitars and the banging of drums filled the school hall, Megumi stood twisting her scarf between her hands and smiled weakly as Bonney and Perona stood either side of her squeezing her, "You look adorable," Perona smiled at her.

"Sick, boots," Bonney grinned.

Megumi looked down at the knee high black boots with red lace, her red pleated skirt and white button up shirt was pressed against her body, "Oi Megumi," She turned her head to see Ace and his brothers smirking at her, "Let the best band win."

She rolled her eyes slightly and waved him off as she watched the hall start to fill with students, she watched as Marco and his best friends walked past them as Vivi stepped onto the stage, "Welcome New World High, I hope you are as excited as I am for the final of the best of the bands."

The school cheered loudly, "As we know we are done to our last three bands over the exciting week of musical talents from some amazing people and some… err…. Entertainment," The school knew that Vivi was trying to be nice about Bartolmeos and Hancocks performance declaring their love for Luffy.

"We are down to The Phoenix's, the Sirens and ASL," Vivi grinned widely, "All three amazing bands but only one can win, first up we have the Phoenixs."

Megumi, Bonney and Perona stood in the side wings and Megumi squeaked slightly as she felt a hand brush against her rear watching Marco stand on the stage, he walked towards the Microphone, whilst his best friend Thatch took guitar, Vista on drums and Izo on piano.

(Since these are short and aka I'm too lazy, Marcos song is Phoenix by fall out boy)

As the last note was strung, Marco bowed deeply towards the screaming fangirls who like the man before walking off stage. Megumi gulped slightly they were amazing she will admit, Marco patted her on the shoulder as he walked passed her, "Always next year love."

Vivi stepped onto the stage clapping, "Weren't the boys amazing," A loud cheer sounded, "Well our favourite trio of brothers are up next lets see if ASL can knock your socks off!"

The trio of pink haired girls watched as the brothers set themselves up and she nearly fainted as she watched Ace send an award winning smile into the crowd, the girls screamed loudly fanning themselves. Both Perona and Bonney pressed their hands against her lower back keeping her up as they watched Ace start to sing.

Megumi watched silently as the brothers left the stage and the school went wild, "No way we can win this…" She murmured.

"Oh shut up, your voice is so much cuter than theres," Perona snapped.

Megumi had not noticed Vivi give the introductions as she heard, "THE SIRENS!"

The three stepped onto the stage, Megumi felt her cheeks flare up slightly as she stepped into the spot light, as the girls got themselves set up she glanced over her shoulder and smiled as the girls nodded, she took a deep breath and started to sing.

The school froze as Megumi sang the last note and threw her hair back grinning widely and bowed lowly, loud cheers rang throughout the hall and both Perona and Bonney hugged her tightly.

A few moments later all three bands stood on the stage, "And the winner is…. THE SIRENS!"

AN: Ok we knew Megumi was going to win, I do listen to music but I'm more of heavy metal and old classics type of girl oh and vocaloid aswell lol, but because these are short I don't want to add all the lyrics. Yes I do remember hun, and thank you for Scarlet-San…. Not many people call me that lol. No I haven't I have read the first chapter, but if you explain what you want I could most likely do it.
