~ Previously~

He gripped her shoulders tight as he pulled back and she opened her eyes slowly. He smiled gently and made her lie down. He pulled the covers up to her neck and tucked her in carefully. He looked at her one last time as he stood by the door before he left the room closing the door behind him.

Siera held her thumping heart,

"He just kissed my forehead…so why is my heart thumping so hard…why did I lean in…did I want him to kiss me…when am I going to get my memories back…what answers do they hold…I can't just wait for them to come back…I'll just have to do it…"

~ Currently ~

-The next morning-

Sebastian closed the door to the room he shared with Siera and leaned against the closed door rage and angst filling him. He knew Claude was the one who had messed everything up but he blamed himself for being so lax at the ball. If only he had been more vigilant over Siera at the ball this never would've happened…if only he could turn back time and just go and punch that low life…

"Sebastian san?" Meyrin called out bringing Sebastian out of his thoughts.

"Yes?" Sebastian said coming back to focus on what's in front of him.

"Is Siera alright? She hasn't been out of that room since yesterday" Meyrin said looking worried.

"She will be fine. If you have time to be worrying about her I assume you have already finished dusting all the paintings and doing the laundry?" Sebastian said running his finger along the frame of the painting on the wall next to the door not surprised to find the dust collecting on his finger.

He turned to her side to find her running away only her back visible which disappeared a while later. Sebastian let out a sigh as he looked at the closed door.

"I'm sure Father will be able to find a cure…just wait for us Siera…just a little while longer and you'll be free…"

-With Siera-

A soft gush of wind came past the window and pushed a few stray strands of hair on her face. She groaned in her sleep and moved the stray strands back unable to tolerate their presence on her face. She opened her eyes reluctantly not wanting to wake up. The events of the previous day made her feel broken and betrayed. She was disappointed that Claude hadn't displayed the qualities required for being a part of the Circle.

She sat up and let out a deep sigh thinking back on how Sebastian had felt her rather than seeing her. His explanation and the way he had looked at her felt very disturbing.

"He acted like he knew me…not just from me staying with him but way more than that…"

She sighed and shook her head thinking back on how she had nearly kissed Sebastian the night before. She touched her forehead and closed her eyes almost feeling his kiss again. She knew she had to find out what those weird memory flashes were.

A sudden, urgent knock on her window made her snap her head in the direction of the sound. She found the same demon who had delivered a letter from Claude before looking at her.

She opened the window and took the letter from Claude addressed to her and dismissed the demon. She opened the letter to read through its contents.

Dear Siera,

I know…you might be very upset with me because of my actions yesterday. My heart has been broken in two ever since what had happened yesterday. I have no idea as to why I behaved that way…my only excuse is that I wanted to make up for not being able to guess who you were correctly. I was desperately just hoping to make a good impression on the Second that I ended up blaming Sebastian. Please send my apologies to him and the Second. If you will give me a second chance…please come meet me today in the Tsuki Glade today at midnight…I will be awaiting a positive response…

Claude Faustus

Siera read through the perfect apology her eyes showing confusion and indifference. She crumpled the letter and left it on the table. She sat on the bed again,

"Something is not right…I have to do it…I have to figure out why I leaned in to him so naturally…I need to know what those vague memories are…" Siera thought to herself her fists tightened determinedly.

-Meanwhile in the kitchen-

Sebastian entered the kitchen to find Kiki in a uniform very similar to his and already half done with the breakfast preparations.

"Kiki…I didn't think you'd still be here…I thought you and Ciel didn't get along well…" Sebastian questioned a smile on his lips.

"Don't be mistaken…I'm doing this for nee san and no one else. Go and make sure Ciel is ready for the day" Kiki said dismissing him.

"But the breakfast preparation-"

"Are you insulting me right now? Just get going and do as I asked you to. Nothing you do will make me forgive what happened to nee san unless and until she truly forgives you" Kiki said his voice rising but not looking at him.

"I see…I apologize…I shall get going now" Sebastian said the smile on his lips still there.

The door suddenly banged open and Siera stood there her hair a mess and her bangs hiding her eyes,

"Sebastian Michealis…you're coming with me" she said her tone intimidating.

Kiki stood staring at her wide eyed and Sebastian had a look of surprise cross his features. She stomped up to him and held him by the collar before dragging him out with her.

Kiki stood blinking as he had never seen Siera act like that but soon he shrugged and went back to the breakfast preparations deciding to go dress Ciel after he was finished.

