Request from Kaguya: Can ya do one where Eddie finds out he has conquers haki when he is 10nand trying to protect umiko from other pirates that get passed their parents

"Stay here," There mother told them flinching at the sound of the battling on the deck, "Ok?" She whispered to Eddie who was holding Umiko looking at his mother with wide eyes, he nodded his head quickly and Megumi smiled at her son, "Good boy," with a quick kiss on both their heads their mother vanished out the door.

"Eddie…" Umiko whispered clutching onto her brothers shirt scared of the clashing of swords and the firing of guns that reined upstairs.

"It's going to be all ok, Umi," Edward grinned down at his younger sister, "Mummy, Papa and Daddy are going to sort this out."

Ace groaned in annoyance, Teachs bloody men had to show up didn't they now out of all the times in the word they had to turn up now. He slammed a flaming fist into Burgess chest sending the man backwards a few steps before he laughed and charged towards him. He watched Megumi duck under the swipe of Catrinas Devons sword and slam the end of her staff into the womans nose. He couldn't see Marco but last he saw of him he was fighting the ex-head jailor of Impel Down. There were so many pirates it was like a swarm of moths to a flame. So many of them, he hoped that their crew members were able to fight them off whilst the division commanders continued taking on Teachs main members.

Megumi twirled around the crescent moon hunter and slammed her feet into the back of her legs making the older woman stumble forward wildly. The kids where safe, Megumi knew that below deck locked in her room. She knew no one could get to them, well no one of importance anyway, the woman turned and grinned widely at her, "Think you can protect your precious children."

"Touch my children and even your Captain will feel the pain I will put you through," Megumi growled launching herself at the woman.

Umiko cried out in fear as she heard the loud thud above them trying to burry herself further into her brothers hold, "Hey did you hear that…" A voice muttered outside the door.

"Think it's the kids boss was telling us to grab?" Another one asked.

"Only one way to find out," The voice chuckled and Edward glared at the door as he watched the handle jiggle a few times, "Err… it's locked."

"Oh move," The second voice growled and the door flew open.

Two men stood in the doorway of their parents room, "Well lookie what we got here…" The man started to walk forward, "The famous children that have sent the marines in a muddle."

"LEAVE US ALONE!" Umiko screamed tears in her eyes.

The man reached forward and grabbed hold of Umiko, "DON'T TOUCH MY SISTER!" Edward roared a large wave of power flew from the boy and both men fainted eyes white and foaming at the mouth.

Back on deck the Blackbeard pirates froze as they watched all there men drop to the floor foaming at the mouth, Megumi laughed slightly and watched as the rest ran back to their ship, "Eddie…" She whispered rushing back down to her room, her eyes shot open wide as she saw Edward holding Umiko with two pirates knocked out on the floor, "Oh you clever boy," She laughed hugging him tightly kissing his head.

AN: Edward will always be the protective older brother no matter what happens.
