Trying To Avoid
Now the three friends are planning on what they are going to do next. After hours of looking for sandwiches. "Well," said Sideburn, "That was unique." "Uh, yeah," Snowdon agreed, "It was something. But not nothing." "Well," Cheese Sandwich said, "I try."
"And you always do," Snowdon said, "Can't argue with that." But then Sideburn noticed something that is, well, up in the air. Actually, something like that. "Hey, look!" Sideburn called out, looking at a tree, "Those are seagulls!"
"What?" Cheese Sandwich replied. The three friends looked up and saw a flock of seagulls sitting on a tree. "I thought these things were supposed to be near the sea," Sideburn said. "What are they doing here?" Cheese Sandwich asked.
"I don't know," Snowdon replied, "But I heard they want to eat anything. What did they all come here for?" "Well," Cheese Sandwich said, "I do have some things that they want to eat. Which are sandwiches!"
"Well," Snowdon said at last, "We'll let them have them!" "Okay," Cheese Sandwich agreed, "Maybe looking for sandwiches wasn't all that exciting." "Never mind," said Sideburn, "Hey! You want sandwiches? You got them!"
So the three ponies left all of the sandwiches in a pile for the seagulls to eat. "Now let's go," said Snowdon at last.
And the three friends head off together. "I wonder they really want," Sideburn asked. "Who knows?" Snowdon replied.
Meanwhile, a young jerkish pony whose name is Smarty Nerd had just returned from a small packing facility. He was oe one of his temporary jobs for a young colt and he is now on his way home. The job involves fish.
Soon enough, he noticed the flock of seagulls sitting on a nearby tree. Instead of staring at all of the sandwiches Cheese Sandwich, Snowdon and Sideburn had left for them, now they're all staring at Smarty Nerd. "Yeah," Smarty Nerd said to the seagulls, "What do you all want?"
The seagulls all just stared at the young colt. "Never mind," Smarty Nerd said at last.
But the moment Smarty Nerd walked away, the flock of seagulls immediately surrounded him and started attacking him. "Oh my god!" he screamed as got pecked all over by the ravaging seagulls, screaming in pain and misery. He tried to get away, but he was unable to.
Somehow, another pony who was nearby could hear all of the seagulls shouting, "Mine!" at the same time.
Still, the seagulls continued attacking Smarty Nerd, trying to get whatever they want from him.
