Request by Kaguya: can ya do an AU one where megumi and marco are royalty and teach aka black beard as a to settle a debt sells ace to them as a slave and at first ace doesn't like being a slave to them but then comes to find out they aren't how teach treated him befor and grows attached to them and teach a few months later thinking ace is still loyal to him attack the home and ace saves megumi's life and attacks teach instead earning his freedom and a chance to tell them how much he loves them ?

Queen Megumi Phoenix sat beside her husband up on their thrones, Marco held her small hand in his rubbing his thumb over the large diamond that sat on her ring finger.

Lord Marshall D. Teach stood in front of the thrones a young boy was next to him a thick steel chain wrapped around his neck, "Your Majesty's," Teach bowed lowly, "After the drought that stripped my land of its crops, you gave me money to help survive through the long summer. I would like to repay your generosity to me and my people. This," Teach tugged on the chain, "Is my favourite Slave. I wish to offer him as repayment."

"We thank you for your gift Lord Marshall," Marco told him, "All debts are settled."

"Thatch," The queen smiled towards her sworn shield, "Please take Mr..."

"Ace, your majesty," Ace told her.

The Queens smiled brightened, "Please take Ace to our chambers and have the maids run a bath."

"Of course your highness," Thatch bowed walking out the throne room with Ace behind him.

Later on in the day Megumi glided into the royal chambers seeing Ace sat in the centre of the golden bath tub, both maids fighting against Ace.

"Please sir," The maid protested.

"Girls," Megumi smiled.

"Your Majesty," the girls bowed.

Megumi pulled off the white lace gloves handing them over to one of the maids she also handed over the light blue cloak that sat on her shoulders, "May I also have my dark blue ridding dress and some clothes for our guest."

"Of course," And they were off.

Megumi gently walked towards the bat, "Hello Ace," she sat on the edge of the bath, thats when she noticed the cuts and scars. She brushed a finger over his chest, he flinched away from her touch.

"It's ok... I won't hurt you..." She smiled.

Ace lived in the royal apartment with the King and Queen having his own chambers attached like the maids did, he sat in the gallery when they held court watching them for months. In court they always smiled at one another hands entwined supporting eachother.

In the evening once all the jewellery and silks were off when they were ready for bed. Thats when he saw the real them.

Megumi was fourteen when she was married to Marco he found out. They hold him her parents practically sold her to him. Marco was twenty seven when they first got married.

Megumi and Marco were happy to see Ace opening up to them. He told them about how he was kidnapped and forced into slavery, the abuse from Teach and his guards.

He leant against Marco whilst Megumi showed him her scared back, she was kidnapped as a child her parents wouldn't pay the ransom so they tortured her instead.

All evenings were spent like this until one.

"LET HIM COME TO US!" She cried when they came back from court.

"THAT BASTARD WANTS A WAR HE CAN FUCKING HAVE ONE!" Marco yelled slamming the door behind him.

Ace didn't find out what that row was about until two months later when war was at the doorsteps. This was the time Marco kissed Megumi in front of the court, he had never done it before.

Hours later as the war continued to rage outside Megumi laid down with her head in Aces lap. When the door was flung open Megumi jumped to her feet her crown clattered on the ground.

"Perfect" Teach chuckled, "Boy hold the queen still, remember what we taught you."

"I-I can't..." Ace muttered.

The Queen stumbled back a few steps as Teach advanced towards her, hand reaching out to wrap around her throat when Ace tackled him to the ground.

"MEGUMI!" Marco yelled running into he room, his eyes widened seeing the scene before him, "IZO! HARUTA! GET THIS MAN! OUT OF THE QUEENS SOLAR!"

Ace watched as Teach was dragged away, "Your mineAce always mine."

"Oh you brave boy," Megumi whispered hugging him close.

"I love... you... I couldn't..."

"We do as well, yoi."
