That night, at roughly twelve, Sia made her way to the Poseidon cabin, Abriel, who'd evapo-travelled outside, waiting for her.

"Ok," he said, "So, remember the plan?"

She nodded, "Manipulate the winds so no one can hear a thing while you grab Jackson, then we fly to headquarters, did you place the note?"

He nodded, "Wish him luck," he smirked, sinisterly.

'More like 'Wish you' with that attitude," she thought in her head.

He entered the cabin with the sleeping boy by, again, evapo-travelling.

He withdrew his weapon, a knife made of ceremonial silver* and advanced.

Percy, hearing the creaking, awoke.

"Hey, Abe, that you?" he asked, "Wha-?" his eyes landed on the advancing figure's glowing, silver knife, the only thing giving him a glimpse of his attacker, the glowing making Abriel seem even more sinister than usual.

Within seconds Abriel had the knife at Percy's throat.

Percy leaned back, but the blade followed.

"Don't make any sudden movements, Jackson," he spat.

"Abriel, what are you doing?" he asked.

"Taking you with me to headquarters, nincompoop," he glared.

Percy shot him a confused look.

Abriel sighed, as though Percy had asked him the most stupid thing in the world.

"Alaska, of course," he said, with a roll of his eyes, "Far, far away from the gods," he said the word with distaste, "Where no one can hear you scream," he pushed the blade slightly harder against Percy's neck, drawing a rivulet of blood from the boy.

Fear was evident in Percy's eyes.

'Stall him,' said his mind, 'Stall him, come up with a plan, get outside, alert Chiron, but first, extract some information.'

He really had been spending too much time around Athena kids.

"What camp?" Percy asked, cocking his head to the side and feigning innocence.

For that, he received a sharp slap.

He fell back, flat onto the bed, clutching his cheek.

"I know what you're doing, Jackson," Abriel growled, "I can feel the blood in your veins flowing at an increased rate, a clear indication that your heart is beating faster, which is a dead giveaway that you're nervous, and there's only one thing you can be nervous about."

"Yeah," said Percy, spitting out some blood, "I'm nervous about getting kidnapped."

He received another slap for that one.

"Why are you doing this?" Percy asked, "Why?"

"So the demi-protegnoi can have their way," Abriel smiled, sinisterly, "So we can take over and enforce a new rule, a better rule."

"Demi-Protegno-" it suddenly dawned on Percy as everything suddenly started making much more sense.

The prophecy hadn't skipped Abriel and Sia, because they weren't demigods. It explained so much, like why Sia couldn't control lightning, because to control air and be the child of a protegnos, her father would be Ouranus, and lightning didn't exist back then, since it was Zeus's power.

"You know, Abe," said Percy, who'd willed the blood on his neck to dry so the crust left behind would stop the bleeding, "It's a shame you weren't at camp longer, we could've taught you so much."

"Oh yeah?" Abriel smirked, "Like?"

Now it was Percy's turn to smirk, "Like, for starters, to always make sure your opponent is unarmed," he said.

Within a flash, riptide was standing in its full glory.

Percy made quick work of Abriel, using the older boy's shock to his advantage.

He sprinted out, but was caught in the whirlwind Sia had summoned to drown out all the noise in the cabin.

Seeing that he was caught in it, she stopped, in slight shock, resulting in him being flung ten feet east and hitting his head on a tree, knocking him out.

Abriel walked out of the cabin, spitting out a bit of blood, and over to where Percy lay.

"Well, Jackson," he spoke to the unconscious boy, heaving him over his shoulder, "You put up a fight," he trudged over to Sia, "I'll give you that."…
