Modern meet the parents

Request from Kaguya: Yay so cute all of them can ya do a modern one of where megumi gets her parents to meet ace and Marco for the first time and sorry your life is hectic right now I'll be rooting for ya

Megumi twirled the loose curl of her hair between her fingers as she glanced back at the clock that stood in the hallway before looking back to the door, Marco was always on time she knew that but Ace was always late never on time for anything. She was begging no more like pleading that they would be on time tonight this cannot go wrong, with two minutes to seven the sound of knocking on the front door sounded.

Alexander was already at the door before she could even get up off the stairs, "Master Portgas and Master Phoenix for you Miss Akiyama," Alexander called back smiling at the girl.

"Thank you Alexander," She smiled brightly at him.

Marco and Ace stood in the foyer of the house, both of them in shock used to living in town houses but Megumi grew up in a large country mansion. Both dressed in black trousers and button up shirts, with smart dress shoes, "Wow…" Ace muttered.

"Nothing like the town houses, yoi," Marco chuckled kissing her on the cheek.

"Come on dinner is about to be served," She smiled softly and walked them through the house to the dinning room, "Mother , Father this is Portgas D. Ace and Marco Phoenix… my partners."

Both men were actually quite surprised that her parents didn't seem disgusted at the thought of their daughter sleeping with two men, but then Marco thought about it they most likely still think she is a virgin.

"Mr Phoenix, Mr Portgas," Her father stood holding out his hand both men shook her fathers hand and greeted her mother before taking a seat either side of her.

She breathed deeply feeling her face flush slightly when her mother started asking them questions, aka the questions no child wants a parent to ask their lovers. What was their plans for their daughter, where did they work, who do they know.

But the boys seemed to answer with ease, Marco worked for Whitebeards trading company, whilst Ace worked as a fire fighter. Who they knew was a longer list and what their plans was for their daughter well it was to make her happy.

Megumi blushed a pretty shade of pink at the last answer, her father didn't look entirely convinced but Megumi could practically see the hearts coming out of her mothers eyes. Well she knew that they had won her mother over which wasn't a hard thing to do actually as Megumi thought of it.

The evening slowly came to an end and after coffee Megumi walked the boys to do the door small smile on all their faces, "Thank you for coming tonight," She told them as she stood in the door way of her childhood home.

"Why wouldn't we?" Ace asked kissing her cheek.

"We enjoyed ourselves, yoi," Marco chuckled softly.

She shrugged softly and kissed them both good night and watched them as they got into Marcos car and drove up the country lane, Megumi nearly cheered maybe her parents will stop pushing her towards Akainu now that they saw her with them.

AN: Ok last one tonight, I might not have work tomorrow but I would like to go to sleep at normalish times lol. Thank you so much hun, it's getting there slowly but just wanting things to calm down… actually I might be moving houses within the next month as well so… Yeah…. That's gonna go well lol.