-With Siera and Sebastian-

"Siera…what're you doing?" Sebastian asked looking surprised at her sudden arrival and him being dragged into a room so roughly.

He looked down at her to find her cheeks huffed and her hair a slight mess. He waited for her response but when she said nothing he sighed and started smoothing out her hair and braiding it like she always did.

Siera stared up at him not answering his question when she saw him lean forward and braid her hair. She stood relaxed and completely calmed down by the time he was finished and came to stand in front of her again. Sebastian held her cheek gently and traced her cheek with his thumb.

"Am I finally going to get an answer for my question?" he asked smiling at her.

She pushed him against the wall and stared up at him her cheeks red.

"Do I really have to kiss someone who isn't my meito? Am I doing the right thing?" she thought slight guilt and indecisiveness sprouting out.

Sebastian stared at her unable to look at how endearing she looked. His arm snaked around her waist and he pulled her closer to him. He looked at the subtle shift in her emotions and expression. She relaxed completely in his arms and he couldn't keep himself in check anymore.

Siera looked up at him surprised when his arm snaked around her in a gentle hold. She closed her eyes relaxing completely her hands moving to rest on his shoulder. The world around her stopped and her eyes snapped open the second she felt his lips on hers.

Siera said nothing and pulled a faceless person by his tail coat to her room and shut the door trapping him inside.

"What is it Siera I have a lot of-" the voice began to argue only to be interrupted by Siera.

"You're overworking Bard san just because he interrupted our kiss yesterday?" Siera asked raising an eyebrow her tone slightly teasing.

"N-no"

"Am I not the person you should be seeking out baka S_ kun" she said giggling.

He pulled her by her waist having had enough of being teased.

"Hmm maybe" he said playing dumb. Their red pink slit eyes flashed simultaneously.

"Is a kiss ok before gaining your father's consent?" he whispered.

"A kiss is definitely ok" she whispered back.

Siera smiled and leaned in. He closed the distance and the two were lost in their kiss. He tilted his head and deepened the kiss. She smiled in between and wove her delicate fingers through his hair as his slender fingers held her waist gently. One hand let go of her waist and gently cupped her cheek. She was responding as passionately as he was.

Suddenly a bell chimed indicating study and they both broke apart.

Siera giggled.

"Looks like you have work again"

He pulled her closer and buried his face in the crook of her neck inhaling her scent.

"As always" he breathed into her skin. She smiled her cheeks slightly pink.

"Go on S_ kun" she said breaking the hug and kissing him on his cheek.

"Oh and don't torture Bard anymore alright?" she said smirking and heading towards the kitchen.

Siera broke the kiss and panted as she held her head tears running down her cheeks. A strange, flickering, red glow surrounded her body. Sebastian stared at her his eyes wide.

"Siera…Siera are you alright?" he questioned moving towards her.

"Don't come next to me" she said her voice echoing eerily.

Sebastian stared wide eyed at her as her eyes changed from chocolate brown to the reddish pink slit demon eyes. Black swirls surrounded her body and the strange red glow kept flickering around her body. Sebastian was just about to bring the others in when Kiki entered the room a few drops of sweat on his forehead.

Kayla and Kimi had been together since that morning in the restricted part of the library looking through the oldest books available for any information on the potion. Kimi was just about to shout saying he found something when both of them felt the weird vibe. They rushed out having already located where the bad vibe came from.

Kayla and Kimi burst through the door to find Kiki frozen as he was looking at Siera. Kimi was as frozen as Kiki was when he saw Siera. Kayla let out a gasp of shock before her inner senses screamed at her to take control of the situation.

Siera was surrounded by black swirls and was suspended in midair with the strange flickering red glow around her body. Her hair was open and fanned out all around her. Her eyes were reddish pink slits and her attire had changed completely.

"She is turning into her demon form Mama…please do something" Kimi pleaded looking helpless.

"Kimi turn into Papa…hold nee san off for a little while. I'm sure Papa is on his way here…just till Papa gets here…only you can do this Kimi" Kiki said holding his arm.

Kimi bit his lower lip and looked from Kiki to Kayla.

"He is right. She has currently gone berserk. Without Samuel's power we can't stop her"

"Berserk…are you saying she has lost control of her conscious?" Sebastian questioned from the corner knowing he can't interfere.

"Yes she has…she can do things way past her power and strength. The only strange thing is that flickering red glow around her…I have never seen that before" Kayla said staying on guard.

"Yes it is a bit strange" Samuel's voice answered back.

A low growl left Siera's lips as she looked at the four demons in front of her.

"Da-Danger…Run" an eerie voice left Siera's lips.

