Daddy, Daughter time

Request from Roxie14: Can you do a one shot where umiko spends time with ace I like to see a father x daughter moment

Ace looked down at Umiko, it was Saturday afternoon and it was only him and his daughter at home. Both Megumi and Marco had gone to work, Edward was with Sabo, Koala and Francis off on a camping trip. So him and his five year old daughter where sitting on the sofa doing nothing.

"Daddy..." Umiko mumured.

"What is it princess?" Ace asked looking away from the re run of adventure time.

"Can we go see Cinderella... Daisy went last week," Umiko mumured.

Ace grinned widely, "How about this... Daddy still needs to make up for not being there for your school play, so we go to the cinema, go to your favourite food place and to the Disney store."

Umikos eyes, "Can we?"

"Of course," Ace grinned.

Ace grinned widely as he watched Umiko look wide eyed up at the screen as the fairy godmother turned Cinderellas dress into the large ball gown, he was glad she dragged him to see this he remembered watching the animated one when he was a child.

After the film finished hand in hand father and daughter walked into pizza hut, Ace ordered food and he listened to Umiko talk about how on Megumis day off both girls watched Disney movies for the entire day. Then she started talking about the Marvel films that Edward liked to watch so much.

Ace grinned as widely as Umiko did as dessert was set in front of them large warm cookies with ice cream and sauce all over the top of it, "Well did in," Ace told the girl and watched as she started to destroy the extremely sweet treat. In the back of his mind Ace knew that both of them will tell him off for giving her what just looked like something that could rot your teeth.

Ace watched Umiko run off into the store as she locked eyes upon the new Cinderella stuff. To apologize to Edward for not bringing him Ace moved over to the marvel area picking up a Captain America costume and toy before going back to Umiko who was hugging the costume to her chest, "Please," she begged.

"Well i am getting Eddie a costume and toy so you can have one costume, a movie and a doll... Ok?" Ace stated.

"YAY!"she yelled.

She then zoomed of towards the frozen section looking through the dolls before she grabbed the Anna and Elsa set from Frozen Fever. Ace chuckled expecting her to get something Frozen whilst they were here, "fine," Ace laughed kissing her head. Taking her father by the hand Umiko dragged him across the store to the movie section, "Just one?" She asked.

"One for you, One for me, Papa, Mummy and Eddie will get one as well," Ace stated knowing both Megumi and Marco both loved Disney.

In the end, Ace spent way more than he was planning to. Grabbing Marco a grumpy mug and Megumi a large stitch Tsum Tsum, sine he knew she had a small one on her desk at work. Along with Tangled, sword in the stone, sleeping beauty, the lion king and 101 Dalmatians he knew he might be killed for spending so much money.

Megumi raised an eyebrow as she looked up from her book on the sofa seeing Ace struggle with the large Disney bags and a sleeping Umiko, "Had a nice day?" She asked.

"The best," He grinned.

AN:…. No I don't know why I made it a modern one…. I just liked the thought of it lol.
