Mauja meet Bepo

Request from Rankochi: Too much work to actually sleep :P I get what you mean and that's why I like reviewing. I love what you write ;) How about one where Mauja meets Bepo? :D

Megumi look at Law questioned look in her eyes as his polar bear stepped up behind him, there was always something off about Law she thought. Though whenever she saw him the scar on her back would throb in pain.

Mauja whined behind his Mistresses legs, "Its alright sweety," The Siren whispered gently scratching behind his ears, the bear groaned softly turning his head into her hand.

"So you don't use your bear for combat?" Law questioned her.

"Mauja is here to help me keep the children safe, hes not a walking kungfu expert like your bear," She snapped.

"I'm sorry," Bepo muttered.

Mauja moved forward on all fours gently moving past the surgeon of death who watches him silently and he pressed his nose against Bepo sniffing slightly, the scent of medicines and cleaning products filled his nose making the bear snort and sneeze shaking his head.

Megumi giggled softly before she watched Mauja nudge Bepo in the leg and bounced back slightly. It was the same thing he did to her when he wanted to play, Bepo looked up at the Siren confused before looking back at the bear who was grinning at him.

"He wants to play," Megumi answered Bepo's unasked questioned.

Bepo blinked at her a few times and felt Mauja bat his leg before bouncing again, before Bepo looked at his Captain and the Surgeon nodded his head smiling at Bepo. The bear cheered and danced around the smaller bear before he tapped him on the nose and ran off across the deck of the Moby Dick.

"So why did you come here again?" The Siren asked.

The Surgeon smirked at her, "Wanted to see how Bepo- ya would react to a normal polar bear but…"

"Mauja is more like a dog… an over sized…. Big… white… fluffy…. Man eating… Dog," Megumi smiled sweetly at the surgeon of Death.

The man blinked at her a few times before sighing rubbing his temple, "Is your husband around want to speak to him about Kaido?"

Megumi blinked a few times, before going, "Which husband…?"

"The smart one," He replied.

"Oh Marco… his office come I'll show you," and with that the two of them left the deck and moved down into the lower ones leaving Mauja and Bepo to their own devices on the top deck.

Megumi didn't come back up until a few hours later, a division commander meeting was called because of Laws dumb plans to take out Kaido. Well her and Ace thought it was a good idea the others, not so much well a few did but still.

She paused as she spotted Mauja and Bepo on the deck under the main mast, both bears were fast asleep Bepo was lying on his back with her tiny polar bear curled up on his chest. She smiled brightly never seeing a cuter sight in her entire life, well expect maybe for her children sleeping next to the bear. She turned deciding to leave the two to their sleeping habits.