Sebastian's eyes widened as he looked at her. Before the four of them could realize what was happening Siera had disappeared.

"NEE SAN!" Kiki and Kimi yelled on top of their voices.

Kayla stood frozen. Sebastian stood staring at the spot that she was there a moment ago.

"Boys calm down…we need to find clues…we can't sense her when she is in her berserk mode" Kayla said coming out of her initial shock.

Kiki went and grabbed Sebastian's collar,

"You were alone with her till the moment we all felt the bad vibe. Just what the hell happened for her to go berserk especially now that she doesn't have her complete memory?" he questioned growling.

"Kiki calm down" Kayla said easily broke Kiki's grip on Sebastian's collar.

"However of what he said was true I'd like to know the details" Kayla said turning to Sebastian her eyes flashing as she towered over Sebastian who had fallen to the floor.

Sebastian stood up calmly and related the events of what had happened after she dragged him into the room. Kayla looked away uncertainty in her eyes.

"There is something missing. There is something we are overlooking…" she said her hand holding her chin.

"There could be something in nee san's room" Kimi said reverting back to his original form.

"Let's not waste any second" Kayla said rushing up with the other three following her.

They went into the room to find a crumpled letter on the table. Kayla started getting really angry as an instinctual reaction as she picked up the crumpled letter with the other three around her as they read the letter.

Kayla was about to burn the letter when Kimi burst out,

"That fucking bastard…messing with Us thinking he is superior…when I get my hands on him" Kimi had bared his fangs his eyes reddish pink and slit when Kayla placed an arm on his shoulder.

"This isn't something we have to interfere in. if Siera has gone to meet him then we must -"

Kayla's sentence was interrupted when the four of them heard a loud crash. All four of them had snapped their head in the direction of the sound to find Siera on the ground the black swirls and flickering red glow subsiding. Without waiting a second the three had rushed towards her with Sebastian following close.

Siera was on the floor panting sweat drops everywhere on her body. Her breathing was shallow and she seemed to be unconscious. Kiki immediately carried her bridal style and took her back to the room. She was running a really high fever and her fingers were trembling.

"Mama…what do we do now…she never had a fever or tremors when she was recovering from her berserk mode…not to mention her fever is very high Mama…" Kimi said waving his palm in the air to cool off the temperature he had felt on her forehead.

Kayla looked visibly disturbed,

"It's not just the fever and her tremors Kimi…that flickering red glow…it looked like the glow wanted to consume her" Kayla said not sure about her conclusions.

"Not just consume her but change her memories further just the way that the person who gave the potion would've wanted" Samuel's voice answered her.

"Samuel!"

"Papa!"

"Father"

Samuel grinned removing the hood of his head,

"Hello everyone" Samuel said grinning at the people in front of him.

Kayla had immediately moved to hug him,

"Oh thank goodness…I was about to really break down" she mumbled only audible to him.

"Nothing to worry about my love" Samuel said as he kissed the top of her head and squeezing her lightly.

"It's a good sign that her berserk mode had taken control of her. It's her unique defense mechanism to avoid being controlled. In all this mess I'm sure the three of you forgot that" he said looking at the two boys.

"That's right…it is her defense mechanism…but Papa what do you mean the flickering red glow wanted to change her memories into what Claude wanted?" Kiki questioned.

"That is just my theory…I need to confirm something first, who was with her when the first signs of her going into her berserk mode appeared?" Samuel questioned looking at the four of them.

"It was me" Sebastian said stepping up.

"Tell me what exactly happened" he inquired.

"She stepped away from me and suddenly the flickering red glow surrounded her. Immediately black swirls started surrounding her body and her eyes and appearance changed" Sebastian explained.

Samuel nodded confirming his conclusion,

"The potion is in its final stages of acting on her mind. If Claude claims her the potion will immediately show its full effects. We were lucky that he hasn't mated with her as yet…if not we may have lost Siera for all that I know" he said looking grim.

"So what do we do now? Did you find an antidote?" Kayla questioned hugging herself looking incredibly worried.

"Yes I have found an antidote…or rather made one to be more precise but there is a serious catch in this" Samuel said looking grim.

"What is it Papa?" Kiki questioned a bad feeling in his gut.

"The antidote has to be given voluntarily by the person who had given her the potion…Claude has to give it to her out of his own free will and without any feeling of fear or being forced" Samuel said looking over at Siera who was panting.

"What?!"

How're they going to overcome this incredible obstacle? Is Siera doomed to forget Sebastian and be taken by Claude?
