Mario and Toadette were both running away from a huge boulder inside a giant mine full of gold as they screamed, the two avoiding the pebbles in their way.
"This was considered a good trip?" Mario shouted to Toadette.
"Hey, I didn't know that we would be chased by a big ass boulder, okay!?" Toadette snapped back as she was sweating nervously, her pink dress all soaked from the sweating.
Suddenly a brick wall popped up, both Mario and Toadette hitting the wall as they fell on their backs, with the boulder rolling over them and flattening them like pancakes, continuing to roll down towards the gorge.
Mario and Toadsworth were both fishing in the middle of the ocean as the sun officially settled into the horizon, with the evening becoming the night.
"Did anything bite-a for you, Toadsworth?" Mario asked with a hint of boredom in his voice.
"Mmmm no, it did not." Toadsworth stated with a sigh while shaking his head. "I do wish something unexpected happened."
Suddenly the theme music from JAWS began playing as Mario and Toadsworth looked at each other, both concerned as Bruce the mechanical great white shark emerged from the sea, grabbing Mario and dragging him back into the murky depths of the ocean.
"Oh my goodness gracious!" Toadsworth exclaimed, turning around to see Kingfin emerge from the sea as well, using his cane to fight off the skeletal shark as it tried dragging him down, but Toadsworth was an old man of pride, he wouldn't let a dumb fucking skeleton fish take him down.
"Hey wah, do you remember the good ol days?" Mario asked Waluigi as he was buying some tacos from the tall lanky man at Seaside Hill.
"Yeah, I do, the good old days when the Comic Book Guy practiced his Sean Connery impressions and used save states," Waluigi remarked while making a new bunch of tacos.
Bowser chuckled as he was at Mario's house, tapping his fingertips together as he noticed the newspaper lying on the front porch.
"I'm going to steal Mario's newspaper!" Bowser laughed loudly despite no one somehow hearing him as he snatched the newspaper and dashed off.
Mario opened the door, squinting his eyes as he looked around, shrugging. he was then squashed by a Koopa Klown Kar that fell on him.
Mario and Dry Bowser were both painting the wall at the Super Bell Highway as they were near the electronic map, with several Toads, Shy Guys, and Lakitus zipping away on karts.
"So, anything special in particular for you big guy?" Mario asked as he turned his head to the boney reptile.
"...no. If you mean by anything interesting," Dry Bowser dryly commented as he rolled his eyes. "I nearly got my head placed onto a robot, if it's any consolation."
Mario screamed as he was being attacked by several items from Bowser Junior, who laughed as he was firing weapons in his Junior Klown Kar, chasing Mario around the Wuhu Island.
"Run, keep running fat man!" Bowser Jr. taunted as he pointed at Mario. "Nothing will stop these from hurting you!"
"Oh why me!?" Mario exclaimed in pain as his clothes were tearing apart from all the weapons Junior was firing at him.
"Hey Mario, whatever happened to those OCs that you interacted with in the early chapters?" Birdo asked Mario as they were having tea inside the Grumble Volcano.
"Uhhh... I ate them." Mario stated with a smile as he sipped his tea, with Birdo just looking at the red capped plumber in shock.
