"Things are boring here." Mario remarked while visiting the volcanic Grumble Volcano.
"Then go do something." Dry Bowser replied while cleaning up his DeLorean.
"Yeah, but what?" Mario remarked as he folded his arms together.
Dry Bowser shrugged as he jumped into the DeLorean and took off, heading Back To The Future, leaving Mario to wonder what was the meaning of life, for it was 2008.
"You ever get the feeling that something weird happens for the sake of it?" Birdo asked Bowser Jr. as the two were playing pin pong in Seaside Hill.
"That depends on what it is," Bowser Jr. replied as he was winning the ping pong match, doing a better job at hitting the pong ball that Birdo. "Why would you comment?"
It then suddenly began pouring, with the two reptiles continuing to play in spite of the booming thunder and bright flashes of lightning, the bolts somehow managing to avoid hitting them. To make matters worse, several clones of Mario in different power ups began falling down on Birdo and Bowser Jr., crushing them and halting their pong progress.
"You got mail," Parakarry the mail delivering Paratroopa exclaimed as he was at the Bone Dry Bunes, noticing that Mario was camping.
"Oh for God's sake," Mario remarked as he took the mail, looking at it with disgust. "Bills, bills, and more bills... why do I even bother?" He proceeded to burn them up and went back to sleep.
Mario was racing against Waluigi at the Ribbon Road, with the two human plumber athletes determined to beat each other as they zipped up and down and all around the bouncy ribbon, riding in Mercedes branded cars. Waluigi then grabbed a star and rammed Mario into a nearby DeLorean, causing him to blow up and blast off again, much to his displeasure.
"Ha! Don't mess with Waluigi!" Taunted the dastardly Waluigi, who was then bombarded by several angry Double Cherry clones of Mario, who saw the heinous act.
"...I made it back to the future." Dry Bowser stated as he stepped out of the DeLorean time machine, taking a good glance around to see that he was at the higher definition version of the Grumble Volcano, in 2015. "Oh, does it feel good to be back.
"Yeah, you back stabbing piece of shit." Mario growled as he was bigger, faster, and stronger too, now the first member of his own crew as he had white bandages around him. "Do you know what happened to me while you were gone?"
Dry Bowser could only look on in shock and disgust as he was then broken into pieces by an earth shattering kaboom, which caused the entire planet to explode.
