A marines marriage part 2

Sengoku watched them both from the window silently his arms crossed behind his back Garp was lounging on one of the chairs in his office. "What are you sulking about?" Garp chuckled as he pulled a packet of rice biscuits out of his pocket.

"Your grandson and his wife seem to be having a fun time," Sengoku stated.

Garp pushed himself from his seat and walked over towards the window, looking down into one of the many training areas, Ace seemed to spinning the young heiress round in circles. Their laughter reached both of the old marines ears, "See," Garp chuckled nudging Sengoku in the side, "Marrying them off to each other was a brilliant idea."

Sengoku raised an eyebrow at the Hero, "What are you implying here Garp?"

The Marine hero just grinned widely at his old time, before looking down at his grandson and granddaughter in law not seeing anything wrong with this.

Down in one of the many training areas held at Marine held, both Portgas D. Ace and Portgas D. Megumi under the moonlit sky twirled in circles to the soft tune that the den den music player, played. "We can escape you know," Ace whispered softly in her ear knowing there are many World Government spies around the base.

Megumi froze looking at him wide eyes, "You can not be serious," She hissed under her breath.

Ace just grinned s he stopped twirling them, hooking one arm around her waist the other arm reached up and cupped her cheek bringing her in closer to him. Both of them softly swayed to the music, "Away from here away from all the rules, away from the beady eyes of the World Government," his voice was gentle in her ears looking up at his Grandfather and the Fleet Admirial who were both looking down at them.

"They married us off to one another so that we didn't do anything stupid like this," She replied.

"They are up to something," Sengoku stated.

Garp only laughed in reply, "They are young children in love they aren't going to suddenly vanish off the face of the World."

"We can join my brother," Ace told her.

"What the one that has recently became a pirate?" She questioned cocking her head slightly to the side.

"Yes," He grinned widely at her.

The music came to a slow stop and both of them stood still arms still around one another, they have been married for six months now and they couldn't believe the changes that have suddenly just like that fallen in love with one another, "Go you have to be up early tomorrow."

Ace chuckled and pressed a soft gentle kiss to her cheek, "Alright don't take to long."

Her cheeks brushed with a soft gentle pink color as she started to clear up before somebody cleared their throat behind them, Megumi gasped making the champagne flute slip through her fingers suddenly turning before she dipped down into a low curstey, "Admiral Akainu."

"Lady Megumi," A stern voice came from the shadows.

AN:... I felt like continuing this one, basically both Megumi and Ace feel trapped they can't do as they please and no matter what happens they aren't free. At this point they are both 21 Luffy has just entered the Grandline.
